UNIBIC BISCUITS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED Complaints & Reviews
Choco chip biscuit not in proper condition to be consumed
I purchased a new pack o[censored]nibic choco chip cookies yesterday (27/02/23). When I opened it, it was of worst quality and the taste was also not good. When I checked the manufacturing date it was 05/01/23 and the expiry date was 04/07/23. It seems that the cookies were are by some insect or it was infected. The company should take this matter very seriously as the cookies are consumed by small kids. Henceforth I will not take this cookies and inform all about it.

POLYTHENE PIECE in UNIBIC choco nut cookies
| Address: Bangalore, Karnataka |
This is most "WORST QUALITY CHECK" that biscuit company could ever do and I had never seen till now.
"A THICK POLYTHENE PIECE was found attached and coming out from one of the biscuits" indicating the irresponsible and reckless way of Quality check done by the "UNIBIC BISCUITS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED" COMPANY.
If this kind of biscuit is consumed by any person or what if any kid consumes this kind of polythene attached biscuit, It could lead to health issues as this plastic piece could hamper getting stuck somewhere inside
the body even could cause internal infections.
Why Should people pay for this kind of products that are advertised and endorsed in public media but fools people by promising a good quality and finally releasing these kind of BAD Quality products reaching to people?
This is Really a ridiculous experience for any consumer who expects a better quality product from any reputed brand but gets a health ruining product like this.
People should wake up and criticize these kind of products as the companies should perform a PROPER Quality Check before certifying the product to be OK and releasing it to the market.
I even attached the snapshots of the problematic biscuit that found in one of the BISCUIT o[censored]NIBIC
PRODUCT - Choco Nut Cookies packet which was purchased from one of the BRANDED outlets i.e. MORE which is in Hubli. I have the BILL for this purchase made at MORE as well.
I had sent mail to [protected]@unibicindia.com but did not get any response from the company, so I had no option but to drag this to Consumer Forum or Consumer Court if required.
