I have had horrible customer service from the Koramangala service centre of Suraksha. I had given my Car 30K service. The bill came around 10K. The next day when started driving the vehicle is same as before no change at all. I noticed engine oil it self not changed properly. Then I went there and asked SA u took 3K for Oil seems not all replaced and Oil color as well still black as before. He was trying to convince me by saying we have replaced it Sir check after one week. Then after 10 days as well it still the same. To clear my doubt I went to Maruti Genuine shop bought engine oil and Oil filter and got refilled from Outside mechanic. It so smooth now, good pick and back to normal. Checked the Engine Oil color as well it’s not at all block as SA told its looks fine. I suspect these Service center guys not at all replacing the engine oil properly and charging customers. Big fraud I say Here I lost around 3600 Rs ( 3200 for Synthetic Oil and 350 Oil filter).

I just drove one or 2 two days and noticed that Engine itself not changed( I request for Synthetic which cost around 3200/-). Just went there again he told i had replaced it Sir after week it will be ok. Then i drove for 10 days and it still the its same noice and all coming in cabin.My doubt is clear now i went maruthi Genuine Shop bought the Oil and Oil filter and got it replaced from Out side mechanic. Now immediately I can see the difference it very smooth and running fine. It looks big fraud happened for me. Loss off 3200+350( Oil filter). I will be not going to then again.
