Hi, I have mailed many times to swiggy to please delete my account. But he is not listening. I told him to please delete my order history and delete my account of registered mobile no([protected]) and mail-id [protected]@gmail.com but they continuously saying one thing in mail that it's not possible.
What is wrong with swiggy, please help me to do this needful

Restaurant was not accepted my order.. But my payment was finished.. How can i get my amount back?? I want my money back immediately... Without accepting order how money was deducted.. Thats not proper way. I want immediate reaction. I want my money back immediately.. I want immediate reaction. I want my money back now only... I want answer for this unproper way...

My swiggy order no is [protected].
I had ordered kadhai paneer from swigy and i applied order50 coupon on that order. After applying coupan it showed me to pay 96 rupees but, when i ordered food it showed me, it showed you have to pay 172 rupees.
When i talked to their executive kalyan, he told me due to our technical reason coupan didn't applied.
Its cheated me totally when i ordered that time it showed you have applied...
