I have ordered Sony ear buds from the post in facebook by supreme gadgets but I received a wrong product which is not at all worth of 1599/- .i have received wired headphone inplace of ear buds.and after too many mail sent to the supremegadgets but no response from him.and the Phone number for return had already wrong.pls help me for the refund of the money.
And this supremegadgets have make frauds with the consumer.pls do needful...

I've ordered Sony ear buds in 1+1 (one blue pair and one black pair) for
1599 rupees from supremegadgets.com but they delivered the worng item
today. The item they've delivered doesn't worth the money I paid. They've
cheated me. It's a fraud I don't want be victim of online fraud. Please help
me in refunding my money I've no problem in returning the product but
there is no option for returns on that website....

I ordered sony earbuds from the instagram page and when the mode of delivery reflecting ekart then i was assured about its genuineness. I paid the amount 1600rs as it was by ekart courier service through which i had been receiving many orders through flipkart. I found two broken pieces of headphones of a random chinese company. The order id was pkrc[protected]. Please help me in recovery of my amount. I am devastated and depressed with this...
