I have placed order at True elements worth Rs 600 and payment was successful i already shared them upi reference number with them but they aren't accepting call and i also mailed them regarding this but they are not responding to my mail . My 600 has gone in vane its totally fraud company don't order from here . I also tried contacting their customer care at least 30 times but they are not receiving call . I ordered a food product worth inr 501 from trueelements.com on[protected] which was supposed to be delivered within a maximum of 10 days by latest delays and challenges. I bought yellow saffron tea from amazon of True Elements brand.
I spent 300 rs for this tea and there were worms inside that tea. Is this what you give to the customers who spend tons of there money..
