I the undersinge is inform you that i have purchase TATA SAFARI-EX-M0DEL from miles india ltd at vadodara( gujarat) on 27/11/2009 and i have travelled only 11,000 k.m, one day ( 6/05/2010) i was return from mumbai on the way of main high way at BHARUCH BRIDGE my car was brekdown and i was informed to nereast sevice station of M/S SHRADDHA MOTORS PVT LTD. BHARUCH, PROBLEM WAS OCCURED IN CLUTCH COVER PLATE, FLANGE ETC, IT WAS REPLACED BY ABOVE SAID DEALER SINCE OUR CAR IS UNDER WARRANTY PERIOD HENCE IT WOULD BE REPLACE FREE OF COST HOWEVER WITHOUT INFORMING TO US DELEAR HAS REPLACE THE SAME AND THEY HAD CHARGED OF RS,13242,00 VIDE THER BILL NO,SHRDHAM-BS-R[protected], DT, 06/05/2010.
IN THIS CONNECTION I HAVE TALKED TO MR,DEEPAK TIWARI IN CHARGE OF SAID DEPARTMENT IN YOUR REGION OFFICE AT AHMEDBAD GUJARAT,
BUT SORRY TO SAY THAT HIS BEHAVIOUR WAS VERY BED AND HE HAS NOT REPLIED PROPRELY AT LAST I HAVE PAID SAID AMOUNT TO YOUR BHARUCH DELEAR FOR REPLACING PARTS THOUGH THE MY CAR WAS IN WARRANTY PERIOD.

I purchased one Tata Safari Vx bearing Engine No. 2.2LDICOR061ZYJ11180 Chassis No. MAT403745ANF06480 on dated 27/10/2010. The vehicle had run for about 900 kms only. and its engine failed. Vehicle has been sent to the selling dealer M/s Marudhara Motors, Jodhpur. However I lost Confidence in the vehicle and the brand and have no desire to keep the vehicle, I informed the dealership accordingly, They refused to take back the vehicle without company's concent on the matter. I request tata to kindly instruct delar to keep the vehicle and refund the money but Tata Moters dosen't have any proper customer support and don't have will to resolve this matter even delar is ready to refund so now i am going to consumer court overall Tata Safari and Tata Brand is wasted brand in india don't buy any Tata Products otherwise you will face same problem...

Front right Fog light repair

I the owner of Tata safari Registration no. HR - 70 -1809 sent my vehicle to you workshop at 42 industrial area Phase 2, chandigarh for the repair of front right fog light.The attending person Mr Muni Lal behaved in a very rude manner first by my driver whom i had sent to the workshop and the with me and told that you can get it repared from outside as we do not have plastic welding facility. I,then told him that I have gone for cashless facility with Joshi autu zone then how can you tell me like that.Later on he told me that if iwat to get it repaired from our workshop then you have to pay Rs. 1000 as claim charges,regading which i have never heard about as I am using four whaler for the last 30 years.The vehicle is still under warranty.Kindly take the suitable action as such small things spoils the reputation of the organisation.

servicing issues
i V.Raghavulu a regular custimer of tata cars since 1994.i hereby get a complaint in to ur kind notice,i own tata safari 3000 lts veh no AP 10 AG 2727 and safari dicor 2.2 veh no AP 27 AB 1188.
i always get my car servicing done from AUTOFIN SERVICING CENTER BOWENPALLY HYDERABAD AP.the vehicle servicing is waste and not up to the mark.my car was sent to the service station due to a problem,inspite of sending it no of times the problem has not yet solved.im totally dissatisfied with it both technically and machanically.
i bought this problem in to the notice of the concerned person several times as it was neglected.this would be the last complaint whereas i completely lost my patience fighting on it.i request u to take proper action regarding my problem.plz dont loose customers.do contact me

Tata Safari — tata safari servicing issues

not proper working
NO PROPER SERVICE OF CAR

I spend rs 10lakh to bring a tata safari but the car doesnt work properly it always trouble me last week i was going to indore my car stop on the way in the deep forest .it was our good luck that it was a day time i was with my family .then i call at my home for another car...this the 3rd time that my car stops on the road ...i requested the dealer why its troubbling me he reply in avery bad manner that it will trouble like this ...the main problem is that itstops anywhere we have to tie it to another car bring it to service center

