Wrong charge has been framed and cibil has been damaged

I was not using my tata credit card since aug 2015 and paid the then all the charges, my account was blocked and no transactions made on that.
Surprisingly i received a bill where i had to pay the annual charges, i objected to for that as when my card is inactive why annual bill has been charged?
Then it was told by customer care executive that it was blocked but was active and you have to pay the charges else your cibil will affect, i have paid the annual charges as told.
Now when today i was looking for a loan it was rejected since my cibil was not in good shape while i was paying all the charges/emi on time when i investigated further i found that tata cards was affecting it.
So just understand.
They charge you with around 500/-. Then they apply it as late fee, and now only late fee has reached to 5000 and now it is impacting my cibil badly and cause of it i could not get an urgent required pl in this pandemic.
Meantime i have tried contacting tata credit card customer care nodal office and all possible contacts but there is no reply

TATA cards no option to talk with customer care executive in customer care number
There are two numbers for calling the tata cards customer care. "[protected]Prefix local the std code) or[protected]Toll free)". None of the numbers has option to talk with the customer care executive. I have problems with my tata credit card where i don't have any option to raise the concerns. Even i have sent an email where i didn't get any reply so far.

I have been a customer with Tata SBI Cards for almost 3 years now. Never missed a payment and expected the credit card company to be professional enough to at least send me transaction communication. I my last year I had seen some financial issues in my life and I was forced by circumstances to decrease my credit limit from 1.1 lakhs to mere 10000. I even blocked my primary card as I didn't want to fall in more debt and continue using my secondary card with a limit of 10000 just in case of emergency.
I used to get communication for every transaction with the details of how much I spent and how much of a credit limit is left. Which they stopped completely. I have lost my registered mobile number with Tata cards which they never let me update because they want my primary card number which is non existant now. I used to login every month on tatacards.com every month with the same device for a very long time which was the only way left for me to communicate with the company.
But now I'm being asked for an OTP which is being sent to a non existing number, so I tried to lookup my monthly statement which has also been encrypted with my primary card number which also is non existing.
So now I don't know how much to pay. I call the credit card company and they won't speak to me unless I get my OTP again from a non existing number neither will they consider sending it on my email.
I try calling them for blocking the card in lost card department and for the 1st time they answer I told the lady thrice not to block my card and I just want to know my balance and guess what she does she BLOCKED my card WITHOUT MY PERMISSION and just blind transfers me without even listening to me fully and again I'm connected to IVR where I can't enter OTP.
SO in all my frustration I try calling again and now I get connected to DEEPU he asked me for my registered phone number and the he put me on mute I thought he might be busy looking up my account I waited for almost 4 minutes and started to record the call to see what his excuse was to put me on hold like that but he never came back. So I decided to call again to the same lost card department because there nobody else I could talk with and the wise lady even blocked my card.
I now got connected with SHUBHAM who also spoke a few words but this time I was recording from the beginning which I did and he spoke to me asked me my registered said a few more words and left me on mute again I waited for a long time the I heard his breath and went blank again and afterwards he put me on a hold for like a second and came back and put me on hold again maybe because of his work parameters he had to refresh hold, but these guys are just playing with people there is no one to take responsibility even when I emailed them an email came bavk stating its undeliverable..
I have been busy in this for days now and I am seeking legal help on this please help me understand how I can get some action taken against these goons and get me some compensation for all the hassle too for their inability to communicate about even my daily transactions to inability to even update a small thing such as registered number or putting a customer through all kinds of trouble in search of his monthly due payment and still not getting a simple answer in just digits because there is something known as enhanced verification for customers who don't have a access to OTP bearing numbers.

Redemption of reward points is Impossible

Redeeming tata card points is really not possible. The mentioned tata stores like westside simply refuse saying either machine not working or network issues. I lost several reward points which expired in this confusion. The other store world of titan.. simply refused the service saying none of their stores support this. No online service is available for redemption. This will simply effect the loyalty, as I will surely think twice before using my card as no real benefits are there.

Untrained & Deceiving Representatives and Unresponsive/Not-existing Service Heads-Interaction Id- 1-2459008321

Below is a transaction of emails to and fro me and SBI/TATA card service department heads. There is no response received or any action taken till now, though the complaint reached the head of service department.

Hi, Since I wanted to pay the minimum due, I called your customer care on 25.07.2015 to make sure that I can utilize and revolve unutilized funds after making the payment. The representative promised me that the block on my card was temporary and will be released once the minimum due is paid. She also promised me that it will take not more than 3 days to be released. I believed the words of your representative and made the payment on 27.07.2015. It took two days for the transfer to get credited into my card's account. I called your customer care number again on 31.07.2015 after ensuring the credit is received in my card's account. When I asked your representative about the time it'd take or my card to be unblocked, she said it may take "some time" as the block was made by "backend department". She followed stating that my account will be reviewed by that unknown "backend department" soon and based on my account "performance", it'll be released. She couldn't answer my question about when and how long will that review happen. Today, on 01.08.2015, I just wanted to check with your representatives about the card's status and called your customer care. The representative who spoke to me told me that the card was blocked by one "collections department" and it as take weeks before it gets released. I suppose there must be someone in this loop who can answer my following questions: 1. Are your executives trained on deceiving people into making payments or is it just that one who spoke to me? 2. Do you really train your representatives about the whole card block and release procedures? If yes, why did I get two separate answers from two of your own representatives? If not, where can I get the concerned details? 3. Is the only possible answer to my questions about card usage block and release is "it's done in the backend sir. We don't have any information on that. And we cannot give you any information related to it as well"? 4. Is there any way I can get in touch with your support using social media? Hope I would get a reply soon, or at least a reply, if not soon.

