I had also bought oppo f11pro from tronzdeal in may but till now it hasnt come nor did i get refund plz help I had ordered from tronzdeal three months ago for some days it emailed me or sent msg for the delivery status, as I hv attached it's email also.but after some days I sent emails for the product delivery but didn't receive any reply...till now I have not received any information for it...plzz helpp...

I have ordered a mobiles handset Redmi note 7s Ruby Red 32GB from tronzdeal company on 19th of august but till now i haven't got any updates about this product. I have paid 2490rs online. My order id is 1592. I try to call the phone number that they gave but it says that incoming facility to this number is barred.

Note:we have send mail complaint also...they people not give reply in my email vijay.[protected]@gmail.com mo.no.[protected]br...

I advice the people to not buy any product from this company since this company is a fraud company....

I ordered on 14th august at that time that cheaters messaged that they will update on shipping details shortly but now after 15 days also that cheaters is not giving a single update and not given their contact numbers.
