I am the customer of bhim upi and my id is [protected]@upi. On 31 july i transfer 10000 to wrong upi id [protected]@axisbank. Right id is [protected]@axisbank
I complaint lot of times but no response

I contact to bhim linked bank state bank iit kharagpur branch but did't take my complaint.
No responce from any where what should i do.

Please show some way to get my money.

    I have already given all the information you requested or required to resolve the issue. Already it already 10 days i have lost my money. I beg you, please find out where my amount is, return to my or beneficiary account.

    Please resolve this issue immediately, or i have to complaint and showcase everywhere possible.

        Sir/madam,

        On 30/12/2018 a money send to my account by upi (Reference id[protected] through paytm platform send by my friend but money was not credited to my account due to some technical problem from sbi side. The sender bank and paytm both are conforming that money send to my account successfully from sending side but sbi not accepting my complaint.
        I have called to sbi customer care they said go to the branch. I have also gone to the branch but branch manager not accepted my complaint. Then i have again called to sbi customer care and registered a complaint against branch but it was not sufficient to refund my money back.

        Since i have not received the amount of 4000 in my account till today. Which is owed to me, i am registering my grievance with you. Please look into this matter as soon as possible.

          Rs. 3000/- was transferred from pnb, jnmc branch wardha to sbi main branch wardha on 31.12.2018. Said money has been deducted from my pnb account but not credited to the sbi account. I have checked with the paytm customer care and they have cleared that the money has been transferred to sbi wardha on 31.12.2018.

          Till now the money has not been credited to sbi account. Kindly look into the matter and solve the issue at the earliest.

            I made a transaction through paytm bhim upi on 7th. Jan-2018 transaction had failed but amount was deducted and not refunded till today.               I got money through upi mode on 30th dec but suddenly it get reversed and amount debited from my account...

              sender who send the money also not received back after reversal...
              today 15 jan 2018 the amount still not received back either to sender or receiver
              utr no.[protected].
              i talked to bank they told me talk to 3rd party whose platform you used...
              and when i discussed matter with phonepe app's customer care service they told me talk to bank...
              kindly resolve the matter as both party not handling the matter... and i am helpless because of this scenario. & not getting any platform to complaint the issue.

                    My friend nobin thomas p transfered transferred me 56000 on 04/01/2019 through phonpee that money got in my account and then again debited from that moment only.. Now it's nowhere.. Not in my account not in my friend account...

                                  Hi,
                                  I had done upi transaction on paytm. I was transferring money from my one bank account to another. The transaction was successful initiated on paytm and amount got debited from my account. The receiver didn't received the amount as the transaction got stuck at npci. After waiting for 2 days and contacting paytm again and again they said that the amount was credited in the beneficiary account. The amount has not been credited in the beneficiary account and i am stuck with calling each and every customer care to help me but all i hear is the hold tune from everyone. I request to kindly help me in getting my money back or getting the money credited in the beneficiary account.

                                    My bank account is not linking with ipi. I have my bank account in canara bank, but my about us not linking to upi. I have used all mobile banking apps bhim, phonepe, paytm, etc, but neither of them get linked with my account. I tried all possible solutions to this problem. I also visit bank for this problem but nothing happens. I have checked my registered mobile number which is linked to bank account, which is working fine. The error i am getting is "no account is found with your registered mobile number". But as i already said, i checked my number properly and it is working fine. The same error, i am getting on every mobile banking app possible in india.
                                    So pls solve my problem, because i want to use mobile banking.
                                    I have enabled mobile banking for my account, but nothing happens and getting same error.

                                      On 20th december i transferred 3000 money in my freinds account through paytm upi transaction it was successful and credited to his account then it was debited immediately showing rev in mini statement and it was not credited to my account and on contacting to customer care of sbi they told to contact to the upi service provider through which the transfer was made and on contacting paytm customer care they told us that transfer was successful and afterwards what happened they dont know and said to contact our bank. 10 days has been passed and money has not been credited to any of the account plz provide solution to this problem asap.

                                              My friend who had transferred the amount has not received it back into his hdfc account. It has now been four days.

                                              The issue has not been resolved. Google pay doesn't seem to care. My friend had raised a dispute on 23 Dec or so. No response till now. Since Google pay permits only the user of the app to lodge disputes, I'm helpless. I have requested him to escalate the matter. I was contemplating approaching the consumer court, but am unsure against whom. If anyone knows whom to complaint please share. Thanks

                                                मैंने दिनांक 7 दिसंबर को एयरटेल यूपीआई के माध्यम से 1000 और 2000 कुल ₹3000 का ट्रांजैक्शन सिंडिकेट के बैंक खाता संख्या[protected] में किया लेकिन आज तक मेरे खाते में कोई भी पैसा पैसा नहीं आया है इसके लिए मैंने जो एयरटेल कस्टमर केयर और सिंडीकेट बैंक कस्टमर केयर दोनों से बात किया तो दोनों ने बताया कि आपका पैसा 1 दिन में पहुंच जाएगा लेकिन अभी तक हमारे खाते में परेशान हूं भाषा है मेरा मोबाइल नंबर[protected] है

                                                  Amount is deducted from my account and receiver didn't receive the amount.
                                                  So i need to pay him again. Thinking that amount will be refund again my account.
                                                  Now customer care told me after half an hour that you need to talk with merchant. But that is completely wrong.
                                                  If you guys cant do safe transection the then people will fail you.

                                                  Also customer care is so helpless aand respond time is like 15 minutes.

                                                        My upi pin didn't generated yet i've tried everything what you instructed i don't have any upi pin yet, i tried to register for the first time and it shows error that "INVALID CARD DETAILS " Although my card details are correct and every data in bank's branch all details from my side are correct . Its UPI's and only UPI's company's fault that i m unable to access sevices regarding my card because o[censored]PI itself please help me with this issues i have tried everything regarding this what you said to do so also but it doesn't work please help.
