My order number 77204 is not delivered yet. I orderd April 11th 2022.i want my money back or else my order back... As soon as posible....

I ordered ratnagiri alphonso mango on Dtd. 09.04.02022. payment was already done by paytm but till not I am not received my order.

I have dated 07/04/2022 to order fruits online from the website (Thefreshfruit.in) whose order nomber is 43264. The order was about to arrive in 4-5 days but it did not come, then I called the company's complaint number [protected] and [protected] they said that your amount will be refunded, then asked for the details of the credit card, but I did not give it, after that many calls were not received. someone doing please help to my money refund thnkyou

Please help on this matter. I ordered cloths on 9th April'2022. Payment got completed and I received email and SMS. Now it has been 7 days. Today I tried to check the website so that I can call customer care and track my order but now the website is not accessible. I received SMS and email. Please help on this matter.

I bought mangoes from Thefreshfruit.in and made the payment on 10th April but didn't get the delivery. Site is also down now.

Please look into this fraud.

I placed an order on 11.04.2022...Ratna giri Alphonsa Mangos.

Payment debited but they did not share my order details and Tracking number.

The website was not opened.

I got payment debited details by mail and also from payumoney as,

I ordered fresh mangoes from freshfruit.in on 8-April-2022 and paid for it (PayTM). It was supposed to be delivered in 3 days but have not received my order nor able to contact them or PayTM.

Ordered 10kg mangoes no response fraud website Do noi understand where to complain loosing faith with online purchase and payment

Online payment was done through payu gateway. No invoice was issued. No communication address or number is provided. Only name of a person is given to be contacted as Kiritbhai Kalubhai Bajaniya. Mangoes are not delivered.

I saw their advertisement in YouTube.
I clicked since I wanted to buy mangoes.
I selected 10kg of Alphonso mangoes. Paid 449 + 49 shipping + 89.64 GST total of 587.64
I paid through Google pay
All the above on 11th April

I went to check the status today and site is unreachable.

I have screenshot of the payment maid. Also Google pay receipt.

Ordered mangoes from here but never received anything, and they are charging GST also, I don't know how come such frauds commit crime and get their ### saved. Government must punish these frauds.

I orderd kahaju and badam from this site on 9th apri.till now ididnt get any conformation from the site i paid the total amount...is this site is fake??????

Ordered mangoes not delivered. Not able to contact the vendor by mail or any other source. YouTube too is responsible for not checking credentials before allowing to advertise in its website. Will put the fraudsters behind bars... just wait and see...

This shop claims of selling of fresh mangoes but make fraud money pls take strict action such fraud.

Hi All not only from thefreshfruit.in this website. They are keep trying with different website like vrudamfab.in and FruitDeal.in all from their same person. Indian government and payment gateway companies should be take action with them. They are tried with different payment gateway companies like paytm, payu & etc... .

I ordered 10 kg fruit from their website and paid an amount of 400 for that same.but i didn't recieve any confirmation of the same and when i tried their customer support it is invalid too

This website is fraud, taking payment and not delivering any thing, There are so many customers complains on web forums. This is fraud merchant, please payback to my account. 410 Rupees.

I have ordered for 10kg mango for 410 rs including GST and I have not received yet. Later I noticed that it is scam.

I had ordered 10 kg mangoes from thefreshfruit.in as adverised on rediff.com and paid Rs 649. No delivery and customer service no [protected] does not exist. I have been cheated

I had ordered 10 KG of mangoes on this online shop and paid RS 649 THROUGH NETBANKING. The shop is advertising the sale at rediff.com.

i have not received the fruits and contact no given[protected] seems non existent. this is clear fraud
