Placed an order for 2 sheesham bookshelves on 6th September. Order Id # ORDER2021094iKuAY
Haven't received them yet! And no information, no proper reason, fake assurances every time i reach out. On threatening to file complaints they lied about order being dispatched on 1st december, and as usual no items received. I only had to msg again, on which yet again the robotic response was given via sms that dispatch is delayed. Zero empathy towards customer!

Wakefit as a company has lost credibility. Product quality has also gone down as i have ordered before as well, and my friends have also ordered and i have seen the products they received with so many issues and defects. best to stay away from Wakefit now.

    Wardrobe components against order no. Order Id # ORDER202110PlSeWc were delivered on Oct. 39, 2021. Since I was going to be awy till 11th October, I requested that installation be done after 11 Nov.

    I have been following up with Wakefit customer service for the installtion to be done swiftly. After at least 12 conversations with the customer service and repeated assurances by them that it will be done soon, nothing has happened till date. It is now nearly a month since I made the request for installation and about a month and a half sine the item was delivered.

    I find that Wakefit after-sales service is dismal. I am very disappointed and will not recommend Wakefit to friends and family. Neither wiil I continue with planned purchases with Wake fit.

      I had placed an order of queen size bed with orthopedic mattress on 26th Oct'21 and the delivery was on time 28th Oct'21.
      The authorized carpenter assigned by wakefit visited at my place for installation on 31st Oct'21 and during the time of installation carpenter noticed that the base of the bed was wrongly delivered instead of queen size bottom of the bed delivered was king size and complaint was lodge by carpenter on same day and he committed that in couple of days the products would be changed and they will come and installed.
      Till date the wrong products has still not been changed.
      I was following with wakefit from last 35 days but still every time fake commitment and the products has still not been changed.
      I had lodge written complaint and shared the wrong products pics in the mail and whatsapp.
      But still my issues has not been resolved.
      I need my full payment refund.

        Almirah was delivered on 21st but not installed yet even after almost two weeks, whenever I call customer care they give three days time again and again and again, now I am so frustrated that want to return the product but even that they are not allowing, worst decision i have taken to buy from sleepmisfit, number is [protected]

          I had very painful and bitter experience with their customer care as well as delivery team (They call it as logistic team). No proper communication. Very much delay in delivery more than 20 days & still not received. Every time when you called them they gives the next date. I don't know they will support for till 20 years, because even they are not supporting after payment. Once your order done. They won't care about you.

            I ordered a Taurus engineered wood bed and even after a whole week of waiting and repeated complaints and calls, there was no installation initiated (they offer you a 72 hour guarantee of assembly btw). The product in itself is shaky and poorly constructed. This company lacks professionalism, and has no regard for customer satisfaction. I gave them a one star review on their website which doesn’t even show up in published reviews (only 5 star reviews are displayed) so there is no transparency either. Sham of a company, please do not order if you value your money and mental peace.

              Order Id # ORDER202110QKjuF2 . I ordered this product on Oct 31st 2021. The estimated delivery date was Nov 3rd 2021. I'm writing this complaint on 13th Nov as I've still not recieved the product. This is not the first time.

              Order Id # ORDER202105mHnLKX few items in the product was delivered nearly a month after the estimated delivery date.

              Wakefit has the worst service network. I ordered this item to my parent's place where i supposed to stay for 2 weeks. Now that I'm leaving, I'm don't know to whom they are going to deliver (if at all they deliver)

                I ordered the product on 27th Oct, 2021 and the promised delivery was on 15th Nov 2021. I already paid for the order. Now they are claiming that the product is still under manufacturing and it will be delivered on Dec 11, 2021. Seriously, wakefit? One month to deliver a product? This is completely unprofessionalism. Please do the needful to deliver the product at the earliest.

                  ORDER202110yrAKIn. A order for 72"x72"x6" inches mattress was made on 30 Oct 21 in the website wakefit.co Online payment was done for the product. The update was showing out for delivery from 02 Nov 21. After follow up ultimately delivery took place on 05 Nov 21. However it was a 72"x36"x6" inches mattress. We returned the product then and there. However customer care could not provide quick resolution.

                    Order I'd:[protected] Wakefit bed is delivered with incomplete parts. Installation has not been done due to missing bed parts. Ticket wakefit-653509 has been raised 16 days back but no one contacted from Wakefit team. I don't know when these guys deliver missing parts of my bed and do installation.

