Fund 4000 transferred from TNSC Bank to SBI bank account thru NEFT on 16.05.21. is still not credited to the receiver end nor even returned from where it had been initiated. Neither of the bank takes responsibility to resolve the issue.. Where is the money gone. Do you think online fund transfer is secure and safe anymore?

I kavitha, and jewel loan account holder in TNSC bank located in Shastry Nagar. Hold five loan accounts in my sister ( Hemavathy ) and my name. During the month of May 2014, i approached the BM for the rescheduling on the loan possibilities and the appraiser called and convinced me for the settlement of the loan via selling . and the whole process will be handled by them and i would only sign the relevant documents. During the discussion with the Branch Manger and the appraiser, they have discussed with me that they can make an arrangements for the closer of five loan accounts one by one. So they asked to approach me in second week of MAY 2014. During the discussion, they have offered me on 17th may 2014 Rs 20000 (twenty thousand rupees) and confirmed to return back the part of the jewel within one week, mean while they have taken signature in two of the documents . After continuous follow up with branch manager, phone call with appraiser, Finally after two months follow up they have again committed to give me the rest of loan settled by 1st of August 2014. So myself and my brother (kumaresan) visited the branch on the confirmed day and to our surprise and after three hours of argument with the branch manager and appraiser, they again asked us to come on 16tth august. During the argument :  The branch manager has used unparliamentary words and threatened emotionally on me.  Questioned my integrity and screamed at me and my brother.  We stepped out with the hope to get our jewel back on 16th august 2014. Without knowing what to do, we asked the branch manager to give us in writing on the confirmation date to revisit the branch. The letter was signed the sealed by the branch manager and co attested by the appraiser wit hteh details of the jewels which would be given back to us. So we visited again on 16th of August, again they played the game and requested us to come and meet the m for the final closure on 21st august 2014. Without knowing how to react and to maintain myself image i walked out the branch hoping to get the closure process done. Sequence of events on 21st august 2014.  Myself along with the Sister approached the appraiser at around 1.35 pm  Waited there for another half an hour and the appraiser approached us with the closure documents.  Myself and my sister signed the closure documents by the compulsion of the appraiser ( Krishna)without any prejudice and he promised us that he would give us back the jewel.  After signing the documents the appraiser asked us to wait for half an hour at the branch,  At around 4.00pm some people from outside held a meeting with the BM and the appraiser and they called us to be part of the meeting .  We refrained from meeting them, and in the BM room, my jewels were tested in the BM cabin along with the outsider which i was able to see thorough my naked eye via the open glass from outside . They used the rubbing stone to check the jewel as well.  Then the appraiser called us by 5.00 pm to say that the deal cannot be taken forward and hence close the loan by paying the outstanding.  Me and my sister felt humiliated and went back to the BM and appraiser in a fuming manner and asked them for the solution.  During this discussion, they said whatever we had a deal cannot be taken forward and you have to pay the outstanding and close the loan if not do whatever you can and ill treated us and asked us to get out of the branch. And the BM tried to snatch the letter which he has signed on the confirmation of returning the jewels to us, from me forcibly .  Then i asked for a complaint to be filed through another senior officer in the branch. He intervened and questioned the BM and the appraiser for all this incidents and confirmed to get us the justice.  But later after few of the closed door discussion with them he again came back to us and asked us to return the letter signed by the BM on 1st of August so that they could give us back the loan slips back to us.  We felt very bad and the whole incidents as shocked us to the core of the banking and we told our incidents to the branch employees and they we also not happy with the BM and the appraiser behaviours. Hence with all this incidents in the mind i have no other option to report to you as i feel left alone and the justice can only sorted out through this forum. I now stand with  NO receipt of the loan closure which is still held with the branch as they have denied to give it back to us and wanted in exchange of the confirmation letter signed by the BM and appraiser of 1st august 2014.  I totally lost the trust in the TNSC banking and its creditability.  I see a injustice being encouraged in the banking, i feel no proper process are followed  I feel lots of vested interest prevails in the banking of TNSC Shastri nagar Branch.  The powers and the designation are mishandled and misused. Seeking a speedy solutions in getting me the justice . Hope the video records are at the BM rooms for your further investigation. I write this priority as the signed blank loan closure documents are held the shastry Nagar TNSC branch . I feel my right to information and the trustworthiness on the banking in TNSC has a major hit. Loan Account number : 1. [protected] 2. [protected] 3. [protected] 4. [protected] 5. The Cheif Manager of Perambur Branch has to undergo many responsibilties and procedures which I accept but should never treat a customer ( an ex-employee) so harsh and rude behavior. The lady manger must undergo more training for behavioral activities and customer inetraction which is absent in her case. Plesae do not take action but ask her to learn basic manners and disciplinary actions which is not with her

          Hello,
This Saravanan, working in TATA Consultancy services, Chennai.
I have an Issue with Tamil Nadu State ApexCo – operative Bank Ltd., Annanagar Western branch.
I took a DD on 26/07/2009 in order to pay my Semester fee on Demand pay to C.D.E., Bharathidasan University. But the DD has been sent return to me as the MICR Code is missing in Demand Draft.
When I tried to rectify this with the Banker there is no correct response from them.
This gave me a great disappointment and I’m afraid about my admission getting delayed.
Please advise me to whom and how to raise this complaint with immediate effective action.
