hello my name is vinayak and i am trying to book movie tickets on ticketplease.com but its not working for big cinemas from last 3 days.
i have 4 coupons of this site but all hv expired cuz the bookings were closed.
i tried ticketplease customer care but only answer i got from them was that the problem is from the big cinemas end and not from ticketplease end!
this problem happens evry week end..
just stop the online booking permanently...

I have booked online 2 tickets of chennai express from ticketplease.com site.
While booking the online ticket i used my debit card, and in response i got the mail from them mentioning that "my transaction could not be processed and my money will refunded to my bank account automatically within 6 hours"
But till now money is not been refunded and also the contact number given in the mail for query purpose is...

Hi,
Today i booked 4 tickets using Ticketplease.com of Vicky Donor movie for Cineplois Bangalore of 7:40 PM show.
When i reached there and show confirmation message and ask for my ticket,no such booking for 4 people exists in their database.
Instead they had booking for 2 people only.
I request you to look into this matter as so much inconvenience has been caused to us.
Kindly help...