I have also bad experience about Tata SBI Cards, Don't go with Tata Card even i employee of Tata. They don't have a proper customer care services at place. Don't have knowledge of their products or facilities.

RATE OF INTEREST AND OTHER CHARGES

Kindly note that i am holding a tata card since one year in chennai in that means time i realise that the rate of interest is very high as i am consistently paying interest Rs 2400.00 per month as this very huge amount that i am paying apart from this they have been charge s overlimit fee late payment fee around Rs.1200/- i asked for reversal that the executive from tata card fails to provide reversal for this interest.
As if see in other banking they will see first customer's guester of good will as in tata card they are not looking into customer GOGW.
i request you to please check and improve you quality to satisfying the customer.

10% Cashback voucher not received

I Visited Croma shop on 29/8/2014 and made a purchase of around Rs 31800. while making payment through my HDFC credit card Tata card executive inform me about applying for TATA cards and by doing that i will get 10% cashback voucher for he purchase made through my HDFC card. As it was a good deal so i applied for Tata cards. When i received verification call i ask about the voucher and was inform to contact the executive, so i visited the executive in person who informed me that its confirmed from his supervisor voucher will come with the card.
I received Tata card on 21/9/2014 but there was no voucher in it. I called the executive who informed me to call his supervisor Kiran on [protected]. I called the supervisor he informed me that there is no such offer available. I explained him but he said to avail other offers in near future or to cancel the card which i don't want as it will affect my credit scores. I made a complaint (verbal and through mail) but not getting any satisfactory reply from complaints team.

My self Keyur i have to inform you that. the tatacard has given me wrong statment for my fathers account i close the scheme and talk to customer representative to this issue. and the solve the issue then aslo they are sending me statment for that n i clear all old payment at a time n and also made chuqe of the 600 rs. as per the representative told me so please help me for this...

CHARGE ANNUAL FEE AND CARD ACTIVATION FEE

I have a TATA credit card which i received 3 weeks back. Today I received a SMS that i had to pay Rs 393.26 as a bill towards card joining fee. But when i was registering i asked couple of times whether their is annual fee or not and Tata cards employees told me that it is free i.e their is no Joining and annual fee. On joining fee of Rs 350 they have put some tax also which was supposed to be free of cost. I will not pay any money towards fees and Want to return it back to TATA cards.

No updates to my application

I had applied for Tata Card about a month ago. My application status still shows .. "Check after 5 working days.
I don't know what to do.
I tried to mail customer care.. but the mail does not get delivered.
I call but no response from credit card people.
I have no idea what is going on.
Why do they have a online status check it they don't update it.
and why is there no response from customer care.
I have submitted all my documents.
I feel cheated as a consumer. They had promised to deliver the card within 21 days but there is nothing done.

Only way Tata Cards seem to stay afloat is by swindling money from customers for no rhyme or reason. I applied for my Tata Card last year around June-July when I was clearly told no charges would be levied anytime & being a Tata employee, this would be lifetime free card for me.
Just after i got my card, i received a bill for Rs 662 levied for some random charges even though i never transacted even once. I wrote a mail to Tata Cards customer care on Aug 12th 2010 asking them to reverse all charges & cancel my card as relationship had started on deception. Shortly the charges were reversed & i never heard from them for a year. Card was lying with me unused for a year.
Worrying part abt such charges being levied is that it spoils my credit ratings at no fault of mine.
These guys didnt learn from last year's experience & were back to their money swindling ways again this year....Again i received a statement last month for some annual charges being levied & some late payment fees on top of it. I again mailed them to reverse charges & cancel my card on Aug 23rd 2011 but no revert from them. This was followed by more late payment charges being levied this month stating money standing in my account for Rs abt 1000 bucks...
Need help to file a legal complaint against these fraudsters!!

I hope u r happy why not yaar, I Know u Mr Sunil Miital new billioner of India aur kyu na ho because u r alaways deducted Rs. 5/= for per sms for india match session, but sorry sir we are not slumdog and u r not dany bolye so please reverse my all charges u r debited from my account other wise I took necessary action against you. Around one month before I applied for Tata Credit Card, I haven't received yet and they have sended the monthly bill statement stating that I have to pay annual charges.
I think that if I have not received the product and I haven't used it than why I should bear the charges. I dont think that I'm liable to pay the amount.

Wrong Billing Done for balance trf facility
Sir,
I was the TATA card holder (credit card no [protected] ). I the year Dec 2006 i have opted for Balance trf of 16000/- to pay off outstanding on other card. However after regular follow up till the month of Jan 2008 it was told that TATA card don't have this facility. In the month of Feb 2007 i got the balance trf cheque without any covering letter attached to it. I availed the service with the same terms and condition as mentioned initially (T& C were balance trf for 3 months without interest and due accruing). However in the month of Feb 2008 was billed for minimum due. I wrote to customer service asking for the explanation to which nobody reverted back. Once again i got the call from Giri Thakur in the month of April 2007 enquiring about the payment. Once again i narrated him the full story and i told since i have availed this facility from the month of Feb 2007 and the 3 months duration ends only on May 2007 i will pay total outstanding on 16th May 2007. Accordingly i made the payment on 16th May 2007. I was also handed over the compaint note narrating the full story. Now i getting call from TATA cards that there is still 7000/- outstanding in my account. On enquiring i was given to understand that the balance trf was activated in the Dec 2006 and hence they have charged to me interest on the same. I have tried to explain the TATA card people many times but all in vain. Need your help in resolving this matter.
