Bought battery (909h5) for Dell Latitude 7440 via their Amazon shop, since TPS is official distributer. It stopped working from 8 months onwards. Reported this via email at that time itself. They told me to go to Dell service center. I didn't had time to go to service center soon since it was in distant town. Sir I doesnt recieved the refunded money till now..
The order was place by me on 21st july 2019 of the product Dell M5y1k laptop battery
But the recieved item was not compatible so i returned it.. the next day when i recieved itself
Which was on 28th july 2019 but till now i didnt recieved the refunded money which was of 2699/- indian rupee
I contact to the customer care they gave me a reference no. Telling me...
