I had purchased two sites of rs.6000sq ft each from m/s suryashine builders and developers on 16/01/2009.Even though there are 65 sites there except for the first 14 others are not marked and not developed as found by me on a recent site visit.

I have purchased app. 5000 sft of farm land from surya shine developers and builders in 2007 in Surya Grand- Sathnur with a promise that the farm land layout will have only 20 sites with all facilities such as club house,playground and water,electicity to each site with compound wall for the layout.
However they have not developed any thing for the last three years. Recently i heard in the news the propmoters are arrested...
