I get messages from jio network but in truecaller it shows bill due and ask to pay, i don't have any pending bills but truecaller forceful shows bills due in the name of jio. But when i seen in normal message it doesn't show. Truecaller trying to loot money by showing wrong bills. Please check the difference between normal message and truecaller message in my attachment pics.

I just ordered food from zomato and got a message saying that your balance is so and so from the bank since i used my card.

After i got message from bank (I. E for money debit) truecaller notification just popped up showing my remaining balance in account, but how??? I didn't connect my bank account with truecaller, i didn't use truecaller upi, still truecaller is able to show my balance, how??

I have proceed UGVCL bill through true caller pay on 18/9/2019 at that tom money debited and payment status pending. today status is still pending for payment UGVCL bill and money not refund. I have sent the money from true caller which is 500rs on 19 sept 2019. I have sent this amount to one of my friend and the payment is showing pending from last 18 hours but the amount is deducted from my account at the transaction time. I have sent this amount through the upi and the upi i used is of google pay. Please help me out to refund this amount to my account. I am attaching the screenshot with this.

I called my teacher on 30/8/19 at 19:45pm. Before this, i did not have this app. My name on my teacher's phone appeared as "unlucky [my name]". I feel very uncomfortable. My number and truecaller caller name was somehow manipulated, even when i do jot have an account on the app. Please deal with this breach of my security urgently.

Yesterday on 4th june, 2019, i was charged ₹270 and again today 5th june, 2019, ₹270 is deducted.

Please help me in getting my refund of ₹270 which was charged twice instead of once.

It came under my attention that someone else's name appears on true caller, while it is a business number/s. The name of the person on true caller is not even a director of the company. This is a very sensitive matter and need your urgent attention please take note that you will be kept liable for any damages caused if not rectified within 24 hours.

I had old reliance number at present not working but someone used it for criminal activity and still it display their name, want to change name, kindly suggest
My old phone number is [protected] by the name jagruti pathak but a person by the name manoj rawat used it for criminal activity, now even if number is not in use truecaller showers name jagruti rawat... We wants to change name of display in truecalker

Dear team i have rs 1100 on 1st may 2019 to my friends icici bank account from true caller through upi but my friend didnt got the money yet, the transaction has been successfully sent but the beneficiary didnt got the money yet, now i have contacted to the truecaller support they qre telling the transaction has been successfully sent to the beneficiarys account but my friend didnt got the money yet. Yestrday i have them the statement of the beneficiary account number but still they are telling the same issue kindly help me as soon because im still studying, this amount is big for me. Screenshots also mentioned below.

First they deduct my money without authentication plus they deduct some processing fee also.
Second of all truecaller do not have their own customer service, it seems like all frauds are there to sue you more, and if you call them for refund they instantly asks you to download remote control application plus they will ask your atm pin. Please be aware from these fraud companies.
For more info, truecaller takes various of permission to access like your gallary, contact, etc and pass on the same info to you. Fraud fraud fraud

I have paid electricity payment via truecaller app but my transaction has been failed and my amount has been debited in my account. I have call to customers care for truecaller i have told me remaining amount has been deducted and then full amount has been credited in my account but they have no amount in my account. Upi reference number[protected] and bbps transaction id-ic[protected] kindly humble request you to take these steps to take my money as soon as possible...

I have been using my current mobile number since last 10 years. Despite being a genuine person my number has been listed as 'spam' by 17 people on truecaller. I have attempted unlisting my number from truecaller numerous times (https://www.truecaller.com/unlist) but nothing happened - even after several months o[censored]nlisting attempts.

I then lodged an official complaint with truecaller but they are saying that they cannot do anything. Since then i have had multiple e-mail conversations with them but they are not ready to pay any heed to my requests.

This is really frustrating...

It's regarding an online transaction of transfer of funds for a coliigue of mine who transferred funds to his friends account, his account has been debited with funds of 3000 but as it was supposed to be credited to friends account has sthill not been done even after several complains
Or should I lodge in consumer forum regarding this because no action is being taken

Every month true caller is deducting rs.31 from my card without my authorization.
This has made difficult for me to issue a cheque to my bank whose credit card am holding for rs.31 every month.
True caller is anyway not authorized to deduct payment from credit cards unless authorized to deduct forever.
How do i penalize true caller for this harassment?

I gotta a fraud call stating someone has taken loan keeping me guarantor.. I asked abot how he kept me gaurantor which document or signature you have that rahul who claim to be from pay me india according to them its a app has started shouting at me.. Abs some zeeshan chowdhury as taken loan against my name as a gaurantor. It a pure casre of scam and fraud.

