we are residents of sri sai ram residency. 446, 9th main, vijaya bank lay out,bilekahalli,bangalore 560076.since one week the garbage disposal vehicle is not collecting the waste. we are told that the contract is over and the person who comes with a smaller vehicle is demanding advance payment for purchase of diesel. we request u to take action immediately for we all will be thankful.

There is Encroachment of Several Properties by Lower Class People in the North Bangalore region, Several Lower Class People have Encroached Several Properties in The Entire North Bangalore region, Also There are many Encroachments in this region due to the New Airport, A Majority of the Encroachments are by the Lower Class People who have Illegally Occupied Several Properties - Neither Paying Rent, Nor Staying on Lease, Neither Legally Owned & Not even Paid Property Taxes but Illegally Occupied. I Hope the BDA/ BBMP will take Necessary Action.

I want the BMC to know that my building is more than 75yrs old, with no repairing work done at all. It can collapse anytime. We need support from BMC to look into this.

garbage dumping in front

In front of my shop there more garbage dumping at night and bbmp people also collect the garbage form other area and dump in front my shop even on my following request they dump here itself but they clean in morning.I have my shop at 935/1 K.A.S lane nagarthpet cross bangalore.It is very difficult to be in my shop whole because of masqutoes and insects,please do the needful and shift the garbage collection point make the city clean,

Garbage Dump

Hi,

There is a patch of grassland behind Challaghatta village. Recently (last 2 months) truck loads of garbage is brought to this land and dumped there. I initially thought it was being done on a temporary basis but after observing the continuous inflow of garbage, I conclude that it is being made into a private garbage dumping area.

This is to bring the issue to BBMP/concerned body's notice so that it is stopped and the culprit booked.

I live in a rented house, we are in the ground floor and 1st floor is rented to another family.the owner of the house stays in srinagara.

the family living in the first floor have started washing their clothes etc in the terrace and are leaving all the dirty water and soap water directly to the road.the water is getting accumulated on the road and causing a lot of problems for the commuters as well as creating a haven for mosquitoes.
We have requested that family several times to stop this and also we have informed the owner but in vain.

I am Kiran Devaraj owning a piece of vacant land measuring (30X 40 feet) at the following address : - site # 89, 1st cross, Muniyappa layout . Chellakere, Bangalore ( Near Hennur Bande Bytranpura Zone). My neighbor Sri Martin has started construction of his ground and first floor ( proposed). Before undertaking the construction he had agreed to leave two feet space for ventilation whilst I am away traveling on work. However during my visit on 7th June, 2009, I witnessed he has undertaken the construction activity without leaving an inch of open space to the sky. My repeated requests to him for leaving some open space have not been fruitful. To cover up his lapses he has been trying to convey a message just by saying, “I am constructing within my boundary” and also expects ventilation from my future proposed construction and my setback. And also note he proposes to build the, first floor the same manor till the boundary at the roof level.

With this kind of a construction he is trespassing all laws, rules and regulations set by the BBMP hampering the ventilation in the neighborhood. My intention is to also build a livable dwelling with decent ventilation in the near future. Hence request you to please take action immediately, since this type of structure will deprive us from getting the least Air/light which you know is a must for a livelihood. Besides the health – hazard our privacy will also be affected in the near future.

In this circumstance, I earnestly request you to cause an inspection of the premises/building and act doing the needful on the matter at the earliest without any compromises on the set back for Ventilation

The Govt orders says that, :- 1 . No person shall be retain in same place who completed 5 years.
2 . No person shall be transfered who have less than 2 years.
3. The person who have completed 2 years is eligible for transfers.

This letter is with regards to the difficulties faced by residents of in and around 12th cross HBR LAYOUT.

A House built on BDA site no 939, 12th cross, First Stage, 3rd Block, HBR layout, Bangalore-43., have encroached the public property as mentioned below.

1. The front portion of the house facing the road, has been extended beyond their site boundary by approximate 2 feet towards the road thus encroaching portion of the road, due to which the road is narrowed further.

2. The Storm water drain of the house has also been extended & deviated approximate 2 feet from the actual line, thus preventing free flow of drain water.

3. Basement of the house has been constructed in such a way that it extends up to around 5 feet out from their site boundary towards the road, thus encroaching half portion of the road, the road which is already narrow.
Due to this chances are high that during night time motorists or children may fall in to the sudden basement pit endangering their life.

