Bought battery (909h5) for Dell Latitude 7440 via their Amazon shop, since TPS is official distributer. It stopped working from 8 months onwards. Reported this via email at that time itself. They told me to go to Dell service center. I didn't had time to go to service center soon since it was in distant town. I went to Dell service center before the expiry of 1 year warranty, and Dell service center told me they won't do the replacement,...

Sir I doesnt recieved the refunded money till now..
The order was place by me on 21st july 2019 of the product Dell M5y1k laptop battery
But the recieved item was not compatible so i returned it.. the next day when i recieved itself
Which was on 28th july 2019 but till now i didnt recieved the refunded money which was of 2699/- indian rupee
I contact to the customer care they gave me a reference no. Telling me its already done from their side.. there might b issue with the bank so AMAZON told me to contact the bank
I contact to sbi helpline. But they said it can only b resolved buy the amazon Itself ...
So again i tell amazon the whole story.. they said it showing refund completion from their status..
In between all this mess up i still didnt recieved ma refunded amount till now which is been more than 10 days already
Due to which i m unable to get new one since ma money is stuck in between AMAZON n SBI bank..
N Now m clueless . Where should i go.. whom i will tell.. what to do.. to get ma stuck money back

so they told me to file a complain against this.. i hope this complain will resolve my problem
