We are surprised to receive Report dated 7/7/2010 from your authorised Service Centre in Pune M/s Aasprirations (e) Bikes stating that the batteries of the VELOCITI Electric Scooter n O. MH12ER2067 need to be replaced costing Rs. 10,000/-. The batteries were replaced in June 2009 at the Hodometer reading 6328 and the present readings is 10511. Thus the vehicle has completed hardly 4183 km. for which we have to...

Poor quality and Lower capacity Batteries
I purchased Ultra Motor's Velocity Electric Scooter about one year back. Barely after usage for 4, 000 kms in one year, the Batteries have nearly exhausted. The Company sticker on the top of the Battery says that these are 24 Amp Hours, but the Chinese Manufacturer's Print in the sides says that these are 20 Amp Hour Battery. A set of four numbers new Batteries costs Rs 8, 500.0 !!!. Therefore, the Electric Scooter is uneconomical....
