Joined Valorah (formerly Karma Hospitality) in Sep 2021 and have been trying to book a holiday package they promised at the time of joining. They are negligent and have been sitting on emails with no response and after numerous calls say resorts are unavailable. Cheaters

Mr. Saurabh Samnani ([protected]) from valorah, previously known as karma did big fraud with us and also took extra money from us for his personal use and he is not returning back. Please do needful.

They keep on changing names, but they are a complete Fake company.

DO NOT GO FOR THEIR DINNER OR LUNCH.

AND DO NOT BUY ANYTHING.

This company is totally fraud and no response by staff members and they never book on your schedule always make excuses and no respons e by the staff members . Totally fake company.plese refund my amount . My I'd no is 14410

This is totally a fake travel company. From the lower employees to the higher management including leadership team are fake. Full of lies and false commitments. Me and my friends invested 5lakhs not even a single service provided by them as promised during presentation and also enrollment of membership. Fake company don't invest single ruppee. Total waste, they show big resorts but nothing is true. I have email and recordings saying that they are not tied up with water villas in Maldives. All their website and also promotion and sales person also lie the same. They are tied with cheap resorts for which you wouldn't even like to visit or if you visit directly you can easily spend money from your pocket rather paying to these fake travel companies. This company is biggest fraud in travel industry. Agents names Ashish Kotak and Kishor Nimbolkar are biggest fraudsters and management team is behind this supporting them. Be aware and don't invest single ruppee, from one of my friend they took 10k as advance and ran away and everyone knows this they are still not refunding it. They are neither giving booking as promised not even refunding the amount. Biggest fraudsters in travel industry. You all should stop this. Ministry of tourism please ban these people please

As we are newly wed couple and we have being cheated in October 2021 by Karma resorts and hospitality now firm colabaration with Valorah.
As we requested for refund on October 14 2021 and accordingly to their reply we get our refund 45-60 days. But as of today date we had not recieved any refund from them

On dt: 19.10.2021 taking membership of Karma Resorts and Hospitality.
But getting dissatisfied review from family and freinds i requested very next day for cancellation of membership procedure. But they are not taking communication seriously even i could not get the confirmation call from member experience team.
so on 21.10.2021 i send wriiten application for cancellation/withdrawal of membeship application to their registered office at Ahmedabad through courier and i have POD for receiving on 22.10.2021 for cancellation request.
even though i mail on thier mail ID of [protected]@karmahospitality.in with all the attachment. But they are not replied. so i reminded thrice in 10 days through email and even call to customer care. every time they told you will get the call by day end today after 2 months they are not supposed to call me or email me.
i registered a complain in consumer court but they close the complain so now i go to the national consumer forum for complaint against Karma Rsort & Hospitality for not getting refund.

On 15.12.2021 i received the mail that you have to cancel the membership in 7 days so you have to get refund of only 60% now. so i revert them that i cancelled the membership application in 2 days so now i want full refund with interest and penalty charge.

My request to all dont purchase the Karma Resort & Hospitality - Ahmedabad Membership they making fool to thier customer, even very wrost service oriented company. you will loose your whole money. it is wasted of your money.

Now they changed their name from Karma Resort & Hospitality to Valorah

Kindly help me out.

This company while selling their membership showed and promised us totally different category of stay nad luxury and while redeeming they do not answer properly and no one is the responsible authority to whom we can contact for help. They are not even lending our money back which is very huge amount. Kindly help as many like me are suffering mentally and financially due to this company's fraud.

This is pathetic to approach you as we are helpless to get justice and solution in other ways.

We (below 3 mentioned members) have been cheated with an holidays company for holiday membership where they have cheated us and charged huge amount from three o[censored]s.

And we are not able to receive services from them neither refund.

We have approached all possible platforms and complained in all respected areas (police station, consumer helpline, PMO etc. ).

We found that the Karma Resorts & hospitality LLP is a fraud company where so many people got cheated and lost their money.

We are not able to get service nor refund.

We seek your help to get our money back where so many members got their refund credited.

Day by day we are going in to the depression and also our family life is also disturbing due to this company.
