Dear Sir
I purchased one EUROLUX GOLD CFL 25W from 10 Oct., 2010 as my father is Ex Captain from the Army.I got three year guarnntee of the siad product.It got fused in september 2012 but the bill is now faded away as it was computerised bill.so you are requested to replace the said product as the defeive piece is with me.An early response will be highly solicited.Thanks Navneet Modi 107R Model Town Ambala City Mob No [protected]...

had purchased one CFL bulb- 20 watts about a month or so ago. i had not checked it when purchasing, when checked at home- i found it to be defective in the sense that there is a discoloration visible on the spiral filament. this was purchased from CSD Canteen, 120 TA Bn. On approaching them they did not change the item.
