I don't want to give even a star because they don't deserve it and all the positive reviews are paid promotions. They're a bunch of cheaters who will take away your money and will never respond. I urge all of the people to come together and file a refund against this fake company which was previously Karma resort and hospitality. I just visited their Valorah office, Ahmedabad where they committed to responding but the very next day no response either from email or number. Guys who are suffering the same please call me at [protected] let's create a group and file a case against these people.

This is totally a fake travel company. From the lower employees to the higher management including leadership team are fake. Full of lies and false commitments. Me and my friends invested 5lakhs not even a single service provided by them as promised during presentation and also enrollment of membership. Fake company don't invest single ruppee. Total waste, they show big resorts but nothing is true. I have email and recordings saying that...

As we are newly wed couple and we have being cheated in October 2021 by Karma resorts and hospitality now firm colabaration with Valorah.
As we requested for refund on October 14 2021 and accordingly to their reply we get our refund 45-60 days. But as of today date we had not recieved any refund from them

same is happened to me, i don't know what to do... I am also frustrated now as almost paid all the money 65000/- but not getting services. I m not asking for refund but at least a service against the payment. All the time, they said dates not available even if trip raised before 90 days also. Wondering who can help..

On dt: 19.10.2021 taking membership of Karma Resorts and Hospitality.
But getting dissatisfied review from family and freinds i requested very next day for cancellation of membership procedure. But they are not taking communication seriously even i could not get the confirmation call from member experience team.
so on 21.10.2021 i send wriiten application for cancellation/withdrawal of membeship application to their registered office at Ahmedabad through courier and i have POD for receiving on 22.10.2021 for cancellation request.
even though i mail on thier mail ID of [protected]@karmahospitality.in with all the attachment. But they are not replied. so i reminded thrice in 10 days through email and even call to customer care. every time they told you will get the call by day end today after 2 months they are not supposed to call me or email me.
i registered a complain in consumer court but they close the complain so now i go to the national consumer forum for complaint against Karma Rsort & Hospitality for not getting refund.
On 15.12.2021 i received the mail that you have to cancel the membership in 7 days so you have to get refund of only 60% now. so i revert them that i cancelled the membership application in 2 days so now i want full refund with interest and penalty charge.
My request to all dont purchase the Karma Resort & Hospitality - Ahmedabad Membership they making fool to thier customer, even very wrost service oriented company. you will loose your whole money. it is wasted of your money.
Now they changed their name from Karma Resort & Hospitality to Valorah

This company while selling their membership showed and promised us totally different category of stay nad luxury and while redeeming they do not answer properly and no one is the responsible authority to whom we can contact for help. They are not even lending our money back which is very huge amount. Kindly help as many like me are suffering mentally and financially due to this company's fraud.

This is pathetic to approach you as we are helpless to get justice and solution in other ways.
We (below 3 mentioned members) have been cheated with an holidays company for holiday membership where they have cheated us and charged huge amount from three o[censored]s.
And we are not able to receive services from them neither refund.

I've recently taken a 3 year domestic package with them after attending a sales pitch dinner which they hosted in Radisson Blu hotel Chennai. Despite myself telling I can get better deals than what they were offering they finally gave me a 3 year domestic package with 18 nights plus 4 complimentary nights and showed many 3 star and 4 star properties. I had clearly told them I will use their service for our special days like anniversary and birthdays and Valentines Day but when it came time to book my stays it was a tedious effort. I would have submitted my booking request by Aug 29th but got my booking voucher only by Oct 13th for a stay on Oct 18th. We were given a very mediocre hotel which was more of a homestay as opposed to a resort. They apologized and said they will correct the service moving forward. After that I had clearly requested a hotel for Dec 24th and 25th by Oct 15th and til today there has been no confirmation from their end. Only lame excuses given til today by the same sales team blaming technical error among other bogus reasons. Despite me being a well known media person in the Tamil film industry these guys are boldly cheating, so I can't imagine the plight of regular families

Hi, Me and my family are also the victim of their fraud. We are trying all the possible means which can help us recover our hard earned money. But lately I understood, a single person won't be able to teach them a lesson we all have to come together and recover our hard earned money at least. I would request all the victims to come together and make it work.

All their website and also promotion and sales person also lie the same. They are tied with cheap resorts for which you wouldn't even like to visit or if you visit directly you can easily spend money from your pocket rather paying to these fake travel companies. This company is biggest fraud in travel industry. Agents names Ashish Kotak and Kishor Nimbolkar are biggest fraudsters and management team is behind this supporting them. Be aware and don't invest single ruppee, from one of my friend they took 10k as advance and ran away and everyone knows this they are still not refunding it. They are neither giving booking as promised not even refunding the amount. Biggest fraudsters in travel industry. You all should stop this. Ministry of tourism please ban these people please.

I have also got cheated by Karma Resort... Have opted 5 year plan paying Rs 1.6 lakh. There is no response from them on neither refund nor book holiday plans.
Understood that they are fraud and change name to Valorah... Recently they closed and started in the new name of Doves Vacations.
Any one knows the persons, we can jointly take possible action to get our refund.

Only 1 police inspector had the guts to file a fir yesterday.all other police station they give regular money
very shameless people, I have won case against them it court, still they are not paying refund.