                    25th Oct: 2 weeks passed but still I didn't receive missing parts of the bed and the bed is not assembled yet. Terrible service From Wakefit.

                    Edit 2, 27th Oct: Still Carpenter has not visited my place. Missing parts are not delivered. Bed is not assembled. 16 days are passed. Extremely pathetic service from Wakefit.

                        Horrifying service. First the delivery agent was rowdy and did his job in a hurry which left the entire table alignment odd and had the guts to demand for tips and wouldn't leave the flat otherwise. He made me sign the paper of delivery even after refusing to take the table as it had scratches and misaligned handle and gaps in all of the adjoining parts.. saying that Wakefit customer care will take care of it. It has been 3 weeks now and the Wakefit team has gotten back to me on Dussehra holiday and is blaming that I didn't pick up their call on Durga Dashami on my day off. They made no prior or after call to arrange for the replacement of parts. Disgusting after service and causing harrasment since it's been delivered. Their customer care knows only 3 lines : Sorry for the inconvenience. Can I put your call on hold? Our escalation team will get back to you by EOD. This has been communicated to me after I have called for updates. Only 3 lines over and over. The executive Abhishek Kumar is particularly arrogant, knows nothing being an executive and is absolutely useless. I don't even know why they even have a customer care section. Their products are of substandard quality and their after service is plain pathetic.

                          Everytime I call customer care number I get same message as logistic problem.

                            I have ordered wakefit teakwood bed 2 months back on 04-Aug-2021 10:45 am (Order Id # ORDER202108NDbkyO) and it delivered on 09-Aug-2021 with manufacturing defects. wakefit raised ticket(ticketno wakefit-586875) for the same and still they are working on it, everytime when I call they lies that they are going to resolve issue within 5-7 days. Its now around 2 months till ticket raised. We could not use product since it's delivered. They are not resolving the issue also and not providing the refund as well. Please help on this.

                              I ad orders a dining table and chairs in wake fit dated august 8th. And I paid full amount. They committed 22nd aug is the delivery date.
                              From then they been postponing evey 2 week. Now again asking they have some production related issues. Asking further extension of 3 weeks.
                              It is not accepatable they are literally harassing me with repeated postpones.
                              I want a fair condensation to be paid out for wakefits irresponsible processes.

                                I ordered a wardrobe from Wakefit where initially it was mentioned that the fittings would be completed along with the delivery. The delivery has been done on 15th September 2021 and the delivery person did not make the fittings and mentioned that someone else will come to get it done within a day.
                                The next day wakefit's customer service agents told me that it would be done in 24-48 hours. But unfortunately, nothing happened. Then they escalated the matter and asked me to give time till Monday(20th September 2021) but again no one called or came to get the fittings done. It's been more than a week now nothing has happened. Their escalations seem to be of no use when they do not even know what is going on with this.

                                This harassment is absolutely uncalled for.

                                  I had ordered two sofas from wakefit by visiting the experience centre in Bangalore. The colour selection was done based on the availability and confirmation in experience centre. The colour delivered is completely different. Wakefit is neither returning the money nor exchaning the sofa. In addition their customer service tells me that issue will be resolved in 24 to 48 hours from last 20 days.

                                    I ordered two wakefit sheesham king size bed 3 months back. Both the beds has got mold and this has also damaged my mattress, stored cloths and other items. When I called customer care they mentioned i need to buy wax and apply to entire bed. When asked to provide the wax, they told me that they will not provide any solution on this because its due to weather. They suggested me to keep beds’ parts in sunlight. Another issues is that MDF board are of very low quality, they got bend and wakefit team didn’t give any solution for that too. They said, it is not covered in warranty and they cannot do anything. Wakefit provides very cheap quality of products at such a high price and have very poor after-sales service.

                                      Horrible product & customer service

                                      Horrible resolution and horrible customer care team. I initially ordered their memory foam mattress but that increased my back pain so I asked for refund within the trial period. They pitched and said for my back pain their best product will be HR foam mattress. In starting, using it but my back pain increased. I took multiple physiotherapy sessions but then got quite used to sleep on HR foam mattress. But it's now one year I got product...

