I'm travelling from Delhi to rishikesh.. when bus stopped at haridwar the bus driver and conductor incorporated more Passengers and filled each and every seat making uncomfortable for the people including me since then travelling has been uncomfortable...

    As always we are traveling from haldwani to delhi anand vihar. Yesterday we are in travel the same place bus number is1251uk0p a
    Cun name is jagdish chandra pala
    Takes 500 bukes from me and he has to return 165 bukes to me but he disnot only write amount back of ticket
    So it was by mistakely done or not i dont know but it ia not a good sign of loyalty about your passenger
    Please do the needful against it.

      This is a comaplin against mr anup singh the conductor for delhi-dehradun bus on nov 22 2019. He is been claiming us saying we haven't paid the whole money for the ticket. Whereas we have already paid the whole amount that is rs 1500. And now he is claiming extra 552 rupees saying this is our due amount. If we won't pay this he will throw us out of the bus. Kindly take some step against this person harassing passengers.

        I tried to book 2 tickets of Haldwani Dehradun A.C. bus of 20.06.2019 ( 8.30 PM) through internet on 19.06.2019 from Ranikhet. But due to poor net connectivity I did not receive any information regarding ticket booking and no amount deduction message was received by me from my bank. Thinking that online ticket booking process was not completed and booking of ticket is not possible from Ranikhet I requested my friend at Haldwani to book online ticket for me and after booking tickets by him I received seat number 27-28 for which I made him cash payment. Before departure of bus at 8.30PM I received two message showing bus seat numbers (17-18 & 27-28). I immediately informed bus conductor of the mistake of double booking due to poor net connectivity and double charging of money. He immediately informed his superiors who allowed him to allotte my 2 seats to new needy passengers against the payment and he did so.

        Therefore, I request you Sir to refund Rs.1433.20 debited from account through net banking for the seat no.17-18

          Hi,

          I booked four general tickets bearing sheet no 16 to 19th from chandigarh to kotdwar. The origin of the bus was haridwar and my boarding point was chandigarh.

          Boarding - 21:30 pm at chandigarh
          Destination - kotdwar
          Journey date - 17th april 2019
          Pnr - 439j[protected]

          I waited for this bus till 22:30 pm at chandigarh bus stand and it was not reached there. We had visited with our own fair through other sources, and information was also shared to haridwar enquiry office on same time same day.

          I have already given a written complaint through mail on the same id on which we had got ticket booking confirmation.

            I want to escalate issue against one of the utc contracted midway restaurant comes under the route of delhi to dehradun. The restaurant name is quality cafe. This cafe is charging the price more than the mrp mentioned on any product while as the indian government rules the price of any goods will not be more than the mrp mentioned. Utc authority should be ensure that the charged price of the product is not more than the mrp. But i think utc are also aware about this and not taking any action against this. I want register complaint against utc authority as well as this restaurant so, it won't be happen to any person of india. If you will not take any serious action on these kind of restaurant and cafes. There be heavy loss to the passengers traveling across all over india to uttrakhand.

              I boarded a uttrakhand transport corporation bus no.3060 having uttrakhand registration no. Of rishikesh depot at isbt kashmere gate, new delhi for my onward journey to roorkee on 28/01/2019 at about 01.30 pm. On getting my ticket serial no.54, i occupied the seat allotted to me by the conductor and that seat was near the gate of bus. When bus was plying in gaziabad distt on its route, two bus ticket checkers got the bus halted and they completed all the formalities of tickets checking. And during this period the bus was standing at the place where it was signalled to stop. After this duo boarded the bus and asked me to vacate the seat which i was occupying. I advised them they could sit on other seats as there were about 15-20 seats vacant. Upon it they said "tum yeh seat khali karo yeh seat khali rakhi jati hai hamare liye" and asked bus conductor why that seat was not kept vacant. Upon my refusal of vacating that seat duo threatened me that i would be handed over to police thana for causing obstruction in govt duty. I again pleaded that i was allotted that seat by bus conductor but they started threatening me that if i did not vacate then the bus would be taken to nearby police station and i would be arrested for my not vacating the seat, they further commented "tune daru laga rakhi hai tumko arrest karwa denge aur thik kar denge" sensing their unwelcomed and inappropriate behaviour i shifted to another seat. Thereafter i rang up a cell no.[protected] and reported the matter of misconduct and as desired by the authority, he (Authority) had also talked with one of ticket checking staff. The explanation given by the checker was all false which i had conveyed to the authority (Gm). When the duo got down after a travel of about an half hour they commented "tu chala ja nahi to tere ko achichi tarah thik kar denge" and words to this effect. I was so humiliated by the duo i fell down sick by their unruly behaviour and per force got down before my destination as i was unable to complete my journey till my destination.

              I am retired commandant (Bsf) and now serving with patanjali, haridwar.
              Request take appropriate action as per rule/ law in force and i may also be apprised if feasible.

                i am really scared to share this indecent, i am from dehradun and working in Delhi, i was travelling on 20/01/19 from dehradun to kashmiri gate delhi by uttrakhand transport volvo bus.my bus on time and depart at 9:00PM from dehradun.i have only one laptop bag which i put in middle of my legs.after some time i just slept and wake up at near by roorkee 2 or 3 peoples came in bus and ony guy sit on my right side and ask from conductor to Mohan nagar ticket, bus conductor given delhi ticket to him instead of Mohan nagar(why?).
                now we are all move on to way of delhi, when we reach mohan nagar i just check my laptop bag and i am shocked my laptop was missing i call to conductor stop the bus my laptop was stolen where is mohan nagar passenger who is sitting with me he said he is already gone if you want take your luggage and find him, i am shocked on his talks how it possible i ll go search that guy at midnight 2:00 AM with mu luggage.i said no plz help me this is my office laptop and contain very important documents.but he is not interested in my conversation and bus will move on at destination.

                So my question is-
                1)If we are paying 800 rs for VOLVO then why safety is not there?
                2)Why camera is not available in bus?
                3)Why conductor given ticket for mohan Nagar passenger at the price of Delhi however Mohan Nagar station is not available in online booking?
                4)-We are not safe pls do the needful.

                also if someone help me for this case then pls reply me...i am depressed heavy pressure from office for FIR..but i am not unable to raise FIR no police men help me for same,

                  Was booked a ticket online on 22 september 2018 at 9:55 am on uttrakhand transport website. It cost me 521.48 rupees. I payed through paytm. But for some reason i cancelled the ticket on 22 september 2018 at 2 :17 pm.
                  And my booking i'd is [protected]@gmail.com and pnr number is 456r[protected]
                  It has been almost 12 days they did not refund money yet. Whenever i tried to contact them through their helpline number that is on website. Its always goes busy. I know uttrakhand transport is government department but why they are working like scammers.

                    Hi,

                    I booked an AC janrath ticket from Haridwar to Delhi. The origin of the bus was Rishikesh and my Boarding point was Haridwar.

                    Origin - 1PM from Rishikesh
                    Bording - 2PM at Haridwar
                    Destination - Delhi Kashmiri Gate
                    Journey Date - 24th Sep 2018
                    PNR - 607J[protected]

                    I waited for this bus till 6PM at haridwar bus stand and it was not reached there and this is also confirmed by enquiry office at haridwar bus stand that they don't have any entry for this bus.

                    I have already given a written complaint at haridwar bus stand for this.
                    As this is a service issue from UTC online please provide me a full refund for this ticket.
                    I'm attaching the complete ticket details for your reference.