4. The 1st & 2nd floor balconies of the house also extend beyond their site boundary.

5. A barricade compound wall has been built illegally by the House owner on the middle of the road & unused large stone slabs piled near it thus preventing passers by on either side of the said house to use the road.

6. A road bump has also been built illegally on the road by the house owner.

7. A private garden is also built by the same house owner opposite to their house on the public road thus encroaching almost all the portion of road.

The above is causing lot of inconvenience to the residents and concern to their lives.

We request to kindly arrange to initiate necessary action to clear the encroachment & restore the same to the public & thus facilitating the safety of the residents living near by & passers by.

BBMP Storm Drain Issue — Storm drain - Neighbours nuisance

My issue is a long pending since 2003 when we settled in No.23, Keerthy Layout, 3rd cross, ward 89, Kammanahall Main Road, St.Thomas Town Post, Bangalore 84, which has a storm drain adjoining to my
house.

I have been complaining to all authorities (at that time Area Councilor, Present health inspector, MLA, BBMP officials) about neighbor dumping cowdung (solid waste) into the storm drain having 4 to 5 cows (running a family business). Though all officials visited the premises and warned the neighbor not to dump cowdung. But till date no necessary action has been taken, he continues dumping cowdung into drain.

This has created foul smell, attracting misquotes and all type of insects due to stagnated solid waste without proper flow into the drain. My family had spent many sleepless nights battling with mosquites,
flies, insects and inhaling pungent smell.

One side BBMP officials are demanding clean, hygienic Bangalore city other side the officials are
not worried about consumer issues towards bringing a clean environment.

Kindly help & advise me how should I resolve this issue toward bringing healthy environment in our area.

Service — road encrouchment

In v phase jp nagar towards brigade millanium road -(puttenahalli ) after Janani hotel on the right and side over the footbath , after 6pm everyday we find several haat gaadis will be installed , its a very insecured area after 6pm , people consume alchohal and eat nonveg food and throgh the bones on foot bath and on the roads , and they even tease gals and women , who ever comes for the rescue either they threaten or they bear them , the same has been itimated local police , so far there is no action taken against ,
these stalls over the footnbath you can find atleast 6 after JANANI hotel (right hand side ) till venkatesh reddy vruttha arrong 100 metres distance from janani hotel
all the 6 stalls have telephone connection electricity connections and gas connection , now they have raw stalls which is moving stall , chairs tables etc...
in no time they will make that permanent , so kindly i request somebody took very serious action and clear all the stalls immdtly

kindly come to the said point between 6 .30 pm to 11 .30 pm

I here by Nagesh, residing in New Thippasandra, very near to Bala Murgan Temple. The Holy cross school, has been violated 100% with standared of schools and building constructed with above High tension cable with carries 440 KV, which might seriouse health cause to the childerns.

The Holy cross school doesn't have any proper facilites like Ventilation, Toilet access and even drinking water. Childerns are facing very much inconvenience.

I am residing in #58, 3rd a cross, 1st Main, J.C.Nagar. Kurabarahally, Bangalore,
In our roads garabage collecting person (vehicle) is not comming proerly.If he comes 1 or 2 days a week. every one put the waste to side of the roads. there by dogs.cows scattered the garbage and put it to other house front. Also some owners have built the 4 floors having 7 to 8 tenanants. without leaving the parking.All tenanats and there guest leave the vehicle in front of the other houses and make difficult to go in road. 4 wheel really it is some times very proble. I am requesting some person from BBMP has to come to our area and inform all house owners to park their vehicles in front of their houses only. Also the garbage removal vehicle has to come regularly as possible. Some times I use to give some money for their regularity.

Dear Sir,

This is a complaint against owner residing #16, National High School Road VV Puram, Bangalore-560004-Mr. & Mrs.Jawahar.
The complaint is that they have been using a common passage meant to be used by 4 other house owners in a common compound for entertaining their business customers who use their Yoga/Dance services on the ground floor. They also run a tailoring shop where people from outside come. This issue is that, we all have children living with us and are unsure what sort of people keeping coming in and going out of our common passage. Also they play loud music during the day and evenings to run their dance classes, which is a bug disturbance to other children studying during the evenings.

