Hello sir, i ordered a products 19 days back from tarungill online store. It haven’t delivered yet now i am worried because i already paid for that and weird thing is that i am not able to track or check order status.. So please help me. Order no -14159 order placed on 24 sep 2018 and amount paid rs 2000. I send alot of email and messages to him but never get single response from them.. Now simply want my money back......

I order a product 2kg tarungill whey from tarungillfitness.com on 10 may 2018 is not delivered yet. And in this site one help line number which is not available / not working.

Today i ordered bpi whey hd protein from tarun gill fitness i did the online payment through payumoney with upi i recieved the mail from payumoney that payment completed but no confirmation recieved from tarungillfitness and even order is not showing in my orders and even they wont reply on mail or instagram.
Privide me a full refund or get my product delivered to my address

And please tell if i can lodge a fir in police...
