Odered a product on the Tjori website on 17th may. Date of delvery was 29th may. Since the product was not evenshipped by the above mentioned date, I sent an enquiry email. As response I got an automated reply email and the delivery date was changed to 5th june. This process repeated itself till finally the current estimated delivery date is 17th July! 2 months after date of ordering. As it was a prepaid order, I tried to cancel the order and initiate a refund. The company only sends an email stating the order is in process and i will be intimated when it is shipped. The contact number is out of service.

I purchased a kurta (Rs 2649) on 1st of Jun and with expected delivery on 7th June. When I didn't receive the product or any information, I dropped an email to their customer support. I heard back saying there's delay and I will receive the product on 14th instead. As I wanted the clothing for a particular occasion which 14th June delivery won't serve, I asked them to cancel my order. However, I was told that no refund is possible and I can only get lifetime credit note instead. So, I decide to wait for the order to be delivered instead.

It's 23rd June today and they haven't even dispatched my order. The support is not explaining anything and I doubt if they will ever deliver my order. Please take action as it seems I am not the only one suffering. There are many other consumers who have had the same issues with this website and it probably is all a scam.

I have already reported their ads to Facebook which is where I saw their ad and decided to buy.

Not delivering my product

This company are the worst. I never had such a bad experience in my life with any company. I have a lawyer now and I will do everything that they will not work any more.
3200 Rupi for garbage.
70 emails and nothing.
They deleted from there website all my orders.
Playing games.
How can it be that they are steel in the market. I don't understand.

I had ordered a kurti almost a month ago but haven't received it yet. The customer service is awful. They haven't resolved my written complaint and yet I received an email stating that the complaint has been resolved.

Pathetic experience. Placed order on 13 April with online payment..It’s June but still not received.. sent end number of mails.. calling at customer care.. sometimes they say order is cancelled othetime sending mails it is under process of completion ..will be delivered.. will never recommend anyone to order from this company..

I placed an order [TJORI.COM Support] Re: Order [protected] of a kurta pallazo set with Tjori on March 6th 2022, and I was given a due delivery date ofMarch 28th 2022. However by March 28th, forget delivery, i did not even receive a message that the order has been dispatched. On checking my order status at their website I found that the delivery date has been pushed by week (without informing me). On contacting their customer service via email (website says their customer service staff is all working from home so they don't answer call on the customer service contact number published on their website) I was told that there were some issues faced in procuring their raw materials and hence the delay, but now they have prioritised my order and it will reach me soon. Nothing of this sort happened and the due delivery date was pushed ahead another 4 times, each time by a week. As soon as one date crossed, they would update a new one that would be the week after. Finally on April 23rd 2022, after waiting a month and half for my dress, frustratedly i asked the order to be cancelled. The order was cancelled the same day and I was told that I would get the refund in 5-7 business days. Today is the 9th day and ther is no sign of the money. And the customer service has stopped responding to my emails.

They do not deliver products. They’re charging pretty good for each of their products, do not have a customer support and basically is a scam shopping site despite of the fact they’ve got funded from time to time.

I placed an order with tjori the first time and the product wasn't being delivered to me. So I requested for the order to be canceled and for the money to be refunded. They didn't refund the money, instead gave me a code that would adjust the amount in my next order. The next time I placed the order, they delayed the delivery by 4 months and then canceled the order without sending any notification. I don't have any coupon codes or money in my wallet. Such a fraud! Not once, but twice.

I placed an order for a necklace on 20th Feb. They didn't deliver the item even after 40 days. I have mailed them several times for refund, but no one bothered to provide any kind of resolution. I have received mostly automated replies stating it will be resolved. This is not the first time this has happened.

I have ordered a suit from TJORI, received it and it was too big, so I asked for exchange. They picked up product from me and it’s been a month I didn’t receive an exchange. I can’t open my orders on their site too, because their site is broken or I donno what’s going on. I just can’t see my orders. Customer support is not support at all, they don’t resolve anything, only promising.

Despite requesting several times to cancel the order due to a long delay of 1 month it got delivered and of bad quality and the company now refuses to return

I was a part of the tjori, i left the organisation on 12th of October. According to their policy the salary will be crediting after 45days from the resignation, but its been 03 months and more but they didn't credit my salary, everytime they have a new excuses.

I placed an order with a pair of shoes in the month of October. In November Tjori cancelled the order saying that they have run out of the raw material and promised that they will do full cash refund to my account. I gave all the details of my bank account to transfer the money. But till now I didn't get my refund. I mailed them 100 times but no reply.

Had ordered a prepaid kurti on Nov 3rd. Its Dec 10th today and still the product hasnt been even packed or shipped ! The delivery date was extended thrice.
Wrote several emails however got no response. Finally got a response saying that the product will be shipped before Dec 7th only to see today that it is extended again to Dec 15th.
Horrible horrible service. Have been a frequent online purchaser on various websites but never had this kind of a disappointing experience. Cannot believe how such a fraud website is still thriving! Got to see a lot of complaints regarding the same on this forum. 100% sure, they delete complaints on their instagram page as i could see none on their page and thought it was a genuine website.
Thought of cancelling the order but from the reviews here it seems that, they do not even refund it. Trapped !
Please stay away from this website guys.
Always always do your research before ordering from an unknown website no matter how genuine it may look. It's better to resort to popular e-commerce websites.