Please advise if such activities are permissable by the Law with children residing in the compound where they run the businesses. When approached, they have shown a very blatant attitude telling us that it was a common passage. What action can be taken against such troubling Marwari neighbours?? Also please advise, if I am on the right side of law for making such a complaint?

connecting road between pushpanjali theatre in sulthanapaly and ring road near lumbini park at hebbal is very very bad since (hold your brath) not less than 4-5 years. Especially from the arailway gate at Kanaka nagara and Veerannana palya is most KACHADA. What all tha staff in particular the engineers of BBMP are doing? At least the MP, MLA and the corporate let god give them the good sense to open their eyes to the public agony.

Bore well digged on Main Road — Borewell digging on Main Road

The residents of vekatapura 8th B cross has digged the bore well on the main road.They have blocked the way for the past 3 days.i dnt kw how come they have got the permission to dwell it on the main road.our roads are not much widen inspite of that they dig the bore well on the road.please help us.

To the end of this street other people are doing illegal water supply bussiness from past 1 year.daily they wll load 20 tankers of water.on each vehicle they earn upto 70k per month.if they do it in resindence area our ground level of water will reduce.

Dumping of building material

Dear Sir,
Lot of building material has been dumped in 25th cross 14th Main Jayanagar 3rd Block in front of our house as well in front of garage door. It is not possible to remove our car out. It is very difficult to ride two wheeler also with road completely covered with sand and mud and many times two wheelers are skidding and falling down. Please take necessary action on this with concerned people.

Sub:- violation of BBMP rule 5(1) for taking sanitary connection.

I am resident of 10th cross 2nd Main NGEF Layout, Nagarabhavi 2nd stage, Bangalore 560072, on behalf of the residents of the area, I would like to bring the following few lines for your immediate response.

Matter: In site no 39 at 10th cross, 2nd Main NGEF layout Nagarbhavi 2nd Stage Bangalore 72 an unauthorised shed and a toilet was constructed and the same was let out on rental basis. For the toilet so constructed sanitary connection was also taken with out the knowledge of BWSSB. Since the sewerage water from the toilet was overflowing and running to the rain water charandi on behalf of the residents of the area, we had lodged a complaint with BWSSB requesting them to look into the matter. Since the sanitary connection was taken without the permission of BWBBS or without concurrance of BBMP, the concerned Engineer of BWSSB has destroyed the sanitary line connected to the temporary toilet. After destroying the sanitary line drawn from main line to toilet and kitchen, the problem was further aggrevated as the dirty water from the kitchen and the bath room inside the tempoarary shed is mixing up with the sewerage water and flowing to the rain water charandi . as the rain water charandi is blocked due to fall of dry leaves and flower of the tree, the water is stagnant at one point and the same has become in houes to mosquitoes and it is very difficult to stay here due to generation of mosquitoes. Now there is hue and cry all over about spreading of dengue fever and public were enlightened about the same and it has been informed through media that in case anybody come across mosquito generation pits, or any source, they should inform to BBMP to take immediate action. In the instant case we have lodged complaint to both BWSSB and BBMP to redress the problem encountered. Now BWSSB is telling that they are not the competent authority to take action with regard to the dirty water from the kitchen and bath room from the shed flowing to rain water charandi as the same is with in the site and it should be attended by BBMP. BBMP is telling it is not their duty. Now we have been made to run from pillar to post to get our problems resolved.

Added to that in the same site four big ponds like open well has been digged and during rainy season water will be accumulated in it and it will again become in house for mosquito. It is also a place where of mosquito will take place.

we now request you to take up the matter with BBMP and BBMP should take immediate step to stop the sewerage water flowing to the rain water charandi. 2. Further, the big ponds digged should be filled up as it will be creating more problem. Since the shed was constructed with out the plan being approved by the BBMP, they have to take action immediately as the same is creating problem to the residents due to overflow of sewerage water from the kitchen and bath room inside the shed to open charandi. We hope at least now the action will be initiated

There are Huge Number of Violations Regarding House and Encroachment of Houses in the Entire North Bangalore. There are Plenty of Houses here Some Occupied by Slum Like People who have Illegally Occupied Houses in Some of the Posh Residential Areas of the Entire North Bangalore. There are Several Corner Houses that are Illegally Occupied by Colony of Houses Illegally Occupied Neither Paying Rent Nor Paying Lease Neither Legally Owned by Illegally Occupied. The BBMP here has failed to Confiscate Such Illegal Properties here. Also There are Many Such Illegal Houses that have not at all Paid Any Property Tax at all till Date. Why isn't any Action being taken by the BBMP/BDA?????????????????????????????????????????????????????

