I went through this site from facebook. I checked items and they looked very good. I thought this VEER ZAARA site is same as other sites and ordered two lehengas. Today 30 november 2018 i received the item from bluedart. I was shocked to see that there was no lehenga there were two pieces of cloth. Then i understood kits a fake account. Contacted bluedart people they told nothing can be done.

I have ordered a saree and kurta for 1078rs. What i received is 2 plain pieces of clothes of red and blue colour.
I request a refund.
I got to knew the site from facebook and how can they give the advertisements without any verifications.
Their contact number is fake and no one responds to the call.
It is better to beg in streets rather than doing these kind of fraud things.

Ordered for dress and received cheap quality saree. The number given on the parcell is switched off, they are cheating, showing different product and delivering wrong and cheap product. They should be fined. How they are allowed to sell on line, there should be some law to take care of the quality of the product offered for sale online.

Have ordered two dresses from one of the site veerzara.in of rs. 1402/-

What i received is a very cheap cloth quality. There is no address is mentioned from where it is sent. No contact details found on the site. I have mailed to the email mentioned but all mails bounce back.

I have filled return form also but no reply from there side.

I am a online shopper and this happened first time with me.

I saw veerzara's advertisement on facebook... The pictures grabbed my attention so i ordered a lehenga categorised as lehenga 66 for ₹863 from website called veerzara on 25 november 2018.. And today when i got the courier, i didn't get the lehenga but an unstitched, old, torned, printed cloth with stains.. They are not replying to my mail.. One number is given.. I tried to cll on tbat number but it was switched off.. Then i tried to message on whatsapp on that number... Somebody said hoi but then afterwards he didnt address my problem.. I want refund at the earliest. I have done online shopping from various websites but none became a nightmare like this one. Please someone help me..
