I have ordered a bastway non velvet sofa
On last month on 28th august 2017, during at order of my product in online station thy had offered a free gift voucher (Value of gift voucher is rs 1500/-) but i got only my product (Best way non velvet sofa) i had payment already but my free gift voucher was not get yet. I have already complaint to the customer care no reply still. So i have decide to return my product for refund....

Your product magic bullet is received by me on 12/05/2017 at 11.10am in broken condition
1) base of main unit is broken
2) small cups points pressing start button broken hence mixer with small cup does not operates.
Your packaging quality needs be improved as used by amazon sellers (Use of air balloons / thermocal)