We didnt get the dress or Refund

Places an online order on https://www.tjori.com/ which is run by Mansi Gupta and Ankit Wadhwa.
The order was not getting shipped initially. So, I tried contacting them only to find out that the phone no provided does not work. So dropped them an email. Received no response. After further follow-up a tracking link for the parcel was given. And the parcel was not even delivered but instead was returned to the origin. Some scam it looks like. Then I asked for a refund.

Till date have not received the refund. The money is gone.

Purchased block heels from tjori. Only by the 2nd use the sole vent inwards, when informed tjori, one Mr. Sanjay told they only have a “3day return policy” and Denied any sort of help!

Beware of tjori they give faulty products and cheat you!

Ordered a dress and did the payment in advance. Because the order delivery was too late. cancelled it the same day and requested a refund. but there is no reply from their end. Emailed them several times, but no revert to the mail.
It's been more than 3 weeks, still no reply. Also, they pushed the delivery date further. They don't receive calls due to so-called covid reasons. Don't know any other way to connect with customer service. Looks like a fraud company.

Its been almost a month and the product has not been delivered.there has been no response from the company to inform me about the cause for delay.

As the package was delivered too late from promised delivery date i requested for the return of the product n there was no response from the team since 5 days. They never responded when i requested for delivery n tracking details. They are looting the money of customers the quality of the products is also not good n the returns are never responded this is not the way any e commerce should work or trouble customers. I feel like its my mistake of placing n order with them.

I have ordered 3 women's pallazo on 26th Sept, 2021 which I received on 15th October, 2021 order id:ID [protected] out of which 2items have size issue and since then I amtrying to reach them via mails, calls, DMs and Instagram comment section. They arent replying on any. Its been 10 days I haven't received any reply on the return request that I placed. I tried commenting on their instgarm post about the return request, they deleted my comments which proves they are seeing all the complaints and yet ignoring and being fraud.

I ordered 2 dresses on Tijori shopping site on 23rd of sep worth 2028/- The promised delivery date at the time i placed the order is 10th of oct. i waited until 6th of oct n stared to check if the package is shipped on 6th of oct there was a tracking number updated in the site as i tried to track using the number it says it is invalid. I tried to reach the site through phone which isn’t working, i dropped n email asking for correct tracking details there was no respond i dropped email every single day. On 11th of oct i got one response stating package is shipped n a link to track it. By which i got to know the initial details provided where just to bluff customer. Now as i kept tracking since 11th of oct on ecom express. The Estimated delivery date was given as 14th of oct. From 14th of oct the package is stated to be at local station (new alwal) which is exactly the delivery location too. As the package was not out for delivery on 14th i kept emailing them everyday since then till today there is not even a single response from Tjori n there is no update on the package tracking. I have neither the order nor refund, i ordered it for festival which is also gone. This is my first order from Tjori n i must say they ruined my festival vibes n it is such a hectic to contact them, all they do is simple take money from customers do not ship them orders n simple use the money. This is not acceptable. I recommend not to purchase from them as they do not operate through phone n never respond to customer emails.

I have placed 2 prepaid orders on 28th Sep and I requested them to cancel one order on the same day of order placed in which I paid 2996 rs..they cancelled my order as per my request but not yet given refund back...I have sent a number of mails to them but they responded only twice and said that they have escalated my issue to a special team but still I haven't received my refund..
But now they were not even responding for my mails..how can they keep someone's hard earned money in their pocket...
I want my refund back in any case or else I will go to any extent..

I have placed same order twice by mistake on September 28th and I immediately cancelled one order but it's not getting cancelled from my side..so I requested u through mail to cancel my order and initiate refund of 2996 rs..As per my request u cancelled my order on 30 th September and promised me I will get my refund in 5 to 7 business days..it's been 9 days I haven't received my refund and I sent u many mails regarding this..
Though I have seen many complaints on this website that u won't initiate refund etc...still I trusted and placed a prepaid order ...I do like the quality o[censored]r products and I like to shop more in this website..I hope u will understand my concern and please initiate my refund since I don't want to face any bad experience in this website because I like the quality o[censored]r products..

I bought a dress from Tjori.com on July 6th. After 3 weeks, the dress had not arrived, I had heard nothing and I couldn't track the order. When I contacted Tjori, I was told they had cancelled the order due to "mill closures". They offered a voucher, which I used to order a different dress from their website. I waited, and heard nothing, again, I noticed I could not track the order through the website. I contacted them several times, and was finally offered a refund. Now it has been 8 working days and I have sent two more emails, but still I don't have my money. And I have not heard from them.