The Main Road from Devasandra Main Entrance to the Ayyap Nagar was so pathetic from past 6 months, Last, the Thar was put on this road in two year back & they Digg ed the main road to the Drainage purpose still they can't make the Temporary Thar till the digged areas & cover with pot holes, still they have not done that work also & since two months two & three people fallen due to the road pot holes & they admitted in the hospitals for the Fracture purpose & treatment is going on in hospitals.
Still the areas digged for the drainge purpose to put the Thar in the main road of devasandra & untill digged road to the chickdevasandra areas.

Even though population is more in this layout most of the roads are in very pathetic condition (I don't know when it was tarred & cover the pot holes). Except few internal roads all are mud roads and when they digged the mud roads for the drainage purpose inside also not filled with the Thar properly.
There are numerous stray dogs in this area and every night they howl continuously thus making it impossible for us to sleep peacefully. Its worsened past few months, since this second complaint i lodged, some cases of dog bite has also been reported in the area. so please look into the matter and solve this problem immediately.
Note:Bennaganahalli Main road to the NGEF Metro Station road also very pathetic condition(opp.to Gopalan Mall to Big bazzar) to be repair & cover the pot holes, any accident taken place then only you people will work & rectifiy.
you have to take this issue as serious problem to rectify on the priority basis only, other wise it will be take an issue to the CIVIL COURT in the Bangalore city and then its going for the Interenet media also with in few days.
Complete the issue ASAP.

I Nagendra Prasad ([protected]), resident no .44/1 next to marthas english high school, 3rd cross, 3rd main road, Kasturabai Nagar, pipeline west, Mysore Road, Bangalore 40 would request to clean the garbage which has been dumped by the people in the area. We request so many times the person who daily cleans the road. but so far nothing as happened. Garbage has been dumped which is very next to school. entire environment has been polluted & have become a heaven for mosquitoes & flies. if the same condition continues in next 3 or 4 days people & school children may fall ill and lead to other diseases.

There are atleast 12 - 15 dogs in a stretch of 500 yards next to our street in 4th Main. This is causing horror for residents as dogs are constantly fighting and making unbearable noise. Also, they are chasing away kids when they come out of the house. This is a quiet neighbourhood and these dogs have completely ruined the ambience. At nights, these dogs cause riot in the area with their fights and chases. Also, they jump into every house and start tearing the trash kept for clearance. That way, every house has garbage spilled outside their house in the morning.

STRAY DOG MENACE IN MUNESHWARANAGAR(HOSAKEREHALLI)


I, a resident of MUNESHWARANAGAR would like to bring to your notice a grave problem of stray dogs in our area. In past two months, more than 5 people suffered with dog bites. And there are many such tragic incidents taking place. Residents cannot travel safely in nights. I and all the residents of MUNESHWARANAGAR would like to appeal to you to take immediate action in this direction. We have already informed this problem many times through letters, phone calls and through e-mails from past 2 months. It is very unfortunate that we did didn't get any response from your side. Dog menace is on the increase in Bhagavathi Layou,Hulimavu,Bannergatta Road.Lot of stray dogs are roaming and creating threat for public.Night time they make heavy barking noise and we are unable to sleep.Please take necessary steps to protect public.

There are over 25(quickly multiplying !!) stray dogs in my locality (Bismilla Nagar,Bannerghatta road cross) which are a big nuisance to the residents of this area . They attack people,kids,enter our houses and litter ,cause great disturbance during the night.We will all be very grateful to BBMP if they control and reduce the number of dogs in our area

I am in Residing in Hogasandra Mico layout, which falls under Begur ward # 192, we have been residing here from last 11 years till date there is no proper facilities for our particular lane, neither there is a good condition road, neither proper drainage facilities, swage water over flowing on road, due to these we are facing lots of issues. Every time the councilors promises that it will be taken care, neither the layout association people are bothered nor BBMP authorities to take up these issues seriously.

Should we wait for 11 years to have a proper facilities for our lane?????????? This is pathetic & awful performance of BBMP team.