And when i tried to rename it as scam truecaller is not allowing me.
Is true caller to is helping these kind of person to do fraud or something how can you deprive us from our basic right of informing world about a scam call so that they can save themself.

Hello his is about TrueCaller, this is to inform you that I am going to file case proceed legally, because I am neither related to Caste/Community of Barber nor my profession is Barber, while searching my number in True caller it is showing [protected] as Barber in profession. Such irrelevant tags causes Damage to my prestige. Change immediately on priority basis.if not legal action will be taken.

I took truecaller professional subscription for one year and the features were mentioned as
1. Advertisement free
2. 30 contact request per month
3. Pro badge to the profile

Above third point was not satisfied
I was no given pro badge for the money i paid and even 30 contact request were not given
My main requirement is pro badge for which i paid money and truecaller company betrayed me and is misleading and giving fake news about the features and they are not at all satisfied

I lost my money and now even mailing them doesn't give me any answer.

Dear sir i am using true caller application which available from google play store. We are suffering from fake calls and unable to answer a particular call from the number showing fake caller id in true caller application.

I request you please take necessary steps to prevent fake caller id from true caller.

Some people are taking advantage and misusing the calls and changing names in true caller application. Playing with fake id's.

For example : [protected] name showing in true caller is meena.

Previously it showed the name as amala in true caller.

If this happens we will take support and complaint to police department and proceed legally.

So i request please avoid the fake caller's list from true caller.

I recently learned that a picture from my social media has got saved in true caller. This is invasion of privacy. I have never added such a picture on true caller. I am extremely uncomfortable that random people will view this picture. I would like you to remove this picture and ensure it is not visible to any person - known or unknown. It is extremely personal.

I have subscribed a vodafone number [protected] from vodafone store linking and submitting my aadhar on 15/02/2018, since then i am using that number. Truecaller.com is showing the photograph and name particulars in their app of a different person in their list, and whomever i call who have downloaded the truecaller app shows a different person's photograph and name, and they are asking if i have stolen that guy's mobile phone. I have installed truecaller app and requested to unlist my number several times, but whenever i request for unlisting, i get a response that it may take upto 24 hours for deletion. But despite more than 2 months elapsed, truecaller.com has not acted upon my request. I want immediate unlisting of my number from the truecaller app

When i am trying to register my number in true caller always showing that u exceed ur msg or call limit please try after 24h but even i didnt get any msg or call from true caller side. 2 days it showing like this. Please inform how to solve this issue and register my number. I am trying this from 2 days back. Now also i am keep trying. I download application from google play store then i downloaded from truecaller site, fb etc but no use...

We notified truecaller that a company was listing their number under our company name. We don't have a truecaller account and didn't create those details so we requested that truecaller correct those details because the number (+[protected] belongs to a company called biz facility (https://www.bizfacility.com/contact/). they are sending unsolicited calls to people and when the people look up the number on your app they believe that our company is spam calling them.

We were then contacted and told that we can change our details by logging into the app and changing it there. But we don't have an account and we didn't change those details in the first place so how are we supposed to change details on a account that's not ours!

This is incredibly frustrating and their app is creating a misconception of our company's services.

On 28th of december'17 i raised a ticket, (Ticket no: 312206) on behalf of my company as the names and the details provided on their database of our company was either incorrect or incomplete.

They reverted with an automated mail but that was the end of the discussion. No further effort was taken form their side to even mail us back or get in touch with us by any means of communication.
I also provided them with necessary documents to prove that we are currently using the lines but in vain.

It is not the first time that we have approached to them with this request.

The first time we contacted them was on 16th of november'17, ticket number 285882, on 17th of november'17 one of their officials name "kim long" contacted us via mail but no development was made.

We again raised a ticket on 21st of november'17, ticket number: 289304, this time after sometime another of their official named kamran mamedi revert us asking us to wait for 24 hours on that same day, 21st of november;17 they sent a mail that the issue was resolved and they sent us a feedback mail. But nothing happened

I would request the concern authority to please look into the matter as this miss representation miscommunication made by truecaller is basically
Hampering our brand image and causing issues in procurement of new business opportunities.

Its been 2 months i have facing this issue, that somebody entered wrong name to my number - [protected].
I raised hundreds of complaints with this swedish software company - truecaller, but they are not doing anything and doesn't reply properly at all.

All the details, including phone operation and location are all wrongly updated.

Request you to look into this and clear all wrong details out of it as soon as possible, as it is extremely mis leading with my peers.

Fyi - neither i hold any account with this software, not i use it at all.

Dear sir I am getting frustrated by unauthorize calls every now and then.Also so many persons doesn't attend my phone as it shows a different name in true caller. As true caller is used by thousands of people due to these name misunderstanding occurs many times.
So i am requesting you to kindly update my name to above number.
