Ordered a saree from veerzara online. The order number was #86203. Product name veerzara limited edition saree 153i received a totally damaged piece. & now i am unable to contact the seller. The site doesn't have any address or contact no. Even the refund order is not getting placed. I paid rs. 1725/-. Gown i had ordered. I was so excited to see it. When i received i felt good as it was packed in double cover, but when i opened it.. My anger was bursting out.
Forget about gown but one saree i received n that saree is too old torn and very dirty same like beggar saree. I am not even feeling to touch it as it looking so disgusting.
How can they do this much big fraud.
I am gonna sue your company.

I have ordered 3lehengas worth 2373. My delivery code is 48066.It was displayed soo good products. But today when I got my parcel delivered I was soo disappointed to see that. What I got was 3old torn sarees instead . I tried to contact customer care too but they aren't receiving call. I have filled the refund form on website but I didn't get any response. What should I do? I want my money back.. Help me. please take serio action against...

I had ordered for the above saree but wrong item has been delivered. After ordering i happened to knows that it is a fake site and tried to cancel but couldn't cancel the order also tried to msg [protected] this no to cancel but no response.

You can check the item they have sent. Photo is attached.
It is totally a fake site cheating people...

I have ordered dress for rs.499+ delivery charges total rs.647/- on 20/12/2018 from veerzara.in website reflected on facebook page.
Order no-48098 delivered on 23/12/2018.
Got shocked when opened the parcel containing blue cloth not worth 50/- rupees also.
Delivered at 14, ashirwad society, thane west (Panchpakhadi)
Tried calling them but of no use. Nobody picks up the calls....

Veer zara is a big fraud i ordered a kurti but received an old dirty saree. Horrible experience of my life. How can they do this... I request u to kindly help n throw such fraudsters out of the market. Shame on them.. Also filled the replace and refund form.. But no response... I have been doing online shopping from last 3 years. But never had such an experience....

My sister ordered one grown in veer zara website and i received and opened it... I shocked because i got one old saree very worst material. I raised refund request but i could't get any reply from them and also i tried to call them its saying switch off.

After this experience i checked in google about this website, i saw a lot of complaints in this consumer forum.

It is not only my complaint, lot of complaints...

My order number is 24653 i recieved delivery just 4days back and i ordered grown and i recieved saree value which i paid is 1510 and they had sent the product valued rs.200/- there are no contact details on the pkg they have mentioned return to the address and whatsap number but no one replies. Whatsap number is [protected].

I feel its a fraud site pls take neccessary action...
