Hi Team,

I have been cheated by Vaqam Holidays. I got a membership from them and paid 45000 INR/- in Feb, 2019 . After I paid the amount, I was asked to pay annual charges. Then after another month, no body is responding and no email and contact no now.

I was given a membership by Mr. Sanjeev Saxena - BDM Vaqam Holidays in one of the hotel in Delhi (NCR).

Please look into this and help to get the money returned.

I have taken vaqam holiday membership in radison blue hotel haridwar via mr. Rajesh sagar and paid an amount of rs.37000 in the name of mrs. Akanksha agarwal.

While at the time of becoming membership, mr. Rajesh didn't tell me that you have to pay any annual maintenance charges. I am trying to call mr. Rajesh but he is not picking up his mobile. Now i have been asked to pay annual maintenance charges. This is completely fraud from your side. On your website there is nothing mentioned about the owner details.

I contacted there toll free numbers but i have not been received any response.

Request you to take necessary action against this company and request to provide back our money paid on the time of membership.

Self took a holiday plan from vaqum holidays but after just received money they are not reachable at all took our money. Did fraud with us.

Need Resolution at the earliest possible.

Fraud to me

I have taken the membership for Vaqm Holidays Inn on 19.01.2020. Till this date they have not given any services and not a single booking taken. Moreover, they have charged the service fee Rs.9260/- after completion of one year. Now, they are not responding to take of my request for booking of stay accommodation.

Taken membership in July 2019 soon after COVID19 epidemic arrives, no movement allowed by government for safety reason.
Now trying to contact since last 2 weeks but no communication, mails undelivered, mail address not found, contact numbers not available.

Total fraud on 100000.00

I have booked Vaqam services more than an year ago. They have been giving me new dates to many any booking. So far not even one booking has been done. They are not even taking calls or responding to messages or email. They later asked to make additional maintenance fee Rs 9, 260.
But, they are not responding or any booking. I have asked for cancellation and refund since beginning but they are refusing.br...

I have taken a membership for Rs. 47500/- form vaqam holidays inn dt 24.10.2019. I have paid advance RS.10000/- on the spot from debit card. After same time that i feel that this is a fraud com. I have been refuseal from this member ship & sent a Email to this comp on same day. Same days received a mail from this comp.that only Rs. 5300/- will be refund to u with in 45 days. But no any refund to me till date. When i call to this comp. Then Make Any new excuse to me by this comp staff in daily . I am very mentaly upset & suffered regarding this. Please refund of my payment immedateilly.
