I ordered the Moto edge 20 fusion mobile from Flipkart via treasure haul online's delivery service. The item was to get delivered on Tuesday (26/07/2022) but it got delayed and is not delivered today as well. I was forced to cancel my order. With this disgusting delivery service the sale of various companies and flipkart's image will go really bad. I raise a complaint against treasure haul online's delivery service. It is highly unprofessional.

Lodge grievance on National Consumer Helpline immediately.

After I lodged my complaint with NCH yesterday because even though I cancelled my order within an hour of placing an order for a Motorola e32s, TreasureHaulOnline purposely didn't release the refund for 6 days.

When NCH connected with Flipkart about my grievance, within 1 day TreasureHaulOnline sent the refund. Jago Grahak Jago!

I ordered Motorola Edge 30 from Flipkart. Seller TREASURE HAUL ONLINE delivered a phone which was already locked and I am unable to unlock the phone. New phones will never be locked....

I had ordered an moto eage 30 on July 3 2022 but today the date is 15th of July 2022 still the product is not yet delivered, I'm really very disappointed with Service from Treasure Haul Online and Flipkart

I purchased this phone on the 2nd of July and got it delivered by the 4th of July. I have been facing issues using this phone since day one and I have been requesting a replacement because the seller does not have a refund policy but Flipkart and this seller are rejecting my replacement request continuously. There is no way of contracting the seller plus Flipkart is keeping me on a loop so that the time for replacement ends and I be stuck with this pathetic, defective device

I had ordered an Apple iPhone 13 on June 12 2022 but today the date is 28th of June 2022 still the product is not yet delivered, I'm really very disappointed with Service from Treasure Haul Online and Flipkart

I purchased one motorola mobile through flipkart on 10th June'22 and TREASURE HAUL ONLINE is the delivery partner but my order is still not delivered. I already made the payment while ordering the product. It was supposed to be delivered on 12th June but still not delivered

I am also facing the same issue with the seller.
I had ordered moto g52 which got delivered on 2nd June 2022 and it's having mic issue by which the voice is not clear and unable to make proper call .
And Flipkart is not taking it's ownership now and seller hual treasure denied for replacement.
Fake report has beed submitted by technician to Flipkart.
Don't buy any product from treasure haul...

I purchase my moto g52 on 28 may from Flipkart and after that I'm facing problem in my device while I doing multitasking phone suddenly stop working freezing, hanging issue i trying to contact many time flipkart They haven't given any resolution yet. flipkart and ekartlogistic team and treasure haul online seller you guy's send me defective product and now refused to return request why i don't want this product any more please accept my refund request and i didn't expect this from treasure haul seller i have proof of phone freezing hanging isse and i have geniune region after that why you guys didn't accept my concern why??

I had ordered a brand new Motorola Edge 30 Pro phone from Flipkart under the seller Treasure Haul Online.

Instead of new phone an old phone is delivered to me, as soon as the device was turned on, the device asks to enter PIN as the device was restarted.

No new phone asks for a PIN on startup, instead we will have to set it up from scratch.

Requesting you to please take action on this seller and also on the ecommerce platform for supporting such sellers.

I was purchasing apple iphone 12 pro and I have payed 89900 rupees but my order is not confirmed please refund my money and cancle the order...

box, I am calling flipkart for this issue from
past 5 days and made almost 30-35 calls but
nothing fruitful happened. I have raised the
request before regarding the same but the
flipkart executive asked me to cancel the
return and raise a request again. Although
she can make the changes but she didnt. The
return request before was approved as well
Delivery quy who came to pick the phone
said it is a different brand phone and refused to pick the phone. Now earlier request was cancelled and on new request it is showing that your issue will be solved after 15 days. My current phone is not working and I have bought a new phone in emergency. But unresponsive sellers don’t see before sending a phone.

I bought a Motorola phone from Flipkart 5 days back but when I opened the box I received Realme phone. I am contacting flipkart from past 5 days and made at least 30-35 calls but the executives either keep the phone on hold or hang up. Do you seriously believe one should trust Flipkart and the seller for getting a phone? The return request was approved after calling them 20 times then the delivery guy refused to pick the phone saying he can’t pick this phone as the phone brand is different in Motorola box.
What should I do with this phone and such Frauds. Is it my duty to tell the pick up guy the reason of returning the phone or your responsibility. Now Flipkart mentioned that they will replace the phone and not refund the amount. My order number is OD[protected]
