Claim refund amount still pending

I cancelled my trail journey from Delhi to Ludhiana on December 15 2015 and file TDR and on 23 January 2016 showing CR registed but claim amount still not recieved, Cancellation no-[protected], PNR no-[protected]. The reason for filing Tdr is that train is delayed by more than 3 hours. Please do needful for proving my refund. And please also provide status for the processing of refund...

TDR Refund

Dear Sir,
I filed a TDR on 27/12/2014 under Part partial confirm ticket, IRCTC rejected my TDR saying i have to give some TTE certificate which has to be issued by Ticket collector to the confirm ticket member. My father is not aware about this kind of certificate nor even ticket collector informed him about the certificate.
Now, IRCTC is rejecting my TDR application saying failure to provide TTE certificate. I mailing them...
