Wrong recharge

I did recharge after checking on vi app for Rs 199 on 19 April 2021 for 28 days but I have received benefits for 24 days only. I request you to please escalate it to the authorities and ask them to give my 4 days of talk time and data balance as it got over on 12 May 2021...

Money deducted without knowledge

I received a message that “Hello!
Thank you for choosing to access Pre Embedded Games,
You have been charged Rs. 25
Your balance is Rs. 11” which is not done by me. I need the refund from VI. Kindly look into this and please do the needful....

Flash message

I am getting flooded by flash messages on my vodafone number. Have complained more than 10 times on 198, but still it doesn't stop. Each time they tell to send some "CAN FLASH" message to 144, deactivate flash on vodafone services in hanset, or they just take complains and say it will be stopped in next 4 hours. The message keeps on coming all day and night, whenever I have to use my phone, i need to cancel around 50-100 messages. I don't...

This is to be informed that on 2nd Jan-21, received message saying that thank you for using pre embedded games and balance has been deducted ( 25/-INR).
Again today (i.e-29th march-21) received message thank you for choosing to access contest, and balance has been deducted 3/-.
Message received from VZ-ViCMS.
I did activated any service though balance has been deducted....

Postpaid number unnecessary charges

Recharge

I recharged 39 rs talktime. It is added in secondary balance and doesn't work. Incoming and outgoing are barred. The worst service. How can I use those recharge amount in economical way? Operator has looted many customers like this openly . Please reply....

Post call notification

I ported my number from Airtel to vodafone. I use a prepaid sim in my phone. I want the post call notification to be disable(by that i mean, the message that pops up after my call sayin "your last call charges was xx.xx and balance is yy.yy".
Also as they come on screen the network goes to 3G

I find this irritating and i think the customer should have the freedom to decide if he wants that notification or not....

I am not able to send an SMS out from my VI number to port out.

When I try and send the SMS (PORT to 1900) it says message sending failed. I am able to send SMS to any other number....

Sim activation call

- I took a new vi connection through MNP
- my Airtel number showed no connection.
- I put the new sim of vi and it showed network bars.
- called 59059, but heard "thank you for calling vi" and phone cut.

Transaction Failed. Amount deducted twice

I have recharged with Rs.449 through Vi mobile app using a debit Card. At first it showed up transaction failed, and I went back to app home page and made fresh attempt then got recharged done successfully this time.
