Dear Sir,

I have multiple issues with your vendors where they dont have MRP in ice cream wrapper or if they have they sell at higher price. when asked they say we sell at this price only. If you want take it or go.
I have multiple time raised the issue but not action is taken.

My suggestion is to provide a bar code at every vendor hawker so we can scan and know the price because they change the price in wrapper.

This incident took place between yes bank civil lines and tanshique showroom Civil lines Prayagraj U.P- 211001.

I have picture of the vendor and also of there hawker rikshaw. I want strict action to be taken or will take this complain to consumer court.

Vadilal vendor selling ice cream at double prices...

All vadilal vendors sell ice creams on higher price than mrp. When asked, they say that we sell like this only, if you wish to take, take it, otherwise leave....

In chandigarh cart icecream sellers are selling ice creams on double rates by erasing mrp company should take strict action on them. All the mrp are tempered.

Today before few minutes my small 3 Years old brother is eating ice cream of VadiLal then when he remove the lid of the ice cream I saw something black black insects like in the ice cream

Vadilal vendors are selling ice cream at double the price of mrp in Chandigarh.
The company needs to look into it and stop such practices.

Here in Patna, a well renowned ice cream selling company named as " Vadilal" is not looking into the fact that thier ice cream vendors are charging more than the MRP printed on each Ice cream packet or box by erasing the Printed MRP.
Each time whenever someone approaches the Vendor, consumers complains about having the same problem that they are charging thier own made rate rather than the actual MRP of the product by erasing the MRP, on asking the vendor that why they do so, they say that the company doesn't provide us for the normal loss which occurs during the transportation or refrigeration of the ice cream so they tend to recover the normal loss caused from the consumers by charging thier own rate

If this is a genuine problem for the vendors that company in reality doesn't provide the vendors for the normal loss then the company should look into it and make a policy to solve this problem and if this is false then the company should take actions against thier vendors for making the public look like fools.

According to me, one of the simplest solution to this problem is that the company starts to print the MRP in large fonts in front of the packet or ice cream box, so it can't be removed or erased.

All the icream cart pullers in Chandigarh are wiping off the MRP from the packing and selling at more price .
I have already fought with seller and also mail to vadilal customer support but no response from vadilal. little kids are cheated. A 50 ml rajwadi badam sold at RS 30/- Kulfi at may be 20 or 25/-. cart selling address sector 40-39 red light Chandigarh. Pls do the needful at earliest.

Here in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan vadilal ice cream vendors charging more than mrp. they also erased mrp on packets. so what happens is that i bought 2 vadilal vanila cup ice cream, he charged me 20 ruppe for single cup, but is see 1st cup mrp is erased and on second cup mrp is slightly visible which 10 ruppe. When i asked why he is charging me 20 ruppe for 10 ruppe ice cream
he said and why is mrp is erased . This what they get from distributers.

This is not the single time, I am facing this issue from past 3 to 4 years. There is huge scam going on in bhiwadi by vadilal vendors.

Plz take a prompt action.

I have already fought with ten of these cart pullers. But no action has been taken. Little kids are cheated. A 40 ml orange bar is sold at rs 10/- kulfi at 20/- which are 50% less similar gourmet small cup is sold at 120/- nepal price. I have pictures for cart registration no. Further the company can send special team to check the cheating going on. Pls do the needful at earliest. Will be soon sending a mail to newspaper

I am resident of nayagaon pb near sector 10 chandigarh. It is for your information that vadilal icecream vendors in chandigarh's different region are selling icecreams on high rates than mrp, even after asking them why they selling on higher rates than mrp, and on asking the reason, simply replying yehi rate par milega.. I had kept proof of incidence of sukhna lake chandigarh with me as video... So please take strict action against the vendors and franchise's, charging more than mrp and prevent fraudulent activities being done in chandigarh...

I have been buying ice creams from the Vadilal vendors and they charge the price more than it is mentioned. each and every vendor rubs off the MRP of the ice cream and charge it saying the prices have changed or any such thing. i had already called the Vadilal Customer Support regarding this issue but have not got any revert back for the same. i feel helpless that i am being a reason for corruption. i want to file a legal case against Vadilal as they are habitual to these complaints(i saw many people facing the same problem).
In the image, you will see how they have rubbed off the price of the local area MRP (which is Rs. 5) and they charge it at Rs 10.
Please provide me an answer! please stop cheating us and act as if you do not know anything.

Dear sir I am a resident of gomti nagar extension area Lucknow . where all the hawkers of vadilal ice creams are selling icecreams on their own prices . there is no mrp n batch no. On these ice creams when I asked them not to do so they told that they are just the servants of their ujriaon gain based king who is asking them to do so. Kindly do something . Regards

I live at Taj Enclave ,in Geeta Colony, Delhi-110031, Today(27 May 2012) I bought 6 Chocobar Ice creams from Vadilal Cart Vendor cost Rs.12 each, as Ice Cream MRP. is Rs.12, that means I should pay him 12X6=72) but he ask for Rs.90 (15X6=12) , he overcharged me Rs.3 for each ice-cream, I didn't check the price at a time, after reaching home I noticed, so...
