Unitech Fresco Complaints & Reviews

I am based in London and really suffering lot of abuse by Unitech Fresco for most of the people living in abroad or NRI who have invested in this project. I have invested in Unitech Fresco T15 in Feb 008 and I have been promised that property would be ready for possession by March 2010. I don't see any possession till 2014. I have suffering huge loss in terms of financially, mentally, emotionally and overall stress by Unitech Fresco....

I booked a flat with Unitech Fresco in Tower 11, and was promised by Unitech to get possession by 2008/2009, since then there have been delays by Unitech, and it's always a new date six months out, and now again they are talking 3 quarter of 2012, they just go past 6-12 months, as nothing.

Do you know of any action that I can take against Unitech of what is my best course of action, against Unitech, I am suffering!br...

UNITECH FRESCO Apartments were purchased in the year 2006, and the possession was promised for the year 2008, and today in 2011, Unitech has still not completed the project, and there are no signs of completion taking place either.
We have decided to go to court with this matter, and if any other purchasers of Unitech properties, including Fresco have a similar complaint to lodge, then it can be added to our complaint.

I booked a 3 Bedroom Flat i Unitech Fresco Project in jan 2006. Company promised to give possession by June 2008 however till date they have not offered any possession. Visiting site it is very prominent that there is no work going on and it may not be possible for company to provide the possession before May/June 2010 i.e. 2 years delay.
