I had ordered one product through True Elements, but I have not received the items, without delivering the product, received message in what's app saying that product is delivered, this is an scam, I reached to support team but they are not receiving my call neither I am not getting any proper response from them, I saw so many comments against the same vendors, about this scam, they are not maintaining the trust between customer, I have not received any product till now and they are not ready to money refund on this, please help us to close this business, as it's loss for customer, they are cheating people in the name of business.

On 9th july 2023 Through pytm aap true elemements deal an order was placed for millet mix pack of 3 and advance shipping charge of 99/- rupees was payed by me. order number [protected] has been confirmed. But on 10 july i received a message that '' we regred to inform your order contining Millet Mix and will be shipped on Thursday 13 th july . product is out of stock and would need 2-3 more days to ger it ready. ‘’
Today is 17 july 2023 but no udated message has beed received. No one is picking the phone to assist on given ph no [protected] or any response to email id [protected]@true-elements.com

I have placed order at True elements worth Rs 600 and payment was successful i already shared them upi reference number with them but they aren't accepting call and i also mailed them regarding this but they are not responding to my mail . My 600 has gone in vane its totally fraud company don't order from here . I also tried contacting their customer care at least 30 times but they are not receiving call . Order was made by name o[censored]ma kapoor of almonds 1 kg on 21 dec by logging as guest user .

This complaint is against the courier company named delhivery and vendor true elements.
I ordered a food product worth inr 501 from trueelements.com on[protected] which was supposed to be delivered within a maximum of 10 days by latest delays and challenges. It has been 2 months undelivered now and when i track the order it shows returned back to seller for 3 consecutive times and keep on extending the delivery date to unacceptable time frames without my consent. They even dont make any contact or provide any information about my product and its delivery. I have already paid for the product and they never delivered. I have not been made a refund. It feels like i have been cheated, mislead and scammed. The product is of nutritional value and comprises a major part of my diet and well being which has been seriously hampered by the courier service delhivery mishandling. Please help me, i have shared screenshot of conversations with the vendor true elements and courier partner delhivery.

I bought yellow saffron tea from amazon of True Elements brand.
I spent 300 rs for this tea and there were worms inside that tea. Is this what you give to the customers who spend tons of there money..
It was writen organic so i bought that for my mom and i found this.
Of something had happened who is responsible?
I want government should take strict action against TRUE ELEMENTS company.
I hve photos of worm and tea which is not getting attached to this site.
I will file a complaint if no action taken.
