I have raised to many request to Flipkart about the missing branding box and mrp tag because I want to return this shoe as it’s not of my size but every time it’s rejecting my request

I have ordered Pebble cosmos luxe smart watch INR 4499 on 11july22 through Flipkart, seller RetailNet, Tech connect retail pvt Ltd, the different product was delivered on 15july22, Delivered product of Timex Analog watch @ INR100. I have raise six time replace request through flipkart every time request rejected, Now Flipkart has black listed account. I have placed request for seller to connect me, but still no any call from seller.

I bought a modem from Flipkart. That one is not working. Now I have 2 yr warranty. How to i claim it. Flipkart bill not have a serial no...

I have received a different brand watch and the request is still rejected even after I have filed such a huge return request.

( model no NN 95051KM01) through flipkart and it was delivered to me on 20th June 2022. But the invoice I received there is no model no of the watch mentioned in the invoice.

Shoe came, but it didn't fitted well, so i tried to return the product but when delivery guy came he rejected the return as article number on box didn't match on their app, then i noticed that the seller sent the wrong box of another product,

I was not able to return the product, i tried to Flipkart customer care but they just kept delaying and delaying the process for over 10 days now on 5 may it's last day of return on their return policy and i was not able to return product still.

They are making fool our of people and are scamming people

This is regarding one of the recent orders at flipkart. I ordered for size 11 shoe and received size 10. I provided images of wrong size product sent to me.I asked for replacement and there was no action taken and my complaint was closed as resolved without even contacting me. I re-opened the complaint and same action(no action ) was done and complaint marked as resolved. To my surprise I was asked to provide my ID!!

I mean what kind of rubbish is this. You did not validate me for purchase and now when I am asking for replacement, for the mistake you made, you are asking for ID proof?? I demand justification for this requirement and I now feel unsafe with doing business with you. As you will keep sending me wrong products (because you dont have actual product )and keep my money to earn interest out of it. I dont know how many million people are duped in this manner.

Why should I share my ID?
It was not asked at the time of taking payment and now for refund or replacement you are asking ID proof!! Sorry I dont feel safe about my identity here anymore. You could be using my information for all the wrong reasons!!

Give me 1 valid reason to share my personal info. Did I commit fraud, then prove it and I will share my ID proof?
Did I involve in any fraudulent transaction in last few months then prove it and I will share my ID proof?
Do you think this is a case of money laundering then prive it and I will share my ID proof?

If not I want my replacement or refund.

I just spoke to a customer service rep Anushkha who simply did not care to fix problem but simply talk rubbish. When I asked for supervisor she first said they are not allowed but later agreed after I expressed my anger! Wow liers... and they expect me to trust them with my ID proof..!

Finally the supervisor or escalation person(Rahul) was the most rubbish and illogical, insensible and stupid person I ever spoke to as an escalation support. He kept repeating the robotic responses in spite of clear mention that talk logical and try to understand issue. He also denied to transfer the call to manager or supervisor!!

I mean issue is as clear as water!

I asked shoe with size UK 11 and they sent size UK 10. now I asked for replacement or refund and they ask for my ID proof!!! I mean seriously, what nonsense is this??

I request you to please help me get the refund or valid replacement as soon as possible. Additionally I would appreciate reasonable compensation for the enery and waste of time due to this nonsense.

I had placed an order from Flipkart, Invoice No - FAAVUF[protected]. The product is damaged from a corner making it difficult to use it. Request you to make a replacement of the product since it's in the warranty period.

I have a complaint that this seller is selling used product are the product which is not operating. I have purchased a product from Flipkart on 12 October 2021 and the name of the product is TP link Mr 6400 but I have received wrong product. The TP link box was Mr 6400 but inside the product was Mr 200. I would not complain if the product is in running mode but the product is not operating. While I am taking resolution from service team of TP link they are asking that in invoice whatever model number it is written same should be the physical product. So I cannot resolve my problem from TP link service team also. And it is clearly seen that this product had been used earlier because there are many scratches and dirt in the device.
