Subject – TCL TV’s warranty period related

Dear TCL Higher Management Team,

I have purchased a TCL 55” TV through Amazon online on[protected]. 2 weeks before the TV got issues and I called TCL service center through TCL customer service. TCL Service center at Olavakkod Kerala has sent an Technician and he has confirmed the complaint that the picture tube has to be replaced and its TCL warranty for 1 year...

Display and sound problem, please dont buy this brand very worst service. very very very worst customer care service in chennai....

Hi Team, I have been facing issue for past 2.5 month with my TCL tv and no resolution provided. There is no service and no resolution they have provided. And customer support is non-reachable. Please assist. Incident already raised # IN[protected]
