Tamilnadu Govt. Ration Smart Card Complaints & Reviews

Before adding my family member details through online in tamil nadu govt. Smart ration card website, unknowingly pressed the confirmation button. So i tried later, but i could not add my family member details.
Since now it says that while your first request (As per the reference no:[protected] in progress, your second request could not be entertained.

All formalities photoes aadhar completed thrice in ration shop.
Again photo aadhar of card holder submitted to shop as requested by him, as photo of card holder not appear in card. He is very helpful. But the
Smart card not generated. No response from helpline as it is always busy