Mental Harrasment Regarding Delievery
Dear Sir,
I booked a Tata Safari Dicor 2.2 LX with Malwa Automobiles, Karnal on 6th June 2009. I was commited to deleiver the vehicle by 15th June 2009. On 15th June, i was told that due to transportation the vehicle could not be delievered on time and the new date was Wednesday, 17th June. On 17th June, again to my disappointment there was no such transit or the vehicle i booked. I waited there for couple of hours as they told the transit was in New Delhi in the morning and could arrive any moment. After couple of hours, i was very furious and wanted my refund. The dealership convinced me again to deleiver the vehicle by Friday 19th June, 2009. I waited another couple of days. On Friday morning, i called the dealership and was told to pick the vehicle around 4.00 pm. I went there at 4.30 pm. But again to my disappointment, no transit had arrived. I was told to wait another 10-15 minutes as the transit was supposed to be there at 4 pm. I waited for three hours. But all this time whenever i enquired about the transit, i was told to wait 10 more minutes. At 6.30 p.m., i personaly called the transporter ( Ramchander) in Delhi, and was told that the transit vehicle carrying the vehicles was at Rohtak. and there was no way that the transit could reach in Karnal within next 4 hours.
The Next day was saturday and according to Hindu Myth, no one buys any vehicle on Saturday. A vehicle booked on 6th June, 2009 has not yet been delievered (by 19th June, 2009).
The dealership has made a fool out of me. They been lying and lying and lying at all times. This has been a mentally harrasing stage for me. Please guide me what to do next. I do want to move my petition to Consumer Forum against Malwa Automobiles Pvt. Ltd., Karnal.

Poor sales & also poor services
I have been associated with Tata Motors since 1997 when I bought my first Tata Vehicle (Indica) from Concord Motors the sales arm of Tatas Motors at that time. My experience at that time was good and hence now when I wanted to buy a SUV, I thought Tata Safari Dicor should be the best option to go for. Hence I bought this new Safari on 2nd May 2009.
My sales experience started from the time I was committed the delivery date. On the first delivery date, I was informed that the vehicle which has been dispatched from the Tata Plant on my name is not the correct one and hence I will have to wait for a couple of days more for my vehicle to arrive. (I am surprised, how they could arrange for a brand new vehicle with two days now and it took them over 10 days to organize my first vehicle. I dont think I need to say anything more on this).
Then when I took the delivery of the vehicle at mu residence, for which I think I should thank the sales person becuase he organized the delivery at my door step. But the sad part is the free floor mat which they had committed to me was given, but in a tata safari, they had put the Tata Sumo Vecta Floor Mats. This offcourse was not fitting properly as the seat arrangements and the dimensions are different. I was given a reason that this was an over look from their side and they would replace the same soon. They have yet not done that.
Then they had also committed that they would be doing the teflon coating free on my vehicle. When asked if this was done, I was told, they would do it when the vehicle is taken to their workshop for the first service. So another committment just on paper. This is yet not fulfilled too.

I am not sure, if the PDI for my vehicle was done with due justice. My car had a pulling problem (Wheel alignment) It was getting pulled towards the right. The company fitted radio is not working properly some thing wrong with the antena, some switches not working (AC). This just means that Tata Motors and their sales and service partners have now got into an habit of over looking many of their committed deliverables.
Anyways, when I took the vehicle to the service center (I had to drive this to their service center, at the time of sale, I was told that they can arrange for pick up, but when the time came, they said, "Sir, please have this delivered to the service center") the service center looked in a mess as they seem to have been preparing for the new internation brand servicing there.
I handed over the vehicle to them and explained the problems. I was told to return at about 4PM for the delivery of the vehicle.
I went back at 4PM and was happy to see the vehicle ready to be handed over to me.
But when I took a closer look, I saw that the vehicle was not even washed. Hence I asked, if it was washed, the service team, was very prompt in responding and saying "Yes it was washed, but has again got dirty". I have been driving vehicles on the road in Mumbai for over a decade now, but I have never seen my vehicle get dirty to this extent in the evening when I return back & I for sure can identify if the vehicle was washed or not. I had to personally stand and get my vehicle washed again and take the delivery.
Then when I hit the road, I was surprised as now my car had started to get pulled towards the left (Earlier right) & also the stearing was not centered. This only meant that the service advisor had not bothered to take a test drive of the vehicle to confirm if the problem has been resolved.
Now I am not sure if I had taken the right decision of going back to tatas for such a huge vehicle.

