I am 4 months pregnant lady, going for checkup in Government hospital Hosur.
Hospitality is not proper, no waiting area, have to stand for hours for checkup. Being pregnant I can't adjust for too long. I have Vomiting, fainting during my first trimester, no nurses cares for anything.
The area nurse provided there is too rude and not responding for any doubts. The service is too bad.
Today I went for my second vaccine, for confirming that nurse is present or not I called her, she is not responding for anything. Shouted like anything, not giving respect, telling not to call her for anything again.

I request Tamilnadu Government to take some actions regarding my complaint. Many pregnant women are suffering lot. Please show some concern for us.

I am sineha from vanniyar valasu, 18/10/2022 8B bus not Stop in madathukulam. I crossed the road fast and I can stop the bus but the bus not Stop. This is happened so many times. Please kindly action for 8B bus driver and conductor.many women's suffer for this type of government bus.This is not only my problem many people affected in free bus for government buses.

The road in Thangasalai is in dangerous condition. Many potholes can be seen across our village which led to accidents, discomfort for commute and even unable to pass by. This becoming worse in monsoon season. Mosquitos tremendously increasing in sewage water which present on these potholes that causes many diseases. This has been the case for ages. It is almost 20 years since the road had been built. We hope our problems will be heard soon

Today morning around 10am when i am going to office few people from m.m nagar municipality stop my bike and ask me to gave 500rs fine for not wearing mask and they don't even display their ID CARD and asking the money, my mistake is not wearing mask because inside helmet i can't able to wear mask but when i get the challan after paying 500rs in that challan mentioning that i didn't follow the quarantine as i m not tested positive and I'm not in quarantine also i m just going without mask for that they put false complaint against me,
so plss take action against that municipal team and i need my balance money 300 back ...

We are staying in Krishnagiri district, Tamilnadu.
My neighbor Ramasamy occupied NH road to deliver his house drainage water, so the drainage water is flowing on the road. there is possibility of Dengu and Malaria fever because of stagnant water. Please take necessary actions as soon as possible and help us to have a better pathway.

We purchased dining chairs in November 2018. In less than two months we came to know we were given a product with bad quality, bolts coming off and a crack proving it didn't go through proper quality inspection. For a showroom that has brand value and lures customers with offers and polite manners until the sale is through, after sales service is pathetic and very disappointing. We have been trying to get a replacement done or a refund but the employees are not responding to us properly. We need justice. If even on an average 1 in 10 customers were to face such issues, for such a big showroom I can imagine how many more customers will have to go through this discomfort of shopping with them. I am married and my wife got 39-week baby and regular check we did in leonard hospital batlagundu (Dindugal (Dist). And they have given delivery date on 12th november-2018. Later she got a lite pain on 4th november-2018 at 5 am and we join same day 5.50 am. They said within 8 hours will get normal delivery for you. So we waited and meanwhile they checked every hours baby condition until 7pm same day everything is normal and baby was good.

After 7pm she cannot adjust the pain. So we all said to do operation. But nurses (No doctor visit still now) told will get normal delivery why are you telling like that don’t you people have sense. They shouted like anything then they given pain injection to her to get normal and waited 1 hour nothing happing. At 9pm again they given pain injection (We are not sure exactly they are not disclose about this injection) upto 9.50 pm they are simply waiting for the normal and they are not checked the condition of baby and she was is in so much pain and unconscious. At 9.50 pm they have check the heart rate (Pulse) of baby its very low 110 (Bpm) (Normal 140-160 bpm for baby). Suddenly they have called the doctor and doctor scolded everyone (Nurses) and arraged operation immidiately without asking sign anything and they have not given pain injection for operation simply they have cutted and taken baby with dead condition (Bourndead) and she said to doctor that half concsious condition i have so much pain for cutted. But no worry save my baby. (She don’t know baby dead).

We are running between icu and incubator room. We all don’t know baby died. Simply they acted 1hour baby is alive and kept in incubator and it will be alright within 2days. Finally they said its died.

Two days we didn’t tell to her baby has gone. Simply we managed and she is not able to see her baby also because of leonard hospital nurses and management.

We bought her all well condition and they given died baby and operated wife. We all failed because of care less nurse, doctor and management.

If there is any disease, any kind of complication, late admit, money problem nothing problem. Simply nurses and doctor care less we lost our baby and my wife health

Sir, nallur government hospital siddha department is service worst. Don't give medicine for patient. Staff not response for question. Very very worst working. Some time staff not work in side of consalting room. So patient was suffer.

Hospital fraud and abuse tamil nadu government scheme claim amount 80%. For tamil nadu government approved 1.5 lake based on patient injured. But hospital informed to patient attender or relatives. Tamil nadu government approved only 35000 only and remaining amount should pay from your end.in icu room they charging 5000 rs. Per day but they won't provide evan ac and hospital nurse and other employees and doctors also not taking care properly. If we paid more 30000 rupees they won't provide any bill.
They writing bills in pencil.

My suggestion please don't go this hospital they are devil's and only goal money to get from patients.

The government trained the nurses to do like this to patients or childs.

They are just enjoying our tax payment as salary.

Hi Sir. This is informing you that still we are struggling to return normal life after heavy rains. Still water logging around the house and our areas, and vacant plots in the street having stagnant water due to recent heavy rains which has become the breeding ground for mosquitoes. Number of children and elders are staying there. Kindly take action to stop the waterborne disease, or ask Health department to put bleaching powder or mosquito fogging. People are using the road as garbage burial ground. Dear Sir /Madam,

1. I applied new ration card in 2011, 1st time Verification done & after that nothing response from that rajapalayam ration departments, they not told and ask me to re apply.

2. As per their instruction i applied 2nd time with all proofs and received new acknowledgement for 6 months before. after that they were not come for 2nd time verification. 2 months back i went that same office and asked the govt employees.

3. The govt employees simply told to me" only 2 months over, most peoples are waiting 1 to 2 years.

4. I feel very bad about Virudhunagar district. Most govt employees not doing their job properly.

5. I am B.E. Graduate - Studied in Mepco schlenk engineering college sivakasi.[protected], I based this type of problems. Then what about low & un educated peoples.

6. I dont Know what can i do?

Please advice me, its useful to our next generation.

a) How much days required for "verification Days"?
b) How much days required for "Ration Card Issue Date"- from applied date.
c) If not ok, or delay too much, what we do?
d) Who has went to verification for ration card (govt employee). he should inform what can do next? or call to ration department with in a committed days?
e) In Previous Amma muham done good service for new card application,
f) then what about Pending Cards? When they will issued?

I am a resident of Madipakkam near Pathala Vinayagar Koil. -Jothiramalingam Street. I really appreciate the efforts taken by our Tamilnadu Government to save electricity - power cut fr 1 or 2 hours. But it would be good if the power cut is during the day time. Here in my place power cut is around night 11.30 till 1.00 at midnight where we are unable to sleep peacefully and is very important during weekdays as many are working people here. And it also affects the students during their exam times. So please do the needful. Thanks in Advance!!!
