The um renegade commondo is really sub standard &pathetic product
I have purchased this product on 3rd june 2017. From first day start up issue is there. I was surprise when i bought the new brand bike from showroom to home, just park it for ten minutes & when next time tried to start it, starting problem is there.
Till present day facing the same issue, approached several times to showroom, every time they fic the issue it works for 3 days hardly & again same problem occurs
If consumer pays more than 2 lakhs for such product then it should have some quality, what i observe, this is not bike it is simply scrap having per kg rate 20rs so total value is hardly 170*20=3400rs
Planning to approach consumer court for this fraud.

    Friends dont buy this renegade commando not only commando dont buy any of the bike from this company... Worst service and worst bike... As i have purchased for 2lakhs 10k... When i was buying dey said we can give spare parts for out side also but dey were not giving spareparts for outside... Instead of dat der rude behaviour... One of d worst manager also...20 days back got an trouble too much of sound from engine and done a cal to showroom as i was struck in d middle of d highway bike in trouble not evn moving... Dey said mechanic was not available... So by browsing into google and i find an mechanic and he tried to repair it but its one wayclutch problm... He said we need to change one way clutch... So again i have done a cal to showroom... U havent send mechanic atleast could you please send that one way clutch spare i have asked... But dey said, no.. We cant give spareparts outside... If you want use any mini truck and bring your vehicle to showroom we can repair dey said... How could i get mini truck by paying 4000/-... Not even responded...5 days back given d bike for servicing for d same prblm of oneway clutch but dey were saying u need to pay the amount dey were saying... But i have done every servicing in time and said upto 20k kms waranty but dey were saying warranty will be rejected bcs des screws was opened by outside mechanic so u need to pay the amount dey were saying!!! How could we get repair once d bike struck in traffic highway how could we get repair dey said we wont send mechanics... How could we get repair??? By buying dis bike is it needed to face dis much of problems?
    By paying 2 lakhs is it need to struck in dis prblm?
    By paying dat much of amount is it need to blame with dos showroom people?
    By paying dat much of amount is it need to struck in d middle of d highway?

      I have given my um motor bike for 20 days back and received in 3 days. Very next i gave my bike back to the servicing centre because after servicing my bike stops everywhere continuously. Now from almost 20 days i am following with service dept o[censored]m motors at rabale service centre but i dont get any satisfactory reply. They say we are awaiting some parts and will take more time. How many days more should i suffer because of there bad service and response. Please take proper action against the service and sales rabale - navi mumbai store.

        I purchased rengade commando before 2months. And m facing many issues in this bike and no actions were taken by the agency um motors jammu. I faced coolant leakage issue, gear box issue and many more minor issues. I talked with them about the issues but they just ignore. This is not gud for the company's reputation and it will also affect the goodwill. Please resolve my issues.
        Delivered faulty bike. There is oil and coolant leaking problem from first day when bike delivered. I have complained more than three times in last week and mechanics also found the leak from engine and tried to solve but the problem not solved yet.. What to do?
        And also need some explanation from the Company..

          I purchase my renegade commando feb 2017 that no. Is mp09 qz 5870 your um service bhopal was provide service in oct 17 and i m not satisfied that and not receive service invoice after many communication with mr. Rahul from u m bhopal, and after many msgs and call he not properly responding. Even i send many time bikes photogrph and required service problems like

            I purchased my bike (Renegade commando) on 24/02/2017 from west delhi um dealer may be known as bhavik motors). On a first look of this bike, i liked it a lot and it was a gift from my wife on our marriage. I got the delivery of my bike very smoothly on the date of my marriage but since then when i took a first ride of it, i found a problem with the gears as i can't put it on neutral even after putting a lot of efforts. I contacted the dealer for the same and they said that it is a problem with all the bikes o[censored]m and company will be replacing a part in it to resolve this problem which will be free of cost. But i waited for that part for more than 3 months. Finally the part was replaced and the problem was resolved but sooner there is missing problem raised in my bike with a sound noise of chain set. It was just a total run of 1165 km of my bike till now and i am facing these kind of my problems. I went to the service center today for my 3rd service which was due but the representative told me that the free service has been lapsed because the time limit has been exceed. I told him the reason that i was not in the town and also i don't ride my bike a much because my busy schedule. He denied and told me that it will be a 4th paid service. There was also a problem with meter which was not working which i told him at the time of making a job card, he advised that it will be resolved. I got the bike now but for the meter they are saying they don't have the part and i have to wait for it. They have also charged me rs.270 extra as a labour charge just to replace a tail lamp bulb. I have paid rs.1700 for this service also without my problem resolved of my bike meter and noise problem in a chain set.
            My bike starting problem no showrooms are available no one responding from showrooms all are saying it's closed then how can problem will solve

              We have had our share of pathetic buying experience for renegade sports efi model.

              Bike has starting issues with my bike's battery changed 3 times in a week's time after getting the delivery, since it gets drained if you start it with engine kill switch on or you start it after it stops in gear which happens on each and every traffic signal in pune due to clutch setting not done properly.

              We have faced a massive embarrassment while on road if it stops since starting it using the self starter just second time only will drain your battery immediately.

              Hard to push it as it's heavy as well. Quality of console is really poor, it shows the bike in neutral while it's in gear.

              Handle bar of sports model was found bent when received from the company itself.

              Wirings of tail lamps and indicators has been found to openly lying 2 inches above the rear tyre under the rear fender which could easily be touching the tyres on a speed breaker with pillion on.

              It seems it can get scraped from the tyre and might catch fire as well.

              We are scared to take the bike out on road as it might stop anywhere and won't start afterwards which has happened everytime we took it out within a span of 1 week.

              Hence going for longer rides on these cruisers is a distant dream itself.

              The dealership (Savali motors, nibm, pune) has planned to send an engineer to check the issue 3 days after raising the complaint.

              We have got the idea of after sales service what the company/dealership is going to provide in future as we got the response that we don't know how to start a bike.

              Please help to raise these issues with company management.
