I have done multiple follow up for the insurance copy and documents to be delivered to my place. They first said it would be sent to my new address and now after one month, they want me to go the center and pick it up. They don’t respond to my mails inspite of constant follow up. They called me 15 times to buy the insurance policy and now least bothered to execute the same.

Varun motor begumpet wokshop done the body work without proper approvals from bajaj allianz insurance company, finally customer paid the rs.12788 amount to varun motor.
I visited varun motors maruthi suzuki begumpet showroom on 22nd july 2019 for replacement of rear bumper
On 22nd july 2019 bajaj allianz surveries observed/visited my car given approvals and work order by surveyor mr. Karteek battini (+[protected]
Then varun motors maruthi suzuki people started working completed by 26th july 2019 and ready to handover to customer (Me),
On 26th july 2019 again one more surveyor mr. Sambasiva rao t v (+[protected] said claim got rejected.
I talked to everyone but no use.
Now the question: why bajaj took 5 days to take reject and why given initial approvals and work order without proper checking the claim?
If you could have give the rejection within 1 or 2 days, maruthi suzuki people will not repair/replace item (Rear bumper) right, after 5 days came and saying rejected, this is how bajaj working style?
Because of your delay customer is suffering, bajaj people saying we are responsible. Because of survey mistake why should customer need to suffer.
You could have inform the claim within 1 or 2 days right.
Finally i paid the 12788 amount to varun motors

regarding to/or of my new car

I have purchased new swift car in varun motors pendurthi on behalf of m v v sandhya tr no: (Ap31yttr6958) on 26/06/2019 we have opted special number for my car. Even i have one month validity to select my pr number but automatically pr number was alloted on 11/07/2019 without our concern. To question this i went to varun motors pendurthi on 12/07/2019 the respone was very bad, they told that we are not concern about this after selling of car they dont care of customer i think so i am very shameful towards varun motors about their respone towards customer. After that i raised complaint in online in varun motors complaints some online complaints concern person called me and asked about my problem and told he will rectify, till now they didnt rectified our problem please help me i am ready to file a complaint in court also if they dont respond or rectify my issue

The service is horrible. I have given my swift for body repair on insurance claim.
The vehicle is not fully repaired even after 5 days. One door left as it is and front bumper cliff is not provided. Moreover, the rare bumper got damaged by varun staff. They asked me to bring the vehicle after 3-4 days. Then i went with my vehicle after 4 days.
They have taken almost three days and vehicle is not handed over.
The service is very bad.

behaviour towards customer in serilingampally service center
I am very much disappointed with manager, after 4 hrs of waiting.. When we want update about the process. He was like if you misbehave with me i will give police complaint and all. Seriously i am not here to listen this kind of dirt and # from manager over there. Beforehand we asked will you do it else we will be leaving. They assured us work will be done by d time. And behaviour was very disrespectful i have ever seen. I would request you to take probable action towards him. Thank you

colour mismatch

I have given my car for an insurance claim and my rear and front bumper were replaced. Issue is that they have uses a different colour than the one of my car. Please see pic. Still this is ongoing and i hope they will repaint it using the right colour. I think this will give you clarity on the quality of service.
After discussion they agreed to repaint it but they dropped the car after keeping it for a day at my home without repaiting it and screwed my car further.

My name, rashmi panda, enrolled for driving classes for inr 4500 rupees in maruti driving school run by one of your dealer shop varun motors branch located at madinaguda, hyderabad-500049. The fee does not include the license costs (Learners and permanent licenses). I was told to pay the fee in instalments and i made an initial payment of inr 2000 rupees. Here are the initial promises made by the maruti driving school:
1. Pick and drop from home/residence
2. Theory classes (1)
2. Simulator classes (5)
3. Learners driver's kit (Instruction manual & cd)
4. On-road practical driving classes (11 hours @ 10 kms per day per class)
Here are the issues with this branch of maruti driving school:
1. The pick and drop which was promised by maruti driving school before enrolment has been denied to me.
2. Irregular schedule of the entire driving course which results in waste of my time.
3. Very poor response over the phone by the staff
4. After 3 on-road practical driving classes, im again denied the rest of the course until the rest of the payment is done.
5. Make students wait on the road for the practical driving classes
6. Completely false commitments by the staff.
While there is no denial of the rest of the payments from my side, the trust factor does not exist on the customer and made me wait on the road for today's class. The branch does not attempt to communicate with me properly to sort out the issue.
As the maruti customer, i believed in maruti driving school and maruti suzuki brand for customer service excellence. Sadly the reality is different.
Request you to consider this feedback and take necessary actions to solve the issue.

