I purchased some dresses and curtains worth rs 10000 from myntra on 30th oct. After 4 days i requested to return them. They sent a email to self ship to seller address. I did that and sent to Tech connect retail pvt Ltd binola manesar gurgaon . They received all the products. After few days I asked customer care for the refund of products they said u had to sent it to other address which we sent you in email. Now these people and myntra both are not responding . Myntra said find no from Google and talk to Tech connect . We are not responsible. We can't give contact no of them

Dear sir/mam,
i recently ordered a HP envy laptop through flipkart but the problem is that in this order billing address should be same as shipping address. Kindly send me a correct copy of invoice with correct billing address that is same as shipping address since I have to claim this laptop in my company and it is possible only if it is billed on my name so kindly change the billing address same as shipping address.

I placed order id od[protected] canon eos 1300d dslr camera body with dual lens.. 3, black for an amount of rs.31, 824/- through flip kart. The parcel was received and the same opened we surprised with stones and there was not any product. It was so cruel and humiliating for us. And it was more painful when customer care executives blindly turned down our request for an enquiry.

My laptop is overheating near right side track pad heat is constantly and slow performance. Kindly resolve for my problem iam purchase this laptop in flipkart 9-9-2018, kindly replace a new laptop iraised complaint in flipkart.

I have purchase camera but its quality not good. Picture quality is below the 5 megapixel camera when its 20 megapixels. I have check all the settings and adjust it not satisfied. I have purchase from the flipkart there only a exchange policy hence i request to you please provide the exchange policy. I want to purchase the mobile with same prize and if required extra charge i agree for the same.

We have received this package on 16th august. The courier package is well packed with the camera however we see that camera box seal is already opened and replaced with glass tape in front side. All the accessories are available except camera & battery hence we have raised complaint on same day. Based on trust over flipkart we have paid the money before receiving the product. Now we are getting frustrated when seeing this type of incident.

After that i called the flipkart customer care and they told its not possible to add my company gstn no. To the product i asked the reason but they didnt have any answer and they told me if i dont want the product then to return it. But i want this product so i want you to please add my gstn no. I. When i try to connect my cell phone to charger, i had come to that its a damage product. I have ask the delivery boy to show me whether its working or not, but he refuse and told me to pay the amount and said if its not working then it will be replace.
Please replace your damage product and give me a proper working condition product.
