Hi,
I didn't receive my refund for cancelled ticket.Since Nov month I am following up no response.

I have booked tirupathi package sleeper coach but give a one side sleeper another side semisleeper in last movement and food and room service also too worst

I Manish S (my mobile no: [protected]) would like to register a complaint against varsha travel agency for their inconvenient travel package ...i had booked 3 tickets for the tirupati package which was on 31/12/2011.....each ticket was priced Rs.1500...so totally a sum of Rs.4500 had been payed to them....Each package ticket included a/c bus(to and fro), accomodation, morning breakfast, afternoon lunch, sheegra darshan ticket(worth Rs 300)....But sheegra darshan ticket(worth Rs 300) was not given to us....Moreover afternoon lunch was also not provided to us.....while returning we came by a deluxe bus.....And in accomodation hot water wasn't provided to us....This inconvenience was faced by all the people who came by varsha travels... I had booked a Tirupti Pacakge from Varsha Travels for Volvo bus. Same was written on the ticket and what we actualy got after transfering form 3 buses is the bus which was in very poor condition and the volvo was the name given by the travels to that bus.
The time managment in the tour was also the worst and they not even gave the darshan of KALASHASTI temple which was promised in the tour.
The Hotel where we are supposed...