I have give my car for claim and i have visited the branch today for picking up. In the bill have asked the dicount ans service guy went near manager mr.basha. he was shouting on the poor service guy. He is not intrested to speak with me(customer). He is not even busy. He was idol. How stupidity is this he was doing timepass. I can even show u the pics. As a customer its my right to ask discount
If you want to give or not its your wish. He is think as if he is the only manager inbtjis world. Plead teach him some ethics.this is not yhe first time many times i have seen is reduculosness. Their no option for uploading pics or icould have shown u guys.

clutch plate maruthi dezire 2010 model

I am from hyderabad and i purchased maruthi dezire from varun motors
In sep/oct 2010
During last 2 years clutch plate had to be replaced 3 times (Twice thro' varun motors and again it is not working and requires replacement)
I am very very unhappy with muruthi clutch plates
I am convinced these are poor quality and blame maruthi / varun motors
My car reg no ap au 9923
I feel maruthi should bear the cost of replacement

I bought alto lxi 2010 at varun madinaguda. Sells person promised to hand over vehicle with general servicing, accessories.
But i received vehicle with no service and accessories. And tries of the vechile is also not well. I have waited for 3 months but still they did not give any accessories and i am calling them repeatedly no one is giving any response properly.

rectify the dent & paint problem

But varun service center, srikakulam not done the job properly which caused bubbles on the door and also taking more time.

Today morning i given my vehicle for pick up paid service. Servicing was completed by 3:45 pm and called them to handover and i told them to pay via card. Executive b manohar, sent another means of payment via payzapp which i accepted and i was in urgency to go out. I told executive to sent vehicle & in the mean while & told him to pay.
But executive manohar did not sent vehicle unless payment recieved.
At last i told him to bring pos machine. How come he act so rude when i said i'l pay in meanwhile & how come he accepted via machine. Delayed & at last sent @ 5:30 pm which cancelled my schedule.
And also
Front wipers replacement : additonal 50 charged
Rusting charges & cabin filter adjustments : additional 50 & 75 charged.
How come they charge extra labour prices when default labour charges are included.
I can say finally i'm unhappy with the services and il not recommmend others. Thanks

not returning of my booking amount

Pathetic service by varun motor team - chandanagar. I have been there on 13th aug to check on both celerio & swift. However finally we confirmed we would book a swift - vxi. Though we liked and opted for a silver, the executive informed that there is a granite grey readily available and can be given within a week. However with lot of discussion we opted for the same. We were asked to pay a booking amount to block the car. Since it was 6:30p. M and cashier had left for the day and receipt was unavailable, we made a 5000/- payment via debit card. After 3 days received the receipt which mentioned celerio, when asked the executive arun confirmed "no initially you wanted celerio, so by mistake the receipt is made. It is ok, as this is just the booking amount. As promised i was supposed to get my car delivery the same week. However no calls from the team, after multiple follow up they confirm that car has been given to another customer who had made a complete cash down. Both the executive, mr. Arun, his tl, mr. Singh promised to deliver by aug 25th. However they do not give as promised and come up with a new excuse, we have got a silver celerio and you can buy the same. As a customer when i choose to buy a swift-vxi and confirm the same, they insist on me buying celerio if not wait for another 6 weeks as there is no manufacturing happening. This is unbelievable as maruti suzuki is known for it s customer service and we are being given such pathetic service. I insist on they returning my booking money as i will get the same from other showroom. They make me follow up, run from one person to another, fill forms, write letter etc, still after 2.5 months i have not received my booking amount. Now they state that it was paid by a credit card so the procedure is very difficult.
I really don't care as they failed to give the car i wanted, now post ample follow they do not want to give my booking amount which was paid by a debit card. I got the same car from other showroom in hyderabad which was easily available. Varun motors being a big brand name dealing customers in such a shabby manner is least expected. Hence posting the same here for a solution.

I like to rise a complaint against Maruthi Dealer VARUN MOTORS Hyderabad ( Nankaramguda Branch).

Delivery of brezza delayed by 4 months

I booked the vitara brezza car on 17-mar-2016 and paid the deposit amount. I selected zdi plus model with white color. They promised to deliver the car within 4-6 weeks and same has been written on the application form. For every follow up, they say, it will come in 2-3 weeks. But now, it is more than 6 months, and still no clue. I want to file the compliant against their poor service.