I request the concern higher authorities at least to take up these matter seriously & get the things done on priority if they are reading these comments, so that we can have some hopes on our Government.

What is more is Once a Resident switches off the House Light and goes to Sleep after night 10 o clock, Varieties of Garbage & Trash Stuffed in to Plastic Covers are Purposely being Thrown In Front of Residents Houses, House Gates and also on the Roads in front of Residents Houses. Not only this Varieties of Garbage & Trash Garbage Stuffed in to Plastic Covers are Purposely being Thrown In Front of Residents House Gates in Residential Layout near Hebbal - Kempapura, Once a Resident switches off the House Light and goes to Sleep after night 10 o clock. This Rampant Nuisance is going on Daily basis in-spite of having Door to Door Garbage Collection.

Street Lights on the 2nd Main, Telecom Layout, Behind Tennis Village, Thindlu, Bangalore-560097 are not switched on. The same was installed nearly a year ago. For some time the residents themselves used to switch it on. But during the rainy season there were sparks coming when the 2 wires were connected. The newspapers also carried on a campaign where one child was killed while doing the same. Since then nobody has been switching them on. There is so much of nuisance going on in this area during nights. I request the officials to look into the same at the earliest.

The stretch from Sunkadakatte to Gollaratti is so bad with huge potholes, causing inconvenience to motorists, with quite a few accidents, due to indiscipline of traffic. BBMP should seriously think of maintaining these roads connecting to NICE road, to atleast give an impression to the tourists, that use the NICE Corridor, on the state of Magadi Road. During rains, the situation is still worse. Request the BBMP to do some good work on these roads on an emergency basis.

BHEL Layout, Byrasandra, Jayanagar IV Block also has the same issue of dog menace. Commissioner please look into it.

Added to this, The Residential areas surrounding and after Kempapura, There is Rampant Dumping of Plastic Covers here, Garbage is stuffed into Plastic Covers and Thrown Carelessly in front of Residents House Gates and Compounds, Vacant Sites being used for Dumping Plastic Covers and Garbage, Empty Plastic Covers, Papers, Trash, Pieces of Cardboard boxes, Pieces of White Color Cardboard boxes, Milk Coverss, Milk Sachets Thrown in front fo Resident's House Gates and Compounds In Front of Resident houses
Though there is Door to Door Garbage Collection, Rampant Dumping of Plastic Covers and Garbage in front of Residents Houses, House Gates and Compounds,
Empty Plastic Covers, Papers, Pieces of White Color Cardboard Boxes, Trash, Varieties of Empty Plastic Covers and All Sorts of Plastic Trash and Garbage are Purposely being thrown Purposely in front of Residents house Gates and Compounds.

Roads in Hebbal - Kempapura, near Bhuvaneshwarinagar & surrounding areas are Badly Damaged. Recently Potholes were Filled near Mariyannapalya Hebbal but BWSSB has Dug up the Road, Isn't this a Waste of Money Spent for Filling Potholes. The Roads Around All These Areas Hebbal - Kempapura, near Bhuvaneshwarinagar Mariyannapalya Hebbal are Badly Damaged with Dusty Muddy Roads A Complete Bad Shape. The Potholes on the Roads near Hebbal - Kempapura were not Filled Properly Incomplete Repair Work Done. When will the Roads around here be Improved & Potholes Filled. Also the Road near Kodigehalli near Indian Oil Petrol Bunk has been Closed & Blocked Adding More Inconvenience to Residents in this Surrounding Area.
Also the Road Leading from Mariyannapalya Hebbal to Lumbini Gardens has Been Filled with Mud Mud & Lots of Mud on the Road Converting it into a Muddy Muddy Dusty Road. This Just Shows the Complete Carelessness on the Part of Concerned Authorities in Removing Mud.

Flyover Work Near Lumbini Gardens Hebbal has Made the Road into a Dusty Muddy Highly Muddy Dusty Polluted Road. This Just shows the Complete Carelessness on the Part of the Concerned Authorities adding Hugely to Air Pollution by Converting this Stretch of the Road into a Dusty Muddy Polluted Road.

The Road Connecting Bhuaveneshwarinagar park till the MK Ahmed Mart has been Dug up & damaged and made into a Muddy road. It is more than a month since the Road Dug up and Covered but still the Road has not been Tarred. It is still Damaged
