Today i am traveling with your bus the bording time given is 8:50 but the staff himself change the bording timing to 10pm after 10pm they just start moving bus from one circle to other repeatly in search of passengers.. when try to talk to the staffs they misbehaved and told they have nothing to confirmality. And now its 11:30pm and they still take rounds at the same stop. I suggest never to take buses from travel point

Currently i am travelling in your bus number 8583.

I had paid 1000 for single sleeper. At the time of boarding attendent told me to sleep on double cabin latter on he will shift me in single cab his name was Mr. Mane. Now there is no single cab available as per current attendent.

Now I am forced to spend rest journey in drivers cabin all the night.

They just stop buses during journey without any reason. They didn't follow timetable and drive as per their need

Today i am traveling in travel point bus.. From karnal to mohamadpur.. Very bad bus conditions.. A not working properly as temperatures not cool. And staff behaviour is very bad. Also drinking and smoking in bus driver and conductor.. And talk about miss word use... So please action against this types of bus service. And traveling fright is very high 1500/- for chair sheet. This time i am traveling with this bus

I was already booked my ticket in sleeper in travel point bus, but on departure time they changed other bus jai maa kali. And they not provide sleeper seat in this bus and cancelled my ticket onthat time. And a travel point staff, i don't know his name he behave very rudely with me when i stopped him for demanding more money than travel charge. So please take action.

Travel point is a recruiting agency for gulf located in hyderabd the address of the office is as address: 102, 1st floor, gupta estate, basheerbagh cross road, opp. Babu khan estate, beside parisrama bhavan, sbi bank, hyderabad, telangana 500004. Travel point is not having any licence from ministry of external affairs and collect huge amount from the candidates. There is no actions taken against him by the police. It looks the government and police looks failure in arresting a agents who run the business without any licence.
Further i request the commissioner of police and government o telangana to take necessary action against the owner and other local bodies politician if they are involved in these or support these kind of agents.
