I haven't received my order since 1and half month and contact no. Is switched off and no one reply on email.. I need my money back and stop this fraud activity

I have ordered a saree of rs 389 on 2nd feb from the shining india website and i paid with my sbi debit card payment is escaleted through instamojo and both of them do not reply for my product they are fraud take action against them they send me a message with order confirmation and never give update about product and now website is down no one is thier to reply.....

I palced a ordered to shin ind. At 13 feb.2019 i have received msg and deducted ordered amt.

That msg told.
You have received your orederd 12 to 14 days but not received also shown your conform your ordered status you call the no.[protected] on the second day i call the no. One agent talk me, but few days after that no. Switchoff
Plz solve my problem...

Order no is 92973. Order was placed on 17th february of cost rs 379 and it was supposed to be delivered within 12- 14 days. But i haven't received it yet. Please look into the matter. Above is a fake company i am requesting to take strict action and have the money refund
I am facing the same problem this time i made an online payment of one gowns rs 458 on 12/02/2019 i received this message that payment made successfully received your order no 76251 and delivered to 12 to14 days and i have also received the mail from rozarpay site for sucessfull payment they mentioned me the ticket no 76251 i also complaint this...

That order has not been delivered to me till today and the website of shining india is not being open and the mobile number is also telling the switch off.

I did my payment online and the dress is not yet delivered... They people are not even replying to the e - mails..
Fraud they are... Chutiya saale. I have made payment since a month, i am writing this complain on 1 march 19 and have did my payment online exactly on 1 feb 19... Sue those #, fraud, cheaters...

I found this site from one of the social networking site. I have ordered one kurta palazzo set on 7th feb 2019 and paid using the debit card as cod is not available. I have received an sms and an email with order confirmation, also received order id (65198). As per the sms, i should receive the package in 10 to 12 days. I was able to reach the customer care initially, they used to say some random answer and said courier will reach to me in...

Story is same as already u have. I paid online got confirmation by email of co.
Wen i received acknowledgement sms next day confirm by call. They assured me abt my order delivery. Still i didnt get it no w their mobile is switched off.... They are doing fraud still they r identified but they r not traced by anyone
Plz take serious efforts regarding it...

After making online payment, i received a message on the website that product will be delivered with 12-14 days.

Till date no product has been delivered. I tried to open the website, but other than home page, no other link on the website is opening....

I ordered a long frock, of worth rs.495, on 9th feb it said order will be delivered within 14 days. Till now the order has not been arrived yet. After calling for several times either it's switched off or not responding. If the site is fraud then please return the money back. The order number is also not available and the mail delivered are also missing.

Either deliver the order or refund the money asap!...

I have ordered a dress worth 400rs through debit card, as cod is not available. I got the sms with confirmation and received order number.
I have enquired for the status 2 to 3 times, call connected and they said the courier will reach me in 10 to 12 days. I have ordered on 7 feb, till now i did not received. And the number is not working.

I order a gown worth Rs 480 on 16th feb, 2019 but there is no information about the package yet. I even cannot track the order. The site is not opening so there is no way in which I can contact them. This is a serious matter as money matters. We had ordered due to the cheap price but this seems not too evident. I request you to kindly look into this concerned matter as this can be injurious and can also earn money unwantedly....

It's a fake company. I ordered gown from it. Immediately money got deducted from debit card as there was no option of cod. I got confirmation mail regarding booking of order. Talked to someone on phone regarding delivery. He said it would take 15 days. I ordered it on 12th feb but till now nothing is received and no reply on mail also. Website is not working and phone out of reach. L want my money back please take an action asap....

So i called cx care no [protected] they told me that "you wil receive the order on[protected], but until now i didn't received the stock now i am trying to call that no, now the cx care no not available.

I found this "the shining india" on facebook as a online shopping website... I linked this n i purchased one gown of rs 480 n i paid through online transcation via debit card on 11th feb, 2019... After few days i called on mob no: [protected], one man received my call n said that yr gown has been delivered from delhi n we will receive in 3-4 days... Now this number is nt working... Please...

This company is fraud the social media site support that company to spread the website the charged for product and not deliverd that... They take payment and after that not answering of mail number which they update on site that was out of reach it is just a type of scam i just want my money back # person dont make a fool of innocent people.....

The shinning india is a complete fake website, its a very big scam, i came to know about this site through facebook, since there was no cod option i had to pay through credit card, i had ordered 2gowns of rs 48o each, paid a total ount of rs960 and now the ph number is also not working nor they are replying on email i request everybody to mark that site as a fake site, a big scam so that other innocent donot fall their prey, pls everbody...
