I went on the Microsoft Edge Browser just now and found out that there are many suckers like me who saw the ad while browsing the news feed on msn.com. The ad by Vista Technologies showed this fitstar smartwatch and said it was better than anything available on amazon.
I got fooled and placed order on Auguat 25 2022 and paid thru Google Pay UPI to Razorpay which was their payment gateway. The Debit went thru my bank from Google Pay UPI. The Shipment was thru ShipRocket / Delhivery. Both Vista and ShipRocket kept sending me messagese everyday from August 25 to Sept 01 2022, saying my order is processed, packed, picked, moved reached x, y, z locations etc. Finally, the package was delivered on Aept 1, when I received the delivery token from ShipRocket and entered it in the delivery person's phone.
Everything looked straightforward and legal, till I opened the package and found worthless plastic box containing some grains. The package had an address and a cell phone number[protected]. When I called the number, I got a msg that this is an internal group number valid only for outgoing calls and cannot receive any calls. There was a +[protected]. When I dialled this number, it was an international call in San Francisco, where it kept ringing.
After this, realizing that i have been defrauded, I registered complaints with Google Pay, my Bank, RazorPay gateway, ShipRocket etc in addition to the merchant Fitstar itself. Everyone politely washed their hands off, saying I contacted them willingly and so they have NO LIABILITY. They said the only relief is if I make an FIR with Police, Crime Branch etc. I am an ordinary citizen an I do not want to go thru any more hassles. So if you are able to act on this fraud company as a Govt Authority, liquidate the company and bring the fraudsters to book and refund my hard-earned money, I will be grateful.
I have all details of Google Pay UPI txn, Ship Rocket delivery details, Bank debit txn, etc in case you want them. But the Order Details with FitStar are as follows:

I noticed an add on msn.com about these watches sold through site fitsense.org where I placed the order with cash on delivery (COD) option sold by Vista Technologies 399, PFT, Allahabad-212208, UP on August 24, 2022.
I received the parcel yesterday send via courier Delhivery, Tracking ID[protected] on august 30, 2022. Upon opening I found that I was cheated with a small glass container with some unknown seeds as shown in the photo, inside the box.
Immediately, I refused to accept the order & declined to pay. I returned the material to the same delivery courier person from Pickrr.
This is a case of total CHEATING and we do not know at which stage it was manipulated.
We request you kindly investigate in the matter and do the needful to punish such kind of fraud sellers. I attached the following information...

I noticed an add on msn.com about this watches sold in low cost, upon clicking the link it took me to site fitsense.org where i placed the order with cash Rs.1999 by Phone Pay to Vista Technologie*s 399, PFT, Allahabad-212208, UP on August 22, 2022. I got an sms that your order would be send by PICKRRTECHNOLOGI(FitSenseSW)AWB[protected]also they provide OTP. I received the parcel on August 30/2022. Upon opening i found that i was cheated with small bottle containing churan type thing inside the box, i immediately called the whatsup number but no response. i request please help in closing such crimes.

This is with regard to the fitsense watch that I had ordered.
I have received an insecured parcel without the watch & instead some small bottle of seeds. Its evident that the company is fake Kindly check this matter on priority & revert.

I have ordered fitsense watch and delivered through delhivery. There was nothing iside but cotton wool. Contacted delhivery, they have said you have to contact seller. But have found no contact details of the vista technologies

I bought thru some url fitness watch on Dt: 04 Aug 2022 paid 1799 rupees. i received bangles Dt: 09 Aug 2022. I tried the customer care number [protected] thru watsup also. Not at all responding. Thru Google i got this [protected] they said order was misplaced we will revert your money back. Almost 20 days over not use. Pls take the action immedialty.

I had online booked one Smart Watch from VISTA TECHNOLOGIES and made payment of Rs.1999 through my Credit Card to be despatched to Amit Khandelwal in Bangalore.
On 14th August received one small packet through SHIPROCKET courier Bangalore containing one very small glass bottle containing some pill type thing. The total cost of the bottle should not be more than 10-15 rupees in all.
This is a case of total CHEATING and we do not know at which stage it was manipulated.
We request you kindly investigate in the matter and update me.
We are also planning to make a Complaint to Local Police Station.

When I compliant, I was told that the watch will be delivered soon. But so far it is not delivered and when I try to contact them, there is no response.

Please do the needful and punish such kind of fraud sellers. I attached the following information 1) confirmation after payment 2) my payment receipt and 3) wrong item delivery

I got an sms that your order would be send via Amazon free delivery. I received the parcel on august 10, 2022 while i made payment to Amzon seller pvt ltd through google pay. Upon opening i found that i was cheated with amrutanjan balm inside the box, i immediately called the whatsup number but no response. i sent the package opening video as proof and got a chat response from them that they are sorry for same they will send the watch shortly post which no response on the message on whatsup. they sent a new package in which i got the watch. the watch is very bad quality, switches are lose fitting, poor battery back up, connectivity issues, low quality strap. Would request please help in closing such crimes.

I got an sms that your order would be send via Amazon free delivery. I received the parcel on august 8, 2022 while i made payment to Amzon seller pvt ltd through google pay. Upon opening i found that i was cheated, i immediately called the whatsup number but got a chat response from them that they are sorry for same they will send the watch shortly post which no response on the message on whatsup. I immediately called Airtel bank and understood that the account money was transfered is an refund account in HDFC bank. Would request please help in closing such crimes.

Recently Ordered Fitsense SW watch from online store and opted payment option as COD(Cash on Delivery). Today (8-Aug-22) received the parcel but it did not had any product instead they sent waste cloth pieces. This is Absolute fraud. I want my money back and guilt company has to be punished.

I ordered for Fitstar smart watch on 29April 2022 by paying online rs.1799.My order no.6831. First they send bangles instead of Fitstar watch. when complained they send send watch which is not working. Again complained.No response.