Poor product quality and poor service
I am an owner of a TATA Safari which is totally a 3rd class vehicle I must say. I dont know why I did the mistake of buying such a useless brand. The performance of my Tata Safari ( I should better stop calling it mine) is totally unsatisfactory. First of all, the interiors are so low standard that even the authorised dealers have no answer to the ill-fitting dashboard that comes out off-and-on on it own sweet will.
Presuming that its a truck and TATA doesn't consider sophistication as a part of luxury, one can digest the small odds.
However the car wins the credit of the most unpredictable vehicle on the road when all of a sudden the A/C goes off and you are in the middle of the road at a temperature of more than 43'c. Reason.. the fuse went off. Cure ... not until u visit some authorised service centre who would charge Rs. 440/- and that is only because the vehicle is 6 months old and its still in the warranty (supposed to be of 4 years ! Only if the vehicles live that long ).
Not only this, yesterday I was travelling to a distant place with my family at all of a sudden the engine starts to take long breaths. The car came to a halt and the nearest service centre when contacted said it would take them about 2 hours to send a helpline vehicle. I got it checked from a local mechanic and he could make out that the alternator had stopped charging the battery. We were on our way to attend a very important function and everything was time bound. It was not feasible to wait there for two hours or to leave the vehicle in the middle of the road. What were we supposed to do ?
With a heavy heart we had to leave my younger brother with the vehicle and that too in scorching heat and arrange for a taxi to our destination who also took advantage of our helplessness and charged a whopping 1200 bucks for nothing. We were planning for a night stay but had to cancel our program and return back as it was not safe to leave the vehicle there overnight.
The harassment didn’t end here. After the car was taken to the workshop, it reached there at 4.30 but it was quietly parked over there and when I enquired they said it will take three days to repair that fault as the next day was a Sunday and most of their employees were on rest !
Supposedly the fault was with a small cutout of an alternator.
I am not sure, how much homework TATA has done and what message they want to give in public about their vehicles, but the way I have faced such a lot harassment I am 100 percent convinced, I will never but a TATA in my life and never recommend any body for the same.

I have bought the safari vx last year on 13th April 2008. The customer experience right from the purchase till the second service today has been nothing but pathetic.
The way the car was delivered with inherent problems of
cracking voice when you turn sterring on right
Door problems
Service book with missing papers
distorted AC front dash board vent plastic
Glove box door with gap
Damaged steering wheel
Even after the first service and now the second nothing has changed.
People talk very politely but do not deliver any services.
I am intrested in services and value for money and not sweet talk. Even to explain them and go over the thing agaian and again my precious time is wasted.
Just sent the vechile back to service station which came back from second service. I was flabberghated to see that the interiors were having stains of oil and grese and nobody bothered to check it properly, futher the simple answer was send it back and we will get it cleaned. Who is going to pay for the diesel who is going to pay for my precious time.
There is no sense of customer satisfaction in concord servcice station forget about customer delight.

