I own a suzuki gixxer 2017 edition. I also opted for extended warranty during my purchase. On my second servicing i went to the service centre for claiming a warranty on control housing of (Right hand side) which is clearly mentioned in the extended warranty booklet but inspite of my several request they failed to provide me the parts and moreover presented meaningless conversations with me. Please kindly look into the matter....

I have purchase the Suzuki access 125 special edition (disc) at Malleshwaram motors pvt. Ltd., Davanagere. Before i purchase I enquired about the availability of 2017 model. They said 'we have stock of 2017 model in our godown and will be delivered the same by tomorrow'. As per their instructions I paid full amount via Paytm and booked the vehicle.
