I want a free 1GB daily data base pack for 18 days worth Rs 199 as compensation for the 18 days or more in which I couldn't use 0.5GB daily data add-on pack out of the Rs 479 plan. I complained to VI about it multiple times but VI is not ready to help. VI accepted the mistake but not ready to compensate for it. I want your help. My VI mobile number is [protected].

Poor network
Vi network is down since 3 August 2022, I have also complained 3 times, on calling the service center, it does not answer properly or says your problem is solved, today it has been 14 days but i am not able to call and access internet my area pin code 734015 satellite township, kamrangaguri, Siliguri all vi users are face this problem in this area

Slow internet speed of my sim

With heavy heart I've to inform that the condition of your internet service is very pathetic in my area. During daytime, the internet becomes so slow that even turtles can finish their race, but website won't load. I've complained numerous times in past few months, but the service doesn't seem to improve. Even a representative from the company visited my location to deal with the issue but couldn't resolve so far.
Also, I've noticed that the 4G connection changes to Edge every now and then through out the day. There is heavy ping losses and unstable bandwidth. Because of this, my meetings/interviews gets interrupted; any kind of online tests gets auto submitted and what not. With any other connection sim card on my phone, I've not noticed this problem of frequent conversion from 4G to 2G.
So it's time I believe I should seek a reliable connection with another provider so as to avoid any further losses. Before that, just wanted to bring your notice to the disappointment of one of your very old customer; that's why writing.

I am writing this complaint letter to notify you about the services of your company. Since the past week, I was facing issues regarding the internet connection. The speed was very slow and I was not able to complete my office work because of this issue. I contacted your call centre and they assured me they would send someone to resolve the issue.
However, it has been two/three/four days and no one has come to resolve the issue. (Show your actual problem and situation). At first, the net speed was slow but now it is not working at all. I contacted the call center again but they misbehaved with me. I tried contacting the other offices but no one has been replying to me and this is why I am writing this letter to you. I am very displeased with your services.
I hope my issue will be brought to notice and will be resolved soon.

Not getting Enough Data Speed
I have port my sim few Days ago and after this my Internet speed is getting down and it Even can not 2G. I already have raised complaint and Vi Customer Care Team make my complaint solve even i am not satisfied and issue not solved.
Now I can not port back my sim to jio before the time(3 Months) mention in Telecom Guideline.

Automatic activation of caller tune and deduction of balance
This has happened twice until now. I tried contacting the customer care the first time it happened, but was not able to connect to anyone as all the responses were automated. 30rs was deducted from my balance. I deactivated the caller tune from the Vi app. Now again it happened and since there was only 2rs balance on my account 1 re is been deducted. I have deactivated the service. I would like to have the refund of 31rs.

Auto deduction of my balance since March 2021
My balance is being deducted automatically saying that i have accessed some inbuilt games which i didn't. This has been going on since last year March 2021. I need a refund of all my balance from last year till date. This is pure cheating. U can't auto deduct balance from your customers for your benefit. And if this continues and i dint get my refund i will stop using vi services forever.

Reg. inability ti use my 4G network
My phone no- [protected]
I have filed a complaint on 17.03.2022 stating that i am unable to use 4G network on my phone constantly and the network keeps on fluctuating between between 4G, 3G and 2G.
Till 17.03.2022, i was facing this issue for 2-3 days. However, when i had filed the complaint on 17.03.2022, my network was available in 2G only. Your consumer operative promised me that your complaint will be resolved by 1800 Hrs on 22.03.2022 and highlighting that this is a maximum time for complaint redressal, however, the complaint will be resolved in 24 Hrs.
The same situation continued for 03 days and when i came from Rohtak (haryana) to Delhi on 20.03.2022, my network shifted to 4G. However, after some time, again the problem of network shifting between 4G, 3G and 2G started. Then, yesterday at around 2115, i talked to your senior executive and he promised me that the complaint will be resolved by maximum 1800 Hrs on 22.03.2022.
I have been suffering with this problem for entire day i.e. 22.03.2022. So, i called your consumer executive at 1815 Hrs, after the lapse of your complaint rederessal time period, and there was no promising response.
Seeing my above submissions, you can arise to the limit of my patience and the problems being faced by me.
Kindly arrange to resolve the issue.

Vi is activating callertunes without my permission. I need to to explicitly deactivate it. I have disabled flash messages buy such messages don't stop. Unhappy with these issues.
