Not getting refund or response now despite email confirmation from them 10 days back

TATA cliq luxury Order no:- .[protected]. Amount Rs. 18450/-
Two weeks have passed since i returned the product...10 days since they confirmed me regarding making payment but still not got refund back in my account... And neither do they care to reply to mails or calls, so i want to approach consumer forum & other legal departments and want to sue them for their poor service, attempt to fraud, mental torture & harassment. I want my money back and now if i dont get it within 48 hours then they shall also have to compensate me with 5 lac rupees, enough of mental torture & harassment already.