quirky sounds of old ambassador

I wanted to be a proud owner of this vehicle. but all in vain my nightmare started after one month when i bought this car. With all due respect to our Great Mr. Ratan Tata, i request Tata Motors to Withdraw this masterpiece from the market because i cannot afford to go to the local or head customer service point anymore. my problems are very common alike other safaris provide.. for ex:-
1. Doors does'nt shut properly
2. Service light will appear suddenly and go-off ( very mischevious..)
3. Back- Door Quirky and grunting sounds ( which make me wild when i sit & drive this piece of shi..)
4.center-pin had to be replaced from outside after 3months of purchase and guess what this was not covered in warranty because dealer refused to check wheel-alignment free of charge, instead was asking for hefty amounts...
5. wiered sounds from interiors. may be dashboard is not fixed properly.
6. last but not least- i cannot have fresh - Air intake while drive because i cannot down my window glass coz' if i pull down it will start making flapping noise and will resist when pushing -up.. everytime efforts are required to push-back window glass especially Driver-side...
i had lodged complaint via tata motors e-mail but no reply so i just backed-off and sat down calmly watching this car getting old and planning to buy some other good car. guys, take everybody's common advice ----- DO NOT BUY TATA SAFARI------ OTHERWISE GET PREPARED TO GET FRUSTRATED...

Dear Sir,
Iam forced to bring to your notice that the issues which I have been facing so far. I have taken a car loan from Kotak Mahindra, Monteith Road, Egmore Branch.
My Car Finance A/c: CF-4919755
My account is handled by Mr.Sathish –Business Head, Mobile No: +91 [protected] and Mr. Rajesh -Mobile no:91+[protected] who is collecting all the details from us.
Now, every three days once I had received a call from the collection team stating that “Your cheque has bounced back and when are you going to pay the amount?”. I was really shocked and amazed since the said amount has been paid by me through our Bank of Boroda, Mylapore Branch, and Chennai. I am attaching herewith the Car loan bank statement details for your quick reference. This message was also conveyed over phone to your above mentioned officials. Again, after 3 days, I got a same call from the collection team and enquired the same. On the other day, Mr. Mr. Rajesh had visited our office and collected all the details from me and confirmed that there was miscommunication and assured that this will not happen in future. I specifically requested to him to convey these details to all his team members also. After one week, I have received a similar call from your collection team and asking about the payment for November 2008 due which was paid by me promptly. I clearly informed to them that I paid all the amount in time and if you require any details please contact your Mr.Sathish or Mr. Rajesh for better clarity about this. After that, the phone was disconnected. I informed this to Mr. Rajesh on the same day itself. Now your team has moved in to one step forward in period of calling and treating a customer. After one week the same call from the same Egmore branch and threatened me for the payment. This is really frustrating me and I am unable to concentrate my other activities also.
I have signed the contract with Kotak Finance which includes the name transfer, insurance etc .As you know, iam running the third month of after signing the contract. I have not received anything from them apart from the above calling. I have contacted Mr. Rajesh to get me the details. He posted the issue to “RTO” for smart card system which will be implemented by their office. (For all I know and recent article in the Hindu, the Honorable Transport minister Mr.K.N.Nehru addressed that the system will be implemented in Tiruvanmiyur and cuddolore district only. I will send you the article if you require.). This is totally irrelevant and redirects the issue back to RTO. However Mr. Rajesh committed that the documents will reach us on 09 Dec, 2008. Sofar, I have not heard anything from him at all except “silence”. What shall I do now? How long should I drive a car without legal documents?
For instance, I have received a call from Mr. Rajesh and Mr.Sathish stating that you have missed the signature in the agreement. Can I get the signature now? I never missed the signature, I replied. But they are insisting repeatedly saying that the same. So I have asked them to come and get the signature. When I told them the time was 5.30 and I rushed to go home.( My home is 35 kilometers away from my office). They had come and explained the features of the other insurance which will be free, Supplementary, mandorty for Kotak etc. They forced me to sign the insurance document within 15 mts. They never talked about the signature and have they given us lot of false commitment ? As you know, I was reached the home at 10.30pm instead of 7.00 pm on the day.
I told Mr. Rajesh, if you have any new insurance, it is not required to discuss the plan details in the late evening and why you are saying that “ I missed the signature “ in the agreement and asked me to stay without any reason. This is totally unacceptable and I have asked him, if it is required for sales target, why you don’t mention the truth when you called me. Mr. Rajesh reply is “if we said like that only, you will stay with us”.
In later stage, Mr.Sathish has refused to give his email id and contact number when I faced such above problem. He said, I didn’t have any office email id.
This is not really in professional manner and good ethics from finance company and never heard before from anyone such unprofessional behavior.
Everytime they have asked me to resubmit the papers again and again and put the reason to someone else in your office / govt when i asked for reason the resubmission.
Because of bad experience, Iam forced to write this letter to you and put before you these questions.
Is there any mishandling happening to my payments. If not, why they are calling me frequently to pay up?
a) Because of your lack of database updation, why should I be troubled by your officials?
b) Is there any use of communicating your team?
c) How do I believe that they are from Kodak recognized staff or not, in future?
Please take corrective steps immediately and relieve me from mental agony and frustration.
I expect your response and reply with in ten days.

