VI service
I Neha singh my vodafone no [protected]. I have received sms's saying that "re 1 store pack now active" and charges are being deducted.
As this service has not been requested by me, i would appreciate if someone in vodafone reviews my account, cancel all premium services or service packs and refund me the overcharged amount onto my mobile other wise i will put this complain to the consumer court.
Kindly confirm once this is actioned.

Unable to send port message to 1990
I tried to send port message to 1900 from my idea number [protected] by using format port to port to jio. How ever the messages are not being sent, it shows sending failed. I have tested sending messages to other numbers and it works but messages sent to 1900 are being blocked. I have talked to idea customer care who repeatedly states that they couldnt find any reasons why port messages wouldnt be delivered. Please help

This is writing with very sad feeling. history of the sadness is very long.
I Balam Singh Negi My No [protected] since 10 Year in your Vodafone Telecom company. I re-visited @ VI gallery Outlets This the worst experience i even had with Vodafone. I have visited Your VI gallery located @ this Ghanshyam Apartment, Ambika Nagar, Nr Dombivali Stiation Dombivali (W) Maharastra Thane Pin code 421201 .
visited VI Outlets gallery on dt 05th Jan 2022 Timeing 12:14PM, i was went at VI gallery Outlets Regarding How many My Acitive SIM Numbers in your VI Telecom company.
First of all I want to let you know about your staff available in that Outlets Gallery whose The executive Name was Pooja,
I ask her Regarding How many My Name Acitive SIM Numbers in your VI Telecom company for I want to know about .
and I have also carried all the documents like Aadhar card and PAN card etc. my original aadhar card shows there her also. but she was directly refusing for given any details for My Name which is SIM Number's in Active.of VodafoneTelecom company.
That is not the way to guide the customers and also they have no idea about how to deilling with the customers. If your staff giving these types of services and they talk in these ways the I want to quit from your Vodafone service by end.and port with my all Mobile Number to JIO company .
These are serious things which should be really look upon by the higher authority. I been 10 year old customer never had such pathetic response from Vodafone.Please, look into this seriously.
Fed-up with vodafone Outlets gallery Dombivali (W) Nr stiation response and their job.
It seems that the companies will take preventive actions and be serious only when they got criticized and trolled over social media.
I will file this matter in Consumer Court. I am waiting for your reply.

SMS service
I have active plans on my number and I also have the main balance in SIM but still, I am not able to send the message. I called Vi customer care but they are asking me to recharge with another plan.
If I do have the main Talktime (Other than the active plan) why do I need to recharge to send an SMS?

Iife time validity free but my incoming call was bard

My Mobile operator are VI. my sim card validity was lifetime free asking by operator purchasing the at of time. but currently my incoming calls was barred in my VI Operator. so please resolved this matter and continue activated my incoming calls.

Unable to solve my issue
Before 5 days i port my sim from postpaid to prepaid till then i am unable to use internet
For this issue i called vi customer care atleast 15 times and what they always say is we can’t resolve your issue please call again after 2 hours

Unauthorised balance deductions
Hi, whenever I recharge my prepaid Vodafone sim card, in few days I get a message such as shown in the attached image stating that I have deducted some amount for accessing some online games which I haven't done. I have no VAS activated. By now these people have looted so much amount from me. These are bogus transactions and there seem to be no simple way to stop them. Eg 'Hello!

Network slow and internet speed slow

I have been complaining from last 5 months (more then 60times)for network issue and data speed is very low for vodafoneIdea customer care centers, till now the issue not resolved and every time they are saying isuue will be resolved in 2 hours, but not solved.

Vodafone India Not able to send sms for porting in., 1900

iam not satisfy with your Internet Network
Coverage n Data Packs...Hence, i thought to move to Jio...then i have started
to send SMS to 1900 for Porting...
but, iam not able to send only for 1900... "message Could not sent" is showing...tried 10 time...
by speking to Custmer care for solution...they can't help

Postpaid Mobile bill post porting out
I have ported out from Vi to Jio. As required, I did pay full amount to enable the porting. I have not received the bill yet. When I try to download the bill from Vi website or Vi App, the moment I enter the mobile number it says the number does not belong to Vi and I am unable to download the bill. Need help in getting the last bill which I paid before porting out. Thanks

I haven't opted for any vas. Still I received sms saying I would be charged Rs 49 for this service
My mobile no is [protected]. Yesterday i received sms saying thank you for choosing to access my delights powered deal and i would be charged Rs 49 for that. I haven't opted fir any such value added service. Please initiate necessary action not to levy any additional charge in my monthly bill

PORT OUT request not fulfilled
Hello Vi,
I wish to port out to a different network provider since I am facing a lot of network issues like call drops, and voice related issues. When I sent that SMS to 1900 I received an SMS from 1901 saying that "UPC code cannot be generated since there are some subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider." What contractual obligations? I should be able to easily PORT OUT.

SMS Spamming
Vi [earlier vodafone] has been spamming my mobile number with pack reminder messages and incorrect SMS saying my pack has expired even after renewing pack and sending multiple promotional SMS from VX-IMPMSG header about their whatsapp support.
many info SMS being sent from VX-ViCARE
They are misusing SMS service under disguise of care.
Inspite of fully registered under DND, airtel itself is spamming.
Multiple reminders for pack renewals, pack expiry etc
one SMS one can understand.
Messages received from other headers also like VX-VOLTE
DND complaints registered are resolved sayinf these are service SMS
When no service is requested, why is Vi spamming customers

And 24 sep. I registered a complaned for internet problems.
So 28 sep. Now my problems no resoled and coustmer person misbehave on call 198. It is so worng and i port my no. Tommarow.
And bycaat this complany and ported the more numbers in my areas . It is very bad complany and no networks. Thanku
