Van Heusen Complaints & Reviews

Offer is not clear.. Not applicable when buying 2blazers offers not applicable. They are offering 5999 blazer at 299 if we buy 10000 rs worth items from van heusen. But while billing they told that offer is not applicable if we already have 1 additional blazer in our cart. Which is not satisfied. As customer it is really very wrong. And if they are already sure then they have to write this down on first place...

I recently bought a blue colored pant from vanheusen. It just got 2-3 months and it got faded and turning white.

When contacted vanheusen executive they never take that issue seriously, i tried to look over the web for any official complaint portal of vanheusen itself, but there is none.

Not sure if the pant color is blue or vanheusen just dye a white color pant to blue.

How can i take action...

Hi! I purchased a leather jacket from Sector - 14, Gurgaon (Haryana) - India. I love Van Heusen brand & also paid a premium for this expensive jacket. Though it was purchased around 1-1.5 yr back

Within few usages, it turned worst & leather came out all of sudden. This shows a pathetic quality of the product. Though it is slightly old but defects can't be expected for whole life.

I purchased 3 shirts and 3 pants from van heusen outlet-sigra, varanasi and one of them got faded just after 1 wash. Its original color was blue and it has been changed to white just after1 wash. After so many complaints at sigra - varanasi outlet no executive/staff is entertaining us and we have already handed over the shirt 20 days ago and our problem is not yet resolved.

2 hours back i went to Van Heusen (Franchisee), Kammanahalli branch, Karnataka to pick up a shirt and a pant. The sales attender said about this new offer- buy for Rs.4000 and avail Rs.500 off. I brought a suit from a van heusen showroom of Mahipalpur addressing as van heusen, NH-8, A block, Rangpuri Extn, New Delhi-110037 on 7/11/2011 having bill number 2103. When I went to pick that suit on 14/11/2011 after alteration they charged me 250 rupees extra for alteration.I also brought van heusen suit from Ansal Mall at Ghaziabad and they charged nothing for alteration.

Dear Sir,

We have really come across bad service given by Van heusen Thane branch and not only that they have cheated us by debiting twice the same amount and when we have asked for refund they said that bank will refund you since it has been debited from ATM card. We would request you to intervene on such issues other wise people will lose confidence on such brand.

Hi,
I bought a Jacket worh Rs 3000 from Van Huesen store. On the first day I lost 2 buttons. On the next day stitching of pocket went away and in 4 days other pocket stitching also torn. Also the threads are coming out of each corner of jacket.
The sales man said company gives guarantee of fabric only.
This was really a very bad experience with Van Huesen :(...