I am facing so many problems with the Autofin Dealer

Respected Sir,
With the reference to the above said subject, from day one onwards I am facing so many problems with Safari. Sir, I am taken this vehicle on November 2007. From that day onwards I am facing so many problems.
1. Brake Problems,
2. Wheel Alignment,
3. Head lamps,
4. Service Yellow Light this is from day one onwards
5. Clutch Problem
6. Interior Sounds
7. Front Bonnet opening problem,
8. Back Door Sound.
9. Wiper Sounds etc.
Like these so many problems, every time new problems, Yellow light is coming from day one onwards, I can prove for this and I kept so many mails to TATA MOTORS and Dealers also but still now it is coming. I informed to the dealer and TATA MOTORS also, but those people are saying in TATA vehicles this is common, like this those people are giving answers to me, for interior sounds also same answer.
Today I am going with my family in safari suddenly what happen we don’t no car was not moving, some problem in my Safari vehicle, car is not starting on the road, Sir with my family I am on the road just because of this Safari, last week only I am given for service but again I faced the problem not only that, this is not the first time for me, I spoke to TATA MOTORS and Dealer. But no reply from them. Now my vehicle is in showroom.
I am requesting you please take the action against TATA MOTORS and Autofin, those people are selling the worst vehicles and collecting the money from customers. Even now also safari is in warranty only, even I am taken extended warranty also.
Why I am saying to take the action against Autofin means those people are cheating the customers while doing the service and collecting the money. Every time those people are saying vehicle is in Good condition.
Sir you ask them to give the Service report of my vehicle and please see how many times I am given for service, from last one year please check. Today I am on the road. If any fees are there to fight with them means I am ready to pay. Please do the needful help. I am requesting you please take necessary action immediately, even so many people are suffering with some other problems, please teach them the value of customers.

I am happy to be a proud owner of Tata Safari but i have to admit that after sales service is not good. i am not satisfied when i took my safari to the concord motors service station as i was facing ratling sounds that are coming from allover the body and was surprised to see that it is making more noises after they had some rectification over it and till now they couldnt cleared it after so many times i had compained and even they don't know what to do to clear it off. and i feel like i am going in old RTC bus when i travel in my Safari, what should it do now, please let me know if there is a way to rectify the issue

I am agree on this ..Please solve the issue to make the TATA to be number 1...being an Indian I want always to make Indian company number 1...But please see maintain quality of a product...You can do it easily...Because Indian are working in Mercedez company also..how can they make good product why can't you beat them...I am sure if TATA's manager wants to solve these issue they can do it easily...
Tata Safari — many problem
Dear sir,we are purchage a tata sufari on16 may 2011 .when we we are sufring the problem onder three days at present we have 16 problem in the suv. and i,m three time going your service center but not any response.
and i,m going to legal. and i,m 100% sure tata are not manufature a good quility.

Dealer misbehaviour
I took my Tata Safari which is less than a year old to tayal motors for wheel alignment. First thing I told the person concerned was that the car runs left side because the camber and castor are out of limits. After few hours they told me that they have fixed it and the alignment is ok. When I asked for the report nothing was available because they didn’t do anything in that. When I told them to do it again and show me the report and it was found that everything was long way out of the limits. Then they started doing it again and after sometime told me that its done this time but reports clearly shows that the camber was still out of the limits. I told them to do it properly, for that their reply was that they cannot do it better than this and the limits recommended by tata motors is impossible to achieve so I have take it as it is now.
Because of camber problem I have already lost one front type which cost me thousands and tata authorized dealers cannot solve the matter. I had some argument with them and told them to fix it because I don’t want to spend more money on tyres which are less than a year old and run only half their life.
Then comes out Mr. Manoj from accidents departments and told me that wheel alignment is like this and its not possible to fix it. When I objected to what he was saying. His reply was that because I don’t want to pay that’s why I making issues. If this is the way authorized dealers reply and work then I am sorry to say that I have made biggest mistake in life spending a million rupees on tata product.
My problem is still there and I might loose few thousands more but don’t want to go to tata dealer again to insult and humiliate myself. This is not the first time they have done this, even in the past they failed to rectify the problems. I regret I should have bought other vehicle.
In the end, I just hope that this time tata motors will take some action.

