Subject – TCL TV’s warranty period related
Dear TCL Higher Management Team,
I have purchased a TCL 55” TV through Amazon online on[protected]. 2 weeks before the TV got issues and I called TCL service center through TCL customer service. TCL Service center at Olavakkod Kerala has sent an Technician and he has confirmed the complaint that the picture tube has to be replaced and its TCL warranty for 1 year has been completed and need to pay the amount. Immediately I have contacted Amazon and explained the scenario then they routed me to do the repair through TCL service center by paying the cash and Amazon will refund the amount after sending invoice to them. For double confirmation I have taken email by saying the same things.
After requesting personally to TCL service center Manager Mr. Shibu has sent me a used TV for temporary purpose until the old TV got repaired by replacing the picture tube. I have paid 30, 300 Rupees to the service center account and the invoice has been sent to Amazon but Amazon team has changed their commitments and says that the amount cannot be refunded with reason the TV got 3 years warranty and no need to pay to TCL and they asks for the Service request number from TCL.
Immediately I have contacted TCL with the same details however there is no any proper response from TCL Kerala Head.
Hence seek TCL top escalation team to look in to this and sort out the issue immediately.

TCL tv issue

Hi Team, I have been facing issue for past 2.5 month with my TCL tv and no resolution provided. There is no service and no resolution they have provided. And customer support is non-reachable. Please assist. Incident already raised # IN[protected]

TV Product under 3 years warranty

Have a TCL tv 55v500, suddenly vision goes off but sound is there. Product under warranty
Technician visited and he checked tv set and says penal is the issue, it is tobe replaced and will take 10 to 12 days.
TV penal chaged 12 th Jan 21 and TV running properly but scratches on the tv screen found. I was not present at the time of installation but my old mother only was present at the time of installation. I have mailed to the company on the same day.
New job ID created as

Technician visited on Tuesday 19 th Jan and take photos of the TV penal and scratches. Now no communication from company side.

Complaint about tv display

Two years ago, I Bought TCL 55 inch HD T.V from vija-sales, boriwali(west), with 3 years warranty.It was working fine but after 18 months Suddenly there has been faults regarding the display of the tv.black shadow appears along upper side of tv portion and then after i did complaint to vijay sales on 1st week of September and then there technician came on 12th September he checked and he gave another technician number and said he will solve your problems with in 12 -15 days and then we are continuously trying to call to TCL customer care and vijay sales they both saying 5 days, 10 days like this it happend 3 months still my problem not resolved.i am higly dissapointed from TCL and VIJAY SALES services. It would be highly kind of you to do something regarding this matter.
