rajasthan mewar tour 26th december 2017 onwards
Hi,
We (Narendra parpudi and family) have booked for rajasthan tour - mevad.. Right now, we are at last leg of our tour and we just checked in to ibis hotel in jaipur city... Ironically, all o[censored]s were put on to smoking floor rooms. Let me remind you we have small kids with us and we all have to bear with passive smoking all night.. We have booked the tour well in advance for you give any reason for your failure to provide a non smoking room. I m not sure if the mistake is from the management or of tour manager, this negligence cannot be tolerated from your end..

i am complaining about the europe tour women's special tour manager
In europe women's special tour. Our tour manager mr. Arvind jadhav had taken 30 euros each from o[censored]s to show us the night paris and eiffel tower where as we heard that for the same kesari had taken 20 euros. He had not given us the evening snacks at amsterdam airport which he had promised. He made up a story saying it was left in the bus. To some he said this story and to some another story that he was busy in helping one of the customer's to find her missing mother, but he was found clicking photos outside the airport. Kindly look into the matter. Please take action against these kind of tour manager. These will bring bad fame to veena world.

Hi,
My (Mr. Pradeep dicholkar ‘s) visa validity not checked by veena world. Our travel date was aug 5th 2017 & uk visa was valid from 7th aug 2017. I had send my visa copy to veena world ofice at prabhadevi, but still this was ignored. I was travelling outside india for the 1st time totally unaware of the airport & travel procedures. I was infact not willing to travel abroad, but since i had company of my friends (Mr. Angne & mr. Pachanekar) & since this was a group tour & that too with veena world (Which is a brand), i had agreed.
I was stopped at the abudabi airport by the authorities. The veena world tour manager (Ashish dandekar) instead of guiding me & instructing me how to go about the security checkin & immigration process at the abu dabi airport & also same procedure after landing at the london airport & try arranging for my stay atleast at the airport, after the blunder they created of not checking my visa (Stay in a decent room may be), told me to directly join the tour at london & left in a hassle. This had left me clueless & tense, having absolutely no idea of what to do since i was totally unaware of the airline procedures (Security checkin, immigration process & baggage collection), since i was travelling abroad for the 1st time in my life. I was about to faint since i was left behind (From the group), alone at the abu dabi airport with no point of contact to whom i can reach out for help & assistance. I had int. Sim which got activated only once i landed at the london airport. Etihad airways assured me that they would help & assist me in the security procedure & immigration at the airport & arrange for my stay & some snacks, but this was not done by ashish the tour manager. After our group tour boarded the london flight, leaving me at the abu dabi airport, etihad airways didn’t bother to arrange for my stay or a decent room. They didn’t gave me anything to eat (No lunch, no snacks, no dinner, no tea, no water.. Nothing was given to me & i am a diabetes patient & have a bp problem). Had anything happened to me who was responsible for it..? The whole idea of travelling with a group made no sense to me & i was in a shock totally clueless with the fact that i had to stay back at the airport alone with my baggage & limited cash which i was carrying with me with no one to help & assist me. It might be a routine job for ashish & the veena world visa handling dept, but it was a life time experience for me of travelling to europe which was already screwed up.
The 1st mesg the tour manager ashish send was with the date 7th july for the 5th aug tour which was send by him on 3rd aug. Gives a feeling that may be he was disinterested or least bothered or too worked out may be, since handling a group of 40 people was too much for him at the previous tour which he might have done in july. Secondly the visa was supposed to be checked by the guy handling the visa at veena world. Even though we had send them the visa copies for verification once uk visa was received, so the check was not done & this created the whole issue. This was not at all professional. We had infact visited the veena world prabhadevi office 2 days prior to the departure date along with all the documents, even that time the passport or visa was not checked.
So i had to go through a lot of mental stress & fatigue as i was sitting on 1 bench at the office at the abu dabi airport for 20 hours from the time i was left behind from the group tour till the time i boarded the next etihad flight to london which was exactly after 24 hours without food. I had absolutely no idea what to do, no one to guide & assist me (Which should have been ideally done by the veena world tour manager – ashish dandekar. Ashish should have given me the emergency contact number of veena world, since he was boarding the flight so even he or my friends in the flight were not reachable, leaving me not knowing whom to reach out to since it was a sat ngt flight & veena world office was closed on sunday. Also no representative from veena world came to receive me outside the london airport, inspite ashish told me that he will send someone at the airport who will take me to the hotel & than help me join the tour.
My question is was this a professional behavior by the veena world tour manager – ashish dandekar …? Also was this not the responsibility of the guy handling the visa formalities at veena world …? & also etihad airways which let me board the flight from mumbai to abu dabi & then not allowing me to board the london flight & leaving me all on my own at the abu dabi airport shouldn’t have they acted a little caringly..?
When we spend so much money for the europe tour & choose veena world above any other tours & travels (Kesari or rajarani or mango holidays or sotc any for that matter any other professional tours & travels) since we had received a positive feedback from our relatives & friends who travelled through veena world earlier & hence we trusted veena world. But after this incidence i have lost all the trust & have lost all my confidence after the mental stress & fatigue i had to go through at the airport for 20 hours sitting at 1 place clueless - not knowing what to do & without food. I had also missed the 1st day of london & the hotel stay in london which was a 4 star hotel (Entire 24 hours which he spend at the airport.. What an experience to have) since i reached the tour only the next day on the 7th aug totally exhausted & tired with no willingness to continue the tour & travel anywhere going forward (Forget veena world). Does veena world not owe me the compensation or refund of the 1 entire day i missed in london along with the hotel stay & city tour, apart from the mental stress & fatigue i had to go through as i was left behind the tour, alone at the abudabi airport for 24 hours..…? Had anything happened to me at the airport being a diabetic patient & having a bp problem who was responsible for this….?

