My mobile no [protected] is activated with caller tune without any consent from me and every month I am facing this issue on monthly basis and deducted Rs. 30 each time. I have made several calls to customer care..
but no outcome.
Now I have deactivated the caller tune from my end and the money to be refunded back and henceforth such activation of caller tune shouldn't take place without the consent of customer.
Really a very pathetic service from VI.

    From last 15 days such messages are coming and amount is getting deducted. No app is downloaded or link has been opened. What could be a solution for it?

      I lost ₹38 for the pre embedded games, and I didn't give permission for accessing these games. Hope the company will deactivate this scam

        After turning of my internate and keeping the phone on desk while i was asleep at neight the charges have been cut from my main balance. For the services which i never asked for or used.

        All the deductions are done during midnight or early morning. And i cannot see any deduction on my app when i asked for last deductions.

          Today morning i recharged 409(with 40 coupon applied 449 recharge ) but my money is deducted but recharge is unaucessfull

            I recharged my idea number for 100 gb data plan of 351 rs. to [protected]
            from vi site . site also showing recharge successful and money deducted from my bank . its passed more than 1 hour no message confirmation have not recieved yet or no data pack showing in vi app .

              My mobile data services stopped since I ported in Vi. The sim shows 4g signals but the internet is not working. I keep on getting a notification to sign in to vodafone in and when i try doing so it redirects me to "sign in to network" screen with this url: http://180.179.77.11/data-usage-alert and shows the message.

                I did recharge after checking on vi app for Rs 199 on 19 April 2021 for 28 days but I have received benefits for 24 days only. I request you to please escalate it to the authorities and ask them to give my 4 days of talk time and data balance as it got over on 12 May 2021

                    I am getting flooded by flash messages on my vodafone number. Have complained more than 10 times on 198, but still it doesn't stop. Each time they tell to send some "CAN FLASH" message to 144, deactivate flash on vodafone services in hanset, or they just take complains and say it will be stopped in next 4 hours. The message keeps on coming all day and night, whenever I have to use my phone, i need to cancel around 50-100 messages. I don't know why do these people provide such services if they do not have the expertise to do so. Can any one look into the matter more diligently or the customers just need to quit their service and switch to other service providers.

                          Hello!
                          Thank you for choosing to access Pre Embedded Games,
                          You have been charged Rs. 20
                          Your balance is Rs. 4.97

                          What does this mean? I didn’t sign up for any pre embedded games nor chose to access them. How are they even accessible to detect money for no reason? No permissions? This is frustrating! If this keeps going on, I’m sure they will keep deducting if we ignore this. Please resolve or we will be left with no option but throw the SIM away.

                                  Hello, I have been using Vi since long but it has lately started deducting my account balance in the name of VAS services which have never been requested or used by me. First time after complaint they returned my money but since then they have been regularly charging me unnecessarily and I am fed of calling and requesting them again and again to return my hard earned money. I request you to kindly look into it as I am not only who has been through this.

I am living in town area but still facing the data speed issue almost every where in Alleppey town.                                           I recharged 39 rs talktime. It is added in secondary balance and doesn't work. Incoming and outgoing are barred. The worst service. How can I use those recharge amount in economical way? Operator has looted many customers like this openly . Please reply.

                                                    I have been using a Vodafone connection for so long. After it became Vi, I'm getting messages regarding charges for contentDesc from SK_Mobi, which I have not activated. They're deducting money with a customer's consent.
                                                    I have recharged mobile number [protected] and made a payment. Recharge for ₹249 1.5gb net 28days was successful. But mobile number is not recharged yet. This is second time am facing same issue I don't want to add the money in my wallet. If again same issue happend I couldn't utalise the money. So request you to continue your service again pls recharge [protected] on immediate basis.

                                                      My no. is [protected]. Currently. I'm a VI user. Before coming to VI, I was in Airtel Postpaid. VI people were sending mails saying that, there is bill pending from previous operator. When I checked at airtel store, they said that all the pending bill was already settled. When I checked with VI customer care, they asked me to share the airtel receipt to [protected]@vodafoneidea.com. On 14th of NOV I've shared the receipt to VI customer care. I got a call back and they said that it will be resolved by 20-Nov-2020. They also assured me that the no. will not be deactivated. Suddenly today (17-Nov-2020) my no. got deactivated. When I called customer care, they asked me to visit VI store. VI store people are saysing that the no. is permanently deactivated. Again when I called customer care, upon continuous efforts of 1hr and explaining to various people on the call, they connected me to the the 4th level customer care. The representative was so irresponsible that, she disconnected my call saying that, I'm doing time pass. She was very irresponsible while talking. I clearly explained the importance of no. All my office work and other transactions are completely dependent on my no.

                                                      This is is very bad on part of VI and I don't recommend VI to anyone. Even after explaining the importance of my no. they are asking me to wait till 20th of NOV. My alternate contact no. is [protected], in case if VI want to contact me.

                                                        I ported my number from Airtel to vodafone. I use a prepaid sim in my phone. I want the post call notification to be disable(by that i mean, the message that pops up after my call sayin "your last call charges was xx.xx and balance is yy.yy".
                                                        Also as they come on screen the network goes to 3G

                                                        I find this irritating and i think the customer should have the freedom to decide if he wants that notification or not.

I didn't click on any link and i got charged with 10rs. This is not the first time they have charged unfairly. Please take necessary action and refund my money.