                                      I ordered wakefit sheesham bed.The bed MDF is too small so there is a large gap between them.It can broke children lag and the smell of the MDF is very horrible.It is very worst quality.When I call wake fit to replace it they are giving silly reason to extend the time of the return.After 3 day I said to return the product they are saying we have 3 days policy to return.This is very horrible experience.Worst product as well as customer satisfaction.Never ever should go with wakefit try with some good brand which will worth with price also.

                                            We had ordered this product on Wakefit on[protected] and till to date the customer support representatives are not aware where the order is. They have hired the representatives who are rude to customers, who say it's not my responsibility to tell us where our order is. The logistics people are calling us every weekend and say it will be delivered that day or next day. Then there is no call back to inform us on anything. When I call them back to ask the status they make all sorts of reasons saying it can't be delivered right now. This has happened 4-5 times. We don't know where to go and who to reach out.

                                              But from last 2 months she is just playing this ### email game with me ...!!
                                              I'm fed with with the company now infact now
                                              We don't even receive any calls or mail from last one week about the status of the pick-up.

                                              That's why I had to make these case in notice as no one is helping us and my family is sleeping on such uncomfortable mattress

                                                  Recently I have purchased this product and this is the worst product I have seen in my life. The support was terrible. They will provide a warranty on this product but no use. These guys simply marked the status as resolved(delivered) without solving(delivering) your problem. My bed was broken a couple of times within a few months o[censored]sage but, they did not deliver the replacement parts until now. I have raised the complaint 4 to 5 times but no use. Be careful before buying these kinds o[censored]seless products. This product and their support are not even worth for the single star.

                                                    I did a big mistake opting for the wardrobes from wakefit. I ordered 2 4 door wardrobes and a 3 door wardrobe from them. Their initial promised delivery date is 15 days later (which is late compared to other competitive sites). Though 25 days elapsed no products reached my end. After multiple follow-ups, they sent 2 4 door wardrobes after almost 25 days from the date of order. While installing them it is observed there are several scratches on the panels and wood is broken in some places. The delivery/installation guys mentioned they would get a replacement in 2 days and left all the panels in the middle of our house and left. No one turned up for a week, the local warehouse guys stopped lifting our calls, and customer service says they were not informed of any return by the local warehouse people. After multiple escalations the products the taken back for replacement after 10 more days. No products were replaced even after a week, there is no trace of the 3 door wardrobe and customer service always cuts your call if you question the deliverables. All these happened over more than 45 days and finally, I canceled my product. We have to shift to a home without wardrobes and have to survive for more than 20 days without a place for storage as they didn't mention proper time lines and keepon postponing date by a day or two.
                                                    Local furniture shops provided same wardrobes with much better quality for similar price.

                                                    I am writing this so that no one will fall a trap to this

                                                      I ordered a Latex Mattress from Wakefit Company. I was at office when the delivery person came to my house to deliver the product. He was very rude. He misbehaved with my wife and also abused with my neighbours outside my house. I have call recordings to prove. He went out without deliver the product. I was about to call Police for this but he ran away. On complaining to Wakefit, they simply say sorry sir, We have hired "Delivery Company" for delivery. We have not hired that guy. Sorry, this will not repeat again.
                                                      "That guy misbehaved with my family and also with my neighbours. Is sorry sufficient? He must be fired from his services". Wakefit is responsible for such incidence. Because, that person was Wakefit representative or he entered my house just because of Wakefit authorize him. And this may happen with any customer of Wakefit because I have checked the response of Wakefit on this complaint. They are not taking it seriously.

                                                      At last, I hope a strict action will be taken against that delivery person and also Wakefit.

                                                        The following resolution was added to ticket [wakefit-317989]:
                                                        Dear Customer, Greetings from Wakefit! As per your request, we have cancelled your recent order of Wakefit Orthopaedic Memory Foam Mattress & Wakefit - Andromeda Sheesham Bed with Storage under the Order No : ORDER202011s6g8Om. We have initiated the refund of 18, 700/- & 11, 326.84/- and the amount will be refunded respectively to your source account in 3-5 business days.

                                                        Though i got this mail on 10th November but till now more than 30 days passed and refund is pending. They are simply harassing us with false promises.

                                                        Calling the customer care for multiple times is not helping at all. I also wrote a mail to their compliance team, no one acknowledged.

                                                        The poor transparency of their customer service and the delay of these refunds will never attract me to Wakefit.

                                                        30 days waiting for refund is completely unfortunate. its a crime that wakefit is exhibiting.

                                                        i need help, please help me from this situation.