I am also a owner of Tata Safari, which we bought in the month of Aug 2009. I am also facing the problem of alignment which I noticed as soon as I came out of showroom with safari. After complaining about the alignment they tried to rectify it. But it was not. My Safari is also running to left. Now I am facing a new problem, the radiator is leaking- coolant is leaking drop by drop. Tomorrow again going to Tata service station, lets see.

I am shivaji Kand, I have one TATA SAFARI (MH-12 DM 7392) purchased from BU BHANDARI, PUNE. dated 02.10.2006. But the colour got fant & I tryed to get it in warranty.But the Dealer said that it has gone out of warranty & they are doing paint on door handle in warranty.I requested him to do tyre's disk paint also in warranty.they have refused it. the car is in bu bhandari service center waked pune. Please look in to the matter & help me to do the needfull.

Manufacturing faults/Service issues
After doing a lot of research I bought the new Tata Safari 2.2 LX in Black colour in April 2008 from Om Sai Motors, Mumbai. It would have been a great choice had it not been for the worst quality of service from both the dealer and even the customer service manager of Tata Motors and some niggling manufacturing faults in the car.
From day 1, there is a rattling noise in the two front seats. The right side suspension also makes squeaking sounds all the time even on smooth roads. The side cladding has changed colours and showing white spots on several places.
What is most annoying is that out of the 2.5 months that I have had the car, I had to take the car 3 times to the service centre and not a single time did they return the car on the promised date and free of faults. Out of the 70 days that I have owned the car, the car has spent more than 10 days at the workshop. Every time I am told the problem is resolved and every time I find out the same thing reappearing a couple of days later.
There is no apology or compensation from either the dealer or Tata Motors for wasting my time and money. This is my fourth car and it is the most disappointing experience that I have had so far.

Hello, i m LALIT VIJAY FROM BARODA, GUJARAT, i bought a TATA SAFARI 2.2 VTT DICOR, in dec 2009, and from day 1st, we are facing several problem like the day first we has stopped in the mid of our way and the battery was down the the funcions LIKE MUSIC SYSTEM, HEAD LIGHTS, each function was stopped and then we called to the TATA SALES PERSON AT THE 22-00, they came with another car and we had to return to home, another day they said the car is ok, after two days, we got some noise coming from left gate, power window not working, some sparking noise was coming from dashboard, again we sent the car to TATA, again the same checking procedure taken place, after a week again got the wrong indicators like when i break the car the both side indicators are reflecting, so again the same, THEY SAID THIS IS THE PROBLEM OF WIRING AND FUEL IS MIXED, BUT I USED TO TAKE FUEL FROM SHELL PETROL PUMP, THEY TOLD TO CHANGE THE DIESEL FILTER, we agreed to do that, I M A WORKING PERSON AND FROM 1 MONTH CONSTANTLY I USED TO GO TWISE IN A DAY TO TATA MOTORS, THEY REPAIR THE CAR AND CALL ME, I GO AND WHEN TAKE A TEST RIDE, THE SAME PROBLEM ARISES, SO THE CAR TODAY IS ALSO AT THEIR SERVICE CENTRE.

mi am owner of safari dicor 2.2.vtt EX model 2008. i purchased it from dada motors moga (punjab)my vechicle no is PB29H 4844 .................. I have used so many cars since last 20 years like Maruti, Mahindra and Toyota Qualis.I have never been put in trouble and all my vehicles have proved to be very good for me. These all vehicles are lower version as compared to Safari EXIn the month of april the engine was stopped working. any how the car was reached at goyal &goyal motors patiala. there thry said that the head of the engine was broken due to the problem in timing belt.
at that time they asked that your timing belt was not changed by your dealer.