Very bad service from varun balanagar

Couple of months back I gave my car for regular servicing at Balanagar service station, Hyderabad, I opted the offer for door pick-up and drop for the general servicing (includes: oil changing, engine servicing, AC servicing and cleaning, wheel alignment etc) for my car (Alto). The performance of my car wend down after the servicing, my car started vibrating/jerking a lot specially at huge traffic areas. It was very annoying to drive. When I informed the issue to Balanagar technician support they did visited and told me that this could be due to clutch plates and will get set over a period of time. But this did not happen and I was forced to take my car to Gem motors at Hydernagar servicing station (which is closer to my place.). They said there was some problem with AC and Caliper pin greasing, which was not done properly during my general servicing. And I ended up paying Rs:877.I kept quite I did not want to escalate this issue, I thought let it be, I kept it to my self.
But last week my care broke down at jublee check point. The complete gear oil got drained out and the engine got displaced. I have to call towing van to take my car to Gem motors Hydernagar. The technicians said it happen due to rust over the nut bolt. And I ended up spending nearly Rs:4000 to get it done.
My concern is:
1) When I gave my car for servicing why your technicians did not look at the engine properly? They just ignored the condition of the nut bolts, they didn't even bother to replace it. This kind of negligence is not tolerated.
2) There was no proper attention to details given during the servicing. I have to get the AC and Caliper pin greasing done again at Gem motors just with in less than 2 months. Is that you call servicing?
I have purchased my car from Varun and I expect a good quality service from Varun, but this kind of negligence in work will is spoiling the name of Varun. I wrote a mail to Varun Balanagar but till now there is no response from there end. I ended up around Rs:5000 just for the bad service from Varun.

I have given my car for repair they have stolen my stereo panel and the repair of my vehicle is very bad and they replaced my Ac compressor the Ac is not working even I spoke to the AGM regarding even he is not responding so I suggest not to go to Varun motors for ur vehicle service

The sales executive has given me a tentative date of 1 month orally but in written it was actually 2 months or so.He said that was formality. Since then there was no proper response from him.I have been visiting the showroom until recently for the status of the car. He has once said that the production has stopped for a week. After few days he also said that the car has not yet been dispatched and that was not their problem, but with Maruti. They gave a 100% confirmation that the car will be delivered within 20th of August but failed to do so. After that have given the date 22nd August for the delivery. When we went to pay the remaining amount for the car, they have showed us a Silver color car instead of White which we have booked. Silver was not even our second choice on paper. They are not certain about when they would deliver the White color Swift. We are very much dissatisfied with the service of Varun motors begumpet. They are just fooling us around.

yes the there is very bad response from the people of Varun Motors service centre, they are supposed to pay me Rs.2590, which they informed me that I will receive within 2 working days from 24th July(date of service), till date I have not recieved, concerned person-mr.Ravi in accounts. Really awful response.
No stars, so if they get a rating called "WORSE" For the matter of fact, their service is bad in all of their branches.
I paid 15000 for my Alto lxi service and they got it all wrong. There was coolant leakage because they did not repair the punctured pipes. After escalating it to Maruti, they took my vehicle to another branch and asked for another 15000 for engine mounting and others. I told them not to do and concentrate only on rectifying the leakage. They said, 3500 additionally. I said okay do it.
However, though they charged me only 85 INR but the leakage was not done, neither air purifier and other filters were changed. Even escalating didn't work.
Finally, I had to take this vehicle to a local mechanic and he rectified the error and made me understand what was wrong. He also asked me to check while he works so that I know what went wrong. My vehicle is fine now, no engine mounting, no others bull [censored] required. Varun sucks, please avoid them. They are bloddy gold diggers.

New vehicle not yet registered
Hi, I took delivery of new Alto Xcite on 27th Dec 2009 by Dealer sales executive Ramana and his team leader B Pradeep Kumar at Varun Motors Banjara hills, though I was intending to take the delivery on 31st Dec after the loan is approved. I was even mislead by them in regards to my car loan.
Its been one and a half month and my vehicle is still not registered. Nor the executives neither the concerned managers of the branch responding to my requests. I was caught thrice for not having my vehicle registed even after a month. I need assistance in this regard. Thank you.

At the time of purchase I asked Mr. Srinivasa Rao Incharge of BC Road, Gajuwaka show room ([protected]) about discount amount of Rs. 1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) billed to the above vehichle vide Bill No. 5276, Dt. 23.07.11, he told me that, the discount amount should be refunded by way of cheque to your finance account. To day he told me that the discount amount will be directly to the account of fianance company.Please let me know the discount given on the above vechile purchse is for me or to the finance company or the varun motors is doing this type of tax avation tricks. Please let me conform the same.
