I want my 13 rupees I bought milk packet it still not expired but milk was curdled I take it back to the shop but they was not replaced or paid back any money, because if I opened the milk packet it was not replaceable, but without opened that milk packet how should I know it was wasted or not

Our family is u sing visakha milk product since 23years but have never gone through this defect in the product which we have been seeing recently. The problem is the milk tastes so powdered milk and also after skimming the milk to curd the actual damage arises, the curd which we use from the visakha dairy milk packets is so strange that it is actually becomes as jelly part when we serve it .our curd recently is so saggy and very different from a general curd structure. Please look into our problem and the production of the milk.
We actually use visakha diary milk packets which is red in colour

This is complaint against vishka dairy near chinadoddigallu, after completing payment in online they don't accepting and not giving any product but still maintaining QR code payment.

I am a regular customer of visakha dairy situated at pm palem visakhapatnam and generally i use to take 2 to 3 packets daily
But sometimes due to non avalibility i some take tetra milk
But today ie on 05/06/2019 i have puchased 3 green packets of milk pasteurised homogenised toned milk but unfortunaely all three packets when boiled it became curdling

Therefore i request u kindlt refund the amt even though i informed the shop thet told me to lodge a complain

Responce of the company is serously pathtic with consumers,

This milk packet was been distrubuted on 11 jun 2018 in beemile area,
12 jun 2018 it was puffuedup. Even after complineing they had notr retun back the product

We had gone to Vishakha Dairy Parlour at Sivajipalem Rd, Shivaji Nagar, Mangapuram Colony, Pithapuram Colony, Pedda Waltair, , Vizag to buy Slim milk. We gave Rs 100 to get two packs but the vendor(local supplier) denied that the money was not given to him when I had seen my driver giving it to him. When asked to give the change and product, the vendor started an argument with my driver and finally didn't give the product or the remaining change.How come these type of vendors flourish in the market giving a bad name to the company.
I believe that the local public is being robbed by the local vendors in this way.