Sir,I left my vechicle PY01BB1056 TataSafariDicor on 15/12/2011 for service at Manakular Service Center(autorized service center for TATA),Till now they didnt give my vechicle If asked it is small problem we are doing,the parts has to come from the company.Even though parts came from company before three days but eventthough they are not doing properly.This is the worst service stattion i ever seen.Not only now all the time they doing like this

i have purchase SAFARI 2.2 DICOR on 19 NOV 2012.One the first day from SHOW ROOM TO MY home when I parked new car at my door step parking and applied the HAND BREAK, I was surprised when Hand Break assemble came out with the spring. Out of the 90 days that I have owned the car, the car has spent more than 30 days at the workshop. Every time I am told the problem is resolved and every time I find out the same thing reappearing a couple of days later.
Now the new problem of self at morning time when I started my car It didn't take the self then I called to TATA MOTORS CUSTOMER care they have send the mechanic. He tried to start my car and tried to pull my car through his service Van but it would not started. he advice me bring my car to the service station. Then I bring my car to the service station, they told me that they have send my car self at LUCAS service center for the investigation. Then Next day what I found showroom people has told me that LUCAS has rejected my car self and they told that Its Falt at coustomer END.
What TATA MOTORS WANT TO DO IN THE MARKET. ARE THEY MAKE FOOL OF CUSTOMER OR WHAT.
TATA MOTORS ARE PLAYING WITH CUSTOMER FEELING AS WELL AS THEIR MONEY.

I have owned Tata Safari dicor 2.2 EX. But the problem is that there is a rattling noise doors, windows and bonnet. Whenever I went to the servicing center at Tedim Motors (Tata Servicing Center) in Imphal, Manipur nothing had been solve. Its a wasting of time and money. I would say that Tata servicing sucks!

My complaint still from the day one when i buy tata safari in 2008.Gear leather cover was totally cracked from the day 1...I lodged a complaint to dealer and their PUNE office but all in vain..no replacement till date it`s more than 9 months now.
Please look into the matter on urgent basis.

my vehicle's floor mats are not of tata safari's.I purchased the vehicle on 3.3.09, from urs motors-mysore
and my vehicle's service indicator gets on very often and my vehicle gets a jerk.i went for check up 2 times in mysore & 2 times in banglore.In banglore concerd motors they said there was a problem in clutch sensor and it has been solved.but the next day i had the same problem but they could not solve it.
and also my vehicle moves towards left side in the level road.in first service they spoilt my seat cover.hope u will kindly oblige and solve my problem.

Self start problem
I’m writing this mail after the pathetic experience I had with Tata Motors, Lucknow. My vehicle Tata Safari had some problems and I approached the service centre and the suggested to repair the same. It was well repaired; however, it came back in less than a day.
This is in continuance of the long problem for which I’ve already approached Service centre in Gorakhpur and they have been unable to repair this.
I’d request you to look into this matter and do the needful at the earliest before there’s another dis-satisfied customer of Tata. You can call me for further info on this issue.

TATA SAFARI ENGINE FAILED ON 800 KM
I purchased one Tata Safari Vx bearing Engine No. 2.2LDICOR061ZYJ11180 Chassis No. MAT403745ANF06480 on dated 27/10/2010. The vehicle had run for about 900 kms only. and its engine failed. Vehicle has been sent to the selling dealer M/s Marudhara Motors, Jodhpur. However I lost Confidence in the vehicle and the brand and have no desire to keep the vehicle, I informed the dealership accordingly, They refused to take back the vehicle without company's concent on the matter. I request tata to kindly instruct delar to keep the vehicle and refund the money but Tata Moters dosen't have any proper customer support and don't have will to resolve this matter even delar is ready to refund so now i am going to consumer court overall Tata Safari and Tata Brand is wasted brand in india don't buy any Tata Products otherwise you will face same problem...