Me n my mother booked tour of australia from 9th april to 16th april 2017 with full amount. I submitted our all documents to veena world within time. But before 7hrs. Of departure i got call from veena world that only my visa did not get. So me n my mother could not do the tour. Then i connected with veena world that i should get full refund but they deducted visa processing fee. After two days they told that my visa has come but due to govt. Servant i could not go for further tour which they offered. It was totally shock for me. I applied for amount which they deducted but they refused to give.

High inconvenience caused due to long waiting hours

I had booked Pondicherry tour i-fly with Veena World. Even though I felt that taking I-fly was costly, yet it would be feasible to avoid delays.
We arrived at Chennai airport at 7:30 am taking a midnight flight that too with low cost flier like go air!! We 25 passengers had to wait 4 hours in a bus for 4 odd people who chose not to use I-fly. If anyways departure from airport was not going to be before 11 am, we should have been given a morning flight. Else there should be constraint on passengers to follow timelines of I-fly guests!! 4 hours waiting that too in a bus is CERTAINLY NOT ACCEPTABLE!! Also in the amount paid for ifly, I could have easily booked better airlines like jet airways and in a time slot where my night's sleep wouldn't have been affected!!
Veena World we don't know for what reason had chosen to favour 4 people against 25!! All passengers in the bus are irritated by such lame ways of making marginal profits. Be sure in a way you may get few new passengers but your regular customers will prefer other tour operators.
I doubt if I will again travel with Veena world!! A very illogical plan, naive way to handle guests and poor coordination.

Deficiency in services

I have booked for a Hongkong-Macau-Schenzen tour with Veena world which departed from Mumbai on June 6, 2015. I had certain reservations/complaints about tour which I had brought to their notice in my feedback. But no action was taken in that regard. Also I had hospitality issue during the same trip with their travel operator Cathay Pacific. I took up this issue separately with Cathay for which they granted me compensation in the form of service vouchers with validity of June 30, 2016 which I am unable to utilise. I have taken up this issue of encashing service vouchers with Veena world since last year but they have not provided me a proper solution to my problem. Instead they prefered to be silent for quite a long time and has prefered to pass the time without providing assistance. Secondly in that tour, overseas guide Ms. Vicky at Schenzen told about one water show for which she collected 180 yuans and which was not worth of 180 yuan and there was no transparency in the entire deal. Everything was disclosed next day morning when there was a upsetting discussion in the group which was shocking. However many participants joined the show due to reserveness and becoz others decided to visit the show. Nobody was happy with the show contents. However, one point may be noted here, if the tour was with zero cost per pax as stated in the advertisement and their policy, this show could have been included in the tour itinerary. Veena world has received hard comments about this show from other co-tourists too. For a family of four, as in our case, in terms of INR 7, 500 has been wasted literally in water to see the water show.
Whole year after return from this trip, I was after Veena World, but everytime I have been misguided by their so called customer executives with the intention not to help/assist me in my problem. May I request you to take cognisance of my complain and help me to get justice from the Veena world. Awaiting for ur guidance please.

False claims & promises and dont fall prey to misleading advertisments

Hi,
I had been to J&K tour in the month of May after making advance booking in Jan 15. I made advance flight bookings as tour starts ex. Jammu. Real surprises start thereafter. just before 1 week of the tour date was called and asked to make additional flight booking for which the reason was given that the road conditions are bad and it would take longer hours to travel from Srinagar to Jammu when it is a known fact that all the internal road trips and sight seeing are included in the tour cost. I tried to get clarification from customer care regarding such unethical practices by well known tour company. But I never got any answer from customer care. Finally I escalated the issue to the highest level of management by sending a detailed email on '[protected]@Veenaworold.com' which such company proudly mentions on their newspaper advertisement with a great hope.
But I never got any call back or even a simple reply showing non cognizance of my concern and real face of the organization.
I just want to anyone who is planning to book a tour through VEENAWORLD to aware of the fact.
